basic principles of football that for some crazy reason the first team experienced senior players can't adhere to and haven't done consistently for years: showing for the ball instead of admiring your pass (Nolan,3, 0:57), looking for your striker (2:46), coordinating an organized press (2:56), progressive one-twos/triangles (3:44), defending together (7:40) and altogether being adaptable to play different positions and being switched on to keep going despite the scoreline

It's not about how well they play at this level look at ravel Morrison absolutely unbelievable footballer but never had that mental strength to step it up. So people in here saying yes they're ready don't know nothing. It's not all about the football it's half about how U deal with things and can take instruction and improve.

Ten hang ball seems to work for them, but not the 1st team
It is good we are implementing his system through out all age groups, so they come ready and familliar with the style. Our first team is mix from Ole and Mourinho players, not familliar with ETH style of play but with good transfer period we could be closer and with these youngsters the future is bright. We just need to stick to ETH and trust the process.
