  • Big respect to these fighters. They have balls of steel.

    • or brains the size of balls i dont know how much they get paid though...getting good pay would be the only way a guy like me got into such an event, and, of course, curiosity.

      @thomaskunz3089@thomaskunz30892 ай бұрын
    • You mean brains the size of peanuts. And to edit this: those people are struggling with themselves. It's self hatred. Trauma, low self-esteem, bad education, inner unrest, unhappiness, bad memories, touched by a family member or something else that they were not able to get out of their emotional system. These are all mental weaknesses. People with balls of steel have a steady life. But no fighter here will ever tell you that he's in mental trouble, or had a troubled youth and names this as the reason why he's fighting, because there's missing something. Bravery. They fear what the other fighters could think about them etc. It's a microcosm. A little bubble sailing close to the wind, or being completely illegal. Those fighters have not found themselves yet. They are not matured. There is absolutely nothing to respect. It's all foul. And some form of entertainment of course. But in this circus they are not the knights. They are the clowns that are satisfying a low form of sensationalism. I am a consumer. But I see it as what it is. Thugs. Canon fodder. At odds with themselves. Torn. They never developed a mind smart and creative enough to be above all of that and still feeling good about themselves. They need this to feel alive. It's an urge. An addiction they have to feed. That's weak. Not brave. Like a sky diver. He's not brave. He's done it a thousand times. He just can't be without it because he's dissatisfied with something in his life and he has to fill this gap. The fighters here are just troubled men. Real losers in a way. And the short time solution to not feel like a loser is to win against another loser in a street fight. It's that simple.

  • The production quality is so impressive, extremely well done. The angles, the cuts, the lighting, it's all just perfect to capture these insane fights. KOTS is literally the fighting format out there. I also love the fact that there is no fuss about politics or whatever, just people fighting without bullshit. It's perfect.

    • Can you imagine the discouragement you would feel fighting that Cat? You hit him over and over with everything you’ve got, and those were some hard clean shots, and yet he’s still coming after you. You realize he’s not going down unless you render him unconscious and that’s about the time I’d say fuck it and give up.

  • Funny enough, these fighters suffer significantly less traumatic brain injury than the "gloved-sanctioned-civilized-commercial" boxing counterparts. See, you can't puch as hard and as many times without all that hand protection. The damage these guys get is more superficial and cosmetic. It's dramatic. It's out in the open for the public to see. Damage is self limiting because of this. Norest between rounds makes it so they fatigue faster and the fight ends sooner, and subsequent hits are reduced. The gloved heavy weights that take gloved blow after blow and round after round don't show as much damage on the surface but their brains are being rocked and severely inflamed inside the skull, hidden to the audience in the ring but very apparent in the MRI years later. Bare knucle boxing is the humane and more safe way to go if fights are to still be allowed.

  • I remember the time as you had to fire up Limewire/Frostwire to get brawlvideos like this and backyard fights. nowadays you just go on youtube and search for fights, which also implies that the society don´t care about such content in a worrying way and maybe got used to thru the situations in some citys. i´m okay with that, because i´m enjoying such content and being happy with the quality and effort which is put into give some groups and people places where they can fight instad of doing it on the road or in the woods or a parking lot where maybe others could be involved ! Great Work K.O.T.S!

  • SOOO many combat sports fans thinks pugilism was just Bareknuckle boxing. THIS IS PUGILISM, hair pulling, scratching, eye gauging, groin shots, biting, spiting etc was normal in pugilistic fights. I love mma, boxing, and Muay Thai. But all those other things to me are dishonorable ways to go about fighting but the truth is that there are no rules in reality so the most realistic representation of who’s the best “STREET fighter” is to have no rules. KOTS should be respected for being raw violence to the table
