INGREDIENTS:
300 Chicken breast
2 and half Meduim size Potato
1/2 medium Bell peppers
1 tablespoon Paprika Power ( You can use smoked paprika)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons Olive oil for the chicken
1 teaspoon olive oil for the potatoes
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
1 teaspoon parsley leaves
Black pepper and salt to taste
Air fry at 380F or 190C for:
Air fry time for potatoes : 25mins
Air fry time for chicken bites: 20mins
Air fry time for bell peppers 10mins

  • Um wow! Impressive, I am going to try that recipe. It looks great and seems easy. Great idea putting the paper in the bottom under the fry tray. I have Powerxl Vortex 5 qt basket style AF and also the Powerxl Air Fryer grill combo. It has a pot\Pan bottom not like basket style AF. So I can just use an accessory that resembles the basket. Excellent!

  • Like ZoneE said, the chicken does get a little dry but when eating it with the soft roasted bell peppers it does balance well. This is a perfect recipe and I'm gonna tell my 11yo niece because she'd be able to do this and pick out her favorite seasonings. Making it "her way" makes her proud that she made something and had input on the flavor and also more likely to eat it 🤣

  • Just made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious!! :)) Only issue was the dryness of the chicken, but next time I will cook it for less time so it doesn’t lose all of its juices. Other than that it was super yummy and easy for a busy college student like me! Thank you!!

  • I once made a dish using fake beef steak tips marinated in orange, lemon, lime juice then seared in a salted skillet and served on two white corn tortillas with pico de gallo and chopped cilantro. It was without cheese, (so like street tacos). Noone knew it wasn't real meat. Could you give us a fake meat Mexican food recipe? Everything you make is so excellent, I'm a big fan of your flavor expertise! 😊

    • ​@@SimpleRecipesKitchen Paper at the bottom prevents air circulation and slowers bottom side cooking. Its better to remove the paper. To collect a dropping fat - no reason at all. To wash the bottom container - it's just a minute job. Thank you for your recipe.
