This is a fusion lasagna potato dish made with potatoes. Beautiful potato rose blooms over delicious beef sauce. You will be surprised at the visual and even more amazed by the taste.
Ingredient :
1. 1000g of potatoes
2. 200g ground beef
3. 150g Onion
4. 100g Eggplant
5. 300g Tomato Sauce
6. Mozzarella Cheese
7. Minced garlic, rice cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, salt,

  • I tried making this recipe today with a few modifications! Instead of boiling the potato, I fried it on a pan with oil and the garlic mash from airfrying a whole bulb of garlic. I then added little pieces of green pepper and carrot cubes to make the minced beef more flavorful, in addition to the onion and eggplant! I used a garlic tomato sauce and seasoned it with pepper, garlic powder and garlic salt to my liking. I find it easier to put the mozzarella in between layers of potato slices than to put it on after plating the potatoes. This turned out to be aesthetically beautiful and incredibly tasty! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe and I can't wait for my friends to try it this Christmas potluck! =)
