This is beautiful potato flowers which is crispy crunchy and delicious. Dip them in garlic cheese sauce. It tastes and looks fantastic.
Ingredient :
1. Potatoes
2. Potato starch
3. Salt, cheese powder, parsley
4. Garlic cheese sauce: butter, minced garlic, cheese, milk, sugar, sriracha sauce (optional)
* I made the potato gratin with the leftover potato pieces. Check out the potato gratin recipe in the next video.

Cool idea! I might go and try to experiment with a sweet potato and instead of a cheese dipping sauce, maybe make a brown sugar and cinnamon dip. Would be a cool and creative take on sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving/Christmas.

I did make it! Was really good, but I may try to increase the amount of time for the salt to pull more water out next time so it can be a bit more crispy after frying. I followed the recipe in this video. I just added cinnamon and a bit of pumpkin pie spice to the cornstarch. After I took them out, I coated them with a brown sugar glaze using a basting brush. The glaze itself was literally just brown sugar and a bit of butter mixed and melted in a pan until it had the consistency of honey. I'd like to find a way to incorporate marshmallows to it, but IDK how I'd do that to ensure an even coating without putting too much in and it turning out to be too sweet. Perhaps I could put a tiny bit of that marshmallow cream that comes in a jar and mix it with the brown sugar glaze before I coat the potatoes. Overall, I really liked it. There's plenty of ways you can get creative using different spices and whatnot for this recipe and it will still probably turn out just fine. If you end up making it, let me know how it went. Didn't use marshmallows since I wasn't too sure how I could incorporate them without it turning into a giant mess. I told the other person I replied to that I might try using that marshmallow creme you get in jar and adding that to my brown sugar glaze before coating the potatoes.
