Borsch??? It can be different... red, green, cold, but our BORSCH is probably the tastiest! Red borscht, with ribs, croutons and lard, that's what we're going to tell you about today. Real, Ukrainian (UNESCO recorded), rich soup, which is prepared in a cauldron, in the fresh air - simply breathtaking!

🍱 Ingredients:
▪ meat (pork ribs)
▪ beetroot
▪ Cabbage
▪ potatoes
▪ carrots
▪ onions
▪ green parsley, dill
▪ garlic
▪ tomato paste
▪ spices: salt, pepper
