Hello! Today we will make simple lemon cookies with cracks. Remove the zest of two lemons.

Melt 90g butter in the microwave.
Add 70g sugar and a pinch of salt.
I add a little dye for brightness. (not necessary)
Add 2 eggs and mix.
Add 250g flour. (check the consistency of the flour, you may need a little more)
I add baking powder. I use baking powder along with vanilla. I mix everything well.
The dough turns out soft and elastic, does not stick to your hands.
I form dough balls weighing 40g.
I roll the balls in sugar and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
I put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
The cookies turn out very tender and melt in your mouth. Be sure to try it. My mother-in-law loves them very much! Bon appetit.
