Jogging done-> Big oatmeal and avocado toast breakfast->Yoga->This session with Rick! What a way to start my day. During regular marches I did super-fast jogging because my fitbit never gets anywhere near what Rick does for steps and I still only got 2000 steps! lol. I watch his counter and it does double on the marches. I was surprised I was off by 1000 though - crazy how the counters are all different. Loved this workout!!
Hey Renee, the counter in my video is accurate. It's our step trackers that aren't. They track motion forwards and backwards so it's important to keep your arms moving. Putting the tracker on your ankle actually will track you more steps. Great job, keep going
