The chef is full of it! Edible 24k gold leaf $5.95 at supermarket , at most all ingredients for that pizza should cost $30-$50!

The place selling the $2k pizza didn't deserve the free publicity. No serious chef would be proud to serve that. The $1 slice looked more appetising.
Not gonna defend the 2k pizza, it's a big fat lie. But that $1 pizza slice did not look appealing at all, it was floppy and dripping with fat, gross... all of the pizzas in this were eyeroll worthy.

Yeah... at this point, after having watched many of these Cheap vs Expensive videos (especially the Buzzfeed ones), its safe to say that Truffles, Gold flakes, and Caviar are an easy hack for restaurants offering exceedingly expensive anything. Icecream, drinks, alcoholic drinks, put gold paper/gold flakes on it. Pretty much anything savory, truffles and/or caviar.
I remember watching Worth It and having my mind blown when the expensive dish was just a very time consuming but well thought out dish instead of just something buried in truffles, caviar and gold.

You can see the difference and intensity of his reaction when eating the birria pizza compared to the 2k pizza. I would say the 2k probably tasted about average but the birria pizza was divine.

The chef literally said on camera that the gold leaves alone cost $850. Useless, flavourless, nutrionionless rocks put on the pizza for nothing but opulence. Could've just held that back and make the pizza $1150.

WHERE TO STAY: It is recommended to stay at Sylhet town as there is no accommodation facility in Bholaganj. Tourists can visit and return back to the town within the same day. There is Government Bungalow in Companiganj and few guest houses of government officials in town.

That Biggie Mac pizza was amazing! And now I want waffles!! This was just wonderful to see all these different pizzas! I shared with a friend who makes pizzas for events. She has an outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, and her pizzas are just wonderful.

I just looked it up and it's in the middle of nowhere in Queens, which is really annoying if you're a tourist. You have to waste time on the subway just to try that one place.
@@nahor88 Astoria is awesome, Don't just stay in Manhattan when you come to NYC. Food wise alone Astoria is a gem, probably some of the nicest parks in NYC. I feel like Astoria would be so much more relaxing for a tourist. Its a 15-20 min train ride to midtown...It can take longer to get from upper Manhattan to lower Manhattan than it does to get to Astoria from midtown. It just sounds further because its in another boro.
@@vinnyzan1 I can relax plenty where I live. I don't come to NYC to relax; its nice when the good entertainment and food are in the same location. That's why its annoying when a good food place is in the middle of nowhere and requires a long train ride.

The gold strips are actually worth less than 10 bucks at the store. A guy made the same gold steak from salt bae at way cheaper price.
I learned the ingredient order when I started making my own pizzas. The sauce goes on last so it doesn't soak into the crust.

Broccoli tastes amazing with Marzettie dill dip! That company makes great products! I accidentally bought their cole slaw which I hate. Theirs was surprisingly good though, i was surprised.

I went to visit my bro in New York one time, and he showed me 2bros, I always craved it since tbh, but you gotta load it up with the parmesean and red peppers. Super good value and plenty satisfying. Not a splurge place, but definitely a staple I am sure for many college students etc...other than that, the place smelled like piss and too many people lol (not 2bros, but New York in general lol)...but great food!
USA rescues people from oppression in Italy and Rome. The immigrants created the pizza here in America. It's our recipe. Our dough is round, with crushed tomato sauce with basil to spread evenly, dried mozzarella so it can be shredded and spread evenly, and season pepperoni sliced thin and spread evenly over the dough. We already put garlic in the pepperoni so you don't need garlic anywhere else in the recipe or you will though it out of balance. I prefer chefs who wear gloves to prevent hair and skin in the food.
