There's nothing like giving 90% of the jury members identity away by describing them from head to toe and giving background information away.
Article 1, Section 8 New York Constitution, last sentence states, "and the jury shall have the right to determine the law and the fact." During this trial the jury will only be allowed to determine the fact, not the law. Does anyone think the jury will here about this Constitutional right? It's not going to be heard during jury selection, it's not going to be heard during jury instructions, the defense is not going to be allowed to bring it up during trial and the judge and prosecution are certainly not going to bring it up! This is a constitutional right the jury should know about!
