A bunch of spring onions.

150 grams of cheese /5.3 oz.
3 cloves of garlic.
2 slices of ham (optional).
salt, black pepper.
sunflower oil.

  • I just accidentally found you with this video, and I subscribed. I'm impressed with the style, sounds, and I'm sure delicious taste of the food you're cooking. I agree with some who have mentioned the sound effects and close camera work! It makes me want to try the recipe and taste it for myself. It really is a lovely mix of natural cooking sounds and gentle music. Great combination and just right! I do not think the video was too long. In my opinion, some videos are so fast you don't understand or are sure they skipped a crucial step. Keep up the good work! ❤️

  • That is the first time I've ever viewed the slicing of a red pepper from inside the red pepper 😆 Very cool. When I saw it was a nine minute video I almost didn't press play but the way your video is shot/video quality and the sound quality were excellent and very relaxing to watch. The high resolution was impressive and being able to see the water droplets from the freshly washed vegetables was very appealing. I am inspired to try make this meal. Thank you

  • Outstanding closeup videography!! Loved the focus on each task that went into prepping this dish. Great colors!! Great sound too! Pace was perfect!! Will be making this for friends this weekend. Will use either Gruyère or Jarlsberg for the grated cheese, but feta, or a milder goat cheese might work too. Great idea overall. I’d rate this video 10/10. Thank you for posting this.

  • I’m not sure if I’ll like it mostly because of the carrots. It is, however, a very nutritious side dish. I do compliment your presentation skills, your clean workspace, the fact that the viewer can learn much from your kitchen skills, and of course your cameraman’s creativity and competence.
