Coming from a car guy who just lost his local track (Palm Beach International Raceway) and watching these dudes on insta for a while- WE NEED OUR RACETRACKS BACK. The car scene is only growing and without a safe place to practice/race/etc we’re gonna keep taking it to the streets. Swim team and these guys are great drivers too so i hope you takeover kids stop getting in ur head thinking ur built for this kinda life too cause ur not. Keep it on the track and learn how to drive before thinking u can do this too.
wtf they took down PBI?!?!?🤦🏾♂️
They took the track like I be takin people's sisters #GFYS
I mean I dont think the lack of track availability is the reason why they do this, they wont go to a track even if its available because there's no other cars to cut between, they want to white line, they want to cut, they want the thrill of escaping death every time. Say for the people that climbs skyscrapers for fun, why dont they have protective gear? Safety rope? Why dont they have a parachute? Because they want the idea that if they fail they die.
These dudes ain't interested in trackdays. They consider themselves "Professional" as is. Stupid asf. Do it on a bike tho not in a 200mph missile at innocent Civilians. This is like a ufc fighter picking fights in public IMO.

I don't care what people think but these guys are the optimal drivers for an ambulance
I meannnnnnn
Ambulances require whole different skillset. The handling, for example, is WAY worse(much higher center of gravity, worse tires, more weight) and you can't really do many abrupt moves. You have to be smooth and PREDICTABLE. Otherwise people can't give you right of way.
Would you want to be in the back. ?😂
Trust me man, ambulance drivers are FAR better drivers than these guys. Driving a light sports car around traffic like that is much easier than driving a heavy ambulance, with a paramedic trying to stabilise a patient in the back of it. Also ambulance drivers get to practice every day. It's their job.

I had a friend that drives like that, and would always think that he is better than everyone. One day he went to have fun with 2 other friends, he crashed the owners car who was 22 and in the passenger seat, the 22 year old died. The other guy that was sitting in the back got into a 6 month coma, and years of recuperation not being able to walk and talk. He, the driver, just had a minor shoulder injury. So yeah thats how this ends.
Exactly…
Absolutely how this ends. I know people who used to drive like this and never on main roads 20 years ago. A friend of a friend was seriously injured. Others I know died being ejected from the vehicle. I'm 2 years almost into recovering from a tree falling on the Jeep I was driving, not speeding or anything. Just a freak accident but had I not responded and hit the gas I would be dead. Being a knowledgeable and well trained driver who can operate under stress is important but these dudes are dangerous. We have motorcycles, dirt bikes and cars who drive like this in Philly and I've seen a few guys nearly hit my vehicles, death wobble braking to stop and plenty of serious wrecks. You're spot on. I know drivers typically walk away but passengers, or innocent driver's hit don't. Even if you're lucky enough to survive that recovery can be years or a lifetime of pain. I have a close friend who was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident. A lady on her phone pulled out in front of him. His entire left leg is rods, pins and screws, plate in his head, and he needed to learn to walk again. We both joke every time it's going to rain we get out of chairs like 80 year old men. Lol. But seriously those injuries are for life on many cases. Learn to drive and be a good evasive driver but don't do sht like this on streets. Race on closed roads or tracks. I'm not opposed to guys racing on closed streets but too many guys do this stuff and it's a 1000th of a second for things to go wrong and at 120+ mph when they go wrong, they go VERY wrong.
The drunk always lives, my best friends mom was on her way to work, as a Nurse at a hospital. Hit by a drunk driver on I75, she dies, my friend loses his mom.. the drunk survives unscathed. This is truly how it always goes 😢
Yeah man the driver always comes out unscathed

My cousin chose to drive like this several years ago. He thought he was the best driver in the world and could handle anything that came his way. A nail went into his tire at 140 mph which caused a tire blowout. He lost control of his car, flipped 3 times, hit and killed 2 innocent people that were standing in their yard. My cousin survived but is paralyzed from the neck down and will spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair. He's locked up in prison for the next 27 years.
Damn, sorry to hear it.

I’m a police officer here in Missouri and this shit absolutely blows my mind that they drive like this i seen so much crazy stuff as a police officer been doing this job for 5 years and i never chase nobody who going over 100 mph at all! They have the right mindset of stopping don’t hurt other people go to a race track and do that!
STL? KC? or Banjo Country - Fellow MO resident
Once they put a racetrack that isn’t crazy far from New York all this will slow down a bit honestly I love cutting up but with a race track I’d rather go there and put it to the test.
The fact that every track close to NYC has closed down in the past 20 years is the cause of this.
FTP
First let me say thanks for your service as a cop. Second let me say you’re probably the only cop I know that says they don’t do over 100mph. Secondly if your honest about that my hats off for you, it takes some realization to say I’m not doing that because it’s more dangourus to chase this person than to make sure I catch him, instead let me stay back go the same direction and hope I don’t find a car wreck. There is a time to be a police officer and I time to say there is more harm then good. To recognize that means you’re more aware.
I saw the video on my TV and I want to comment that they're absolutely right. the more you drive recklessly the more people's behaviors become predictable. It's always expected somebody's going to break check you someone's going to cut your lane off on purpose. But while driving the person doing Reckless is way more aware than the people that are being passed. Is easy to gain a tolerance to speeding. Vehicles that you think are fast are no longer fast and there's always more to be craves. That's why motorcycles keep getting faster. Also knowing the capabilities of your vehicle is everything Moe's drivers are used to their vehicles being out of control and know how to handle it. It's no different than stunt drivers and professional racetrack drivers. Last thing I want to add usually in a couple seconds before an accident survival mode takes over and the body reacts to minimize as much damage as possible. Really love this vehicle you should check out the sports bike scenes
I have encountered these guys or some similar crew on the Parkway in North Jersey.....its REALLY scary! They zoom past you, and it messes up your senses. Its like 3 or 4 cars dipping in and out and your can see them coming in the rear view, and you dont know what's going to happen. Super scary!
Whenever you notice a pack of racers coming at you… just keep doing what you are doing… They already spotted you from a half mile back and have a plan and a back up plan to get around you. Don’t change lanes randomly Usually it’s best to keep the same pace you’re at. If you’re side by side with other cars you might want to speed up or let off the gas to make a Gap For them to pass through and be gone a mile ahead in less than 30 seconds.
How is it scary? lol stay in your lane and don’t start breaking for no apparent reason

Man these dudes are intelligent and intellectual when speaking. That really surprised me. Also, notice how they wish there was a track? That's what happens when you shut down all the tracks in your area. People go to the streets. It's simple. Kudos for a good documentary on this.
Bro for real man. I’m sure most of these drivers who cut up like crazy on the highway aren’t actually that crazy, they just want to enjoy the speed of their car. A track is the perfect place to do that but if there’s no track they can only use the streets
They'd still do it. They claim to be well aware of the consequences, and do it anyway. They admit it that it's not worth it, but still do it. And for what? the one dude said he did it to avoid tickets cuz he couldn't afford them. If you believe his story about being singled out even though keeping up with traffic, yea, sure, it's unfortunate. Don't drive that car as much, or buy a new one that might not get singled out so much. Much better alternative than to just start running from cops. Because it's gonna cost a lot more when they need to pay legal fees, and forced to pay for another person's injuries/death. There is no excuse for driving like that. Not all areas have a track either. And I bet some of those places have less trouble with these kinds of drivers.

It’s not true though, the study suggest 25 because that was the age cap of the study. It’s a flawed study and is misquoted all the time. Shame, as I like this content usually.
@@daytonars5603 I mean while it might not specifically be 25 the majority of people’s pre frontal cortex is developed at that age. If it’s not by 25 it’s not far after. Either way it does establish why young adults are more likely to make these decisions. And it does provide a unique viewing experience
adds great context
This is my first introduction to your channel and I'm beyond glad I chose to watch this video. It was actually very surprising to me that these young men making the decisions to drive like this are totally prepared for whatever consequences may come their way. The part where squeeze said "please do not come out here and try this" took me back quite a bit. I was really not expecting him to be as thoughtful and mindful as he was. Still a ridiculously dangerous thing to do and if I could convince these guys to stop I would but at the very least I hope and pray that no harm befalls them or any person on the roads around them
You are confused friend. This guy doesn't not know if he's prepared for the consequences. He is not mindful. He does not care about your well being, or anybody else's. He should go to prison for a very very long time. Since he's not going to stop until he's disabled/dead or in prison. I hope he gets caught sooner than later and stays in prison until he's dead. In reality, this will not happen, because we have a broken legal system
He's a loser just like the rest of them. He was more honest than "swim team" which sounds so lame to me but all I heard was a buncha excuses from the team. Also that guy said you shouldn't go to jail for life over a murder with a car yet ITS MURDER WITH A CAR. Deserve life. "We've seens you're videos" come on bruh, spellcheck is everywhere bro. 6 million views and my guy making grammatical mistakes smh
it's good to hear that those guys are ready to accept responsibility. The question I would have loved to hear though: If you had to chose between blowing into a person, or crashing into a barrier/tree, would you take the latter? Because it is one thing to accept the consequences of your actions, but it's a different thing to chose worse consequences for someone else's sake.
Whether they’re taking responsibility or not they’re still doing it. In a squeeze Benz video when he was racing, one of his mates crashed into the side of a car where the passenger seat was. There’s not much context to what happened after but imagine a kid was in the passenger seat with his mother driving. No matter how skilled you are at driving other people are shit drivers and you’ll end up killing someone.I have much more respect for people who drive like this on motorbikes because at least if you crash into someone it’s you that’s dying. I know someone who was driving probably around 40 - 50mph over the speed limit down some road and killed a little girl and got sent to 5 years in prison.

Why someone would ever vote blue will always remain a mystery to me 🙄 But observing this self-imploding behavior makes up for quite some entertaining content 😏
voting red or blue barely matters in the long run, and even so, a lot of red states are full of meth and losers and low literacy rates just as bad as the crime in blue cities. furthermore, the "blue states" ideology is the same as ones that work in the cleanest and smartest and most successful countries in the world (netherlands, germany, austria, switzerland, scandinavian countries, finland, east asian countries) so the problem isn't the "blue" political system, it's the people like you who pick a side and constantly can't stop bringing up the other one, and it's american culture. selfish, individualism, closed mindedness, spite, nosey. suggest you get a passport and go to some countries that you would consider "socialist" or "blue", you might be shocked at what it's like to live in a clean walkable place.

People shaming these guys for their driving is the dumbest thing you can do. I cant stand pedestrian drivers who never follow driving etiquette and have the entitlement to say these guys are bad guys. To manage anxiety and adrenaline when in extreme situations is a gift. Great video!
People shamming these guys is the most not brain dead opinion
Been watching the swim team for a while now, they TOO nice wit it. 🔥
Then you are much of an asshole but to cowardly to act on it.
Probably one of your best videos yet. I’ve been dying to see behind the scenes of Benz and the others doing all these crazy stunts. Great video Tommy!
Why do these dudes have so many bot comments 😂 what is this psy op
im a new yorker and you guys took all the parkways that i use for work def can hear them coming
I love how the first thing in this video is a reality check, even tho these guys will never have anything worth caring about, I hope that young people who think about doing this take that second to think about other people
I like how you said you wouldn't be getting in the car but still did 😂😂
Amazing reporting !!! Love the channel. Thank you to the KZhead algorithm for bringing this to me. Keep it up brother 👊.
This one ! Love Tommy cause he actually goes out his way to really interview people in reality
Turning everyone to a game is so wholesome and smart
i love ur little tangents
Love your content bro and for me, this was one of the best video you posted. Simply because I could related to these guys at least to some small degree. I ain't on some police chase thing or swerving through the traffic, but absolutely love the adrenaline rush from high speeds on highways or side roads, where it's possible, or just taking those corners smooth af... on those moments, every issue, every bullshit stuff that I might have on mind goes out of the window and I'm in my 120% focus mode, which is hella relaxing and peaceful. Buying my own first car was the best decision I've ever made.
Brilliant work as always brotha. 💯
Thank you big dawg
