20 Min After Eating Walking Workout to Lower Blood Sugar and Lower Blood Pressure
If you have a hard time getting motivated, this 20 min after eating walking workout will help. Exercise helps to lower blood sugar and to lower blood pressure, simply by moving more. Exercise will also help to improve mood and will help you to get a more restful sleep. Total step count today is 2339 steps.
Making exercise a regular part of your life is the key to living a healthier life. The hardest part is often starting so my hope is that this beginner level walking workout will help you to get in healthy movement. Physical activity is the fastest way to lower blood sugar without medication, and exercise lowers insulin resistance and helps your body convert glucose into energy.

My weekly exercise involves hard workouts on weekends (plus a walk with the dog) just a walk with the dog on Mondays easy workouts (plus a dog walk) on Tuesday / Wednesday Harder workouts on Thursday Fridays (plus the furry walking machine) Then back to the hard weekends. Your programs cover all my needs. Thank you (PS if you ever come to Australia my puppy would like to have a walk with you)

This is a good “Monday” workout! We were out of town for the weekend, so we didn’t work out Saturday, but got extra walking in. We added on the “Get Stronger in10 Minutes “ workout out after we did this one.

Congrats on losing 8 lbs since January! That's great progress! I keep meaning to share links when I can in the description under the video but I often forget, or the clothes are older so the links wouldn't be relevant anymore. I buy most of my workout clothes from Under Armour, but also from Lululemon, Adidas, or wherever I find good sales.😉

Is there a section on your playlist/videos that has you talking through the exercises as I prefer them to your non talking ones or do I have to go through them one by one to find them?
When I started my channel, I was doing more talking videos but I find most people prefer the no-talking. When it comes to the strength workouts, I often talk since there is too much to explain. I've actually started going through all of my workouts recently so I can categorize them and I plan to put links up on my website. I'll include links to the talking ones so you'll have them all together. This will take me a few weeks to get them organized but I'll include a community post so you'll know when it's done (just make sure you have the notifications turned on (hit subscribe and then the bell). I hope that helps!

No, because I'm afraid people will use them incorrectly and get injured and I also feel a lot of people don't own them.
I wanted to do this in addition to my other program but you have no rest breaks so i am moving on.
Oh, definitely just take breaks as needed. I always encourage people to skip one segment if a break is needed.
