  • That Alexander McQueen show moment was just perfect. The way she acted terrified, weak and vulnerable like a newborn gazelle was so fitting in contrast to the aggressive mechanical movements of the robots.

    • They might noy have existed but if you listened to what she said all her modeling gigs were also performances. It wasnt just about posing pretty for a camera. You had to act, perform, create a character that people could connect with. Whi h in turn, meant that more people would most likely pirchase the product she was modelling.   • Gosh, this was one of my favourite Life in Looks so far! Thank you, Vogue! I’ve always loved Shalom because of her ultra feminine camp-sassy-fierce catwalk and maneirismos, but I am truly awed to see that she is also so articulate in her words, astonishing.
