Dimash, 6 Octave Range, F2 to the infamous D8. He's been singing since he was 5, his mother is a soprano opera singer and his father a singer also. He was 22 when he sang this song, and he's now 25, almost 26 this month. He's trained extensively in pop and opera. His range is basically from low Baritone (a bit of bass, tenor, and through the soprano ranges). The scary thing is he's even gotten better (which is hard to believe). He plays 8 instruments and sings in 12 languages. Although confident in his music, he's also very humble.
@Gamer Jack its note is not counting because its growl he is vocal range E2-D8 6.1 octave
@Gamer Jack Man and I sit here hitting F5 all day long to listen to this song over and over again.
he’s been performing since he was 2, his parents took him on tour and he’s been performing since he was 2
In fact, in his vocal fry he reached A1 in Love is like a dream in several live concerts ! In the last 3 years he developed his bariton range very much !
He is also getting his PhD in Music Composition. Since Dimash is also a native speaker of Russian, he may be the best singer of the Russian Song of all time. Also, the partnership of Igor Krutoy and Dimash Kudaibergen may be the best combination in Russian Pop of all time. If Dimash improves his Mandarin, he could dominate the Chinese Pop scene. Dimash has 600,000,000 fans in China.

😱😱 Bow down now!!
Although to be honest, in his beginnings he butchered lyrics in French and in English. Anyone who speaks French can hear this. Still, he is amazing. He has worked on his pronunciation a lot.
Amazing
@@strahinjamacesic3974 His French pronunciation wasn't that bad. Yeah a few mistakes but he doesn't speak it. Much better than a lot of people who apparently "speak French"

@Edwin Cabrera, exactly. No amount of training will give you that range. You're either born with it or you're not.

What's I like in Tara's reaction is her sincere emotions and professional comments, and obviously impressive repeating trials of singing these high notes. Just Bravo! The best reaction ever on KZhead
Yes, there's no over-acting and stuff. She's authentic. Imo her and Ken Templin, and some other opera singers are genuine. Crazy thing is that Ken Templin and Ellen Pellegrino also have very similar range to Dimash.
She's not listening to this for the first time... There's plenty of her fake reviews on utube. Acting like it's the first time hearing dimash.
@@vandanamalhotra1657 Ken’s reaction is succinct. Just a few words that say it all. :)
@@bidderswede I watched almost all her reactions to Dimash and you lie. This is her first reaction and in all others she was not faking that she heard him for the first time, she heard that exact performance for the first time, which is totally different thing
She knows her stuff but talked over a lot of the song and stopped it during and right before the best parts of his performance😆
Tara: says notes are Hard to do with the emphasis on HARD. Also Tara: just does them perfectly out of nowhere. 💗
Yeah but its the fact that he’s a guy with a pretty low talking voice, it just makes it 10x more impressive bc his normal voice is so much lower than those high notes
Don't know if this was mentioned, but he's been also swimming all of his life and that had a great influence on his breath control.
Hmmm... that’s a great secret weapon!!
That is why. Muscle needs exercise to achieve its full potential.
@@Tarasimonstudios Also check out yoga or aikido. They both have breath control that can help singer understand the goal and the feeling of breathing a bit better.
I guess that he is flexible and his muscles are long. I know that a longer neck and a breath that goes all the way to the tailbone make the voice stronger by creating more room for airflow and all the soft, long muscles giving room for more vibrato.
The exercises to train your lung are swimming and archery
The most important thing to take from this video, out of Tara's mouth: "He's an alien" Confirmed. Call the Government.

He was born with perfect pitch and a passion for singing, even as an infant. He started music academy at age 5. He has trained for 3 hrs a day, minimum, since then. So perhaps that suggests that he did train through puberty. It has never been a chore for his mentors to get him to train---more a chore to get him to stop and do anything else. But not REALLY a chore, because he cooperates with all of their advice.

super reaction! have you ever heard a controlled D8 for 5 seconds? from a man?) You have to hear it, if you continue to watch the performances of Dimash.
My body went numb when I heard him, at first I thought maybe was the microphone malfunctioning, but no, I was wrong. I still get goosebumps, every time.
Excuse me, not to destroy your enjoyment but he did not whistle, he doesnt know how to whistle PROPERLY. He used "Inhale Phonations" which is NOT WHISTLE because as it says, INHALE. He inhales and makes his chords thin to make these high notes work. Why I know? Because I know how to use Inhale Phonations.
Sorry, but I didn't mention "Whistle"; whatever is called, I haven't heard it from other singers or wannabe singers.
OOO! Thanks! Finally, finally I heard what I'm talking about in many comments, I'm talking about falsetto, belting... The fact that Dimash, in his upper register, when he sings these high notes, sings with a voice, a real voice, and not in the falsetto or counter-tenor technique (although these techniques are in his arsenal), that he sings in his head register the way women do, Dimash was taught in as a child during the transition period, not to sing falsetto, but to sing as women sing and he mastered this perfectly and belting, it's not a belt, not a scream, it's a voice that sounds powerful, due to breathing, working with the diaphragm, as opera singers do, and not as they do / shout rock singers, Dimash masterfully mixes various techniques, it doesn't fit in my head how it is possible, but in the person of Dimash, it became possible! Bravo!
After hearing thousands of reviews I still think the last note where right at the end he goes from a soft breathy sound, moves into crescendo into pure tone and then fades away. This is outstandingly cleaver and musically profound. The last word he sings is Sleep. So to put his musical interpretation into context; when I go to sleep at night, just before I leave my body to go into the 4th dimensional astral plane, my conscious focus seems to suddenly and for only a moment, comes back into clear 3d focus, as if to take one last look at the 3D world before moving out of the body into 4D. This is exactly what happens when we die. How many times have you heard spoken that when someone is right there at the moment of death, they suddenly go from an unconscious focus to suddenly becoming awake and very conscious for just a brief moment and then they let go permanently. Now this isn't a permanent death transition only a brief sojourn into 4D sleep time that some have called a 'mini death'. Brilliant musical interpretation on the word final last word "sleep".
As I would describe it’s a heavenly sound ❤

This dude gives me chills. Something extremely rare and divine happening here. He reminds me of the movie the fifth element where the alien sang in ranges like this but that was a fake movie with special effect..Dimash is actually doing it..and better than that movie. He is touched by god himself to bless us with this gift for a divine reason. It may be to encourage us to keep going in this tough world because when you hear him sing you know there is something much much more going on than we can comprehend which means God surely exists we just may not be yet able to comprehend the totality of that but we can recognise this voice comes from divinity. This is not coincidence that Dimash is here on earth and has this voice. Just know that God Surely loves us to send us someone so special. The fact I'm a Christian and Dimash is Muslim makes no difference to me since I know The lord can bless us in any way he chooses and through anyone..all for his purpose and reasons we may never understand. I think he does this to try and bring us together. Lord you are amazing and worthy of praise and glory..you are so good to us.

Hey, nice reaction/analysis, really insteresting, I enjoyed a lot watching it, thank's so much ! I have to say, welcome in the Dimash's world, where nothing is impossible ! And, you saw like 10% of what he can do, even when you follow him for months, or years, he always brings something new to the table, this guy is not from earth, for sure. For the question you asked, Dimash already answered it, yes, he have that soprano register since he is a child, and he worked on keeping it when his voice changed. He has an incredible range, like you notice, but it's a lot more impressive that what you just saw here. He can go higher and lower, (in chest, mix, head, or whistle) and he controls his voice in everything (vibrato, breath control, transitions, volume, runs... etc) and in every style of music. Even if his principal is called "pop'opera" by a lot of people or Dimash says "neoclassical". If you want to discover him in right order, you can continue with "The Singer" this was Ep1, the second is "Opera 2" a russian song (by Vitas) and it's... fun. kzhead.info/sun/lNKEnblpgWKibJ8/bejne.html Anyway, thank's a lot for this reaction, I hope another on Dimash ! He sang it in french. My God. He sang one of the most important songs in my life in french. The original version. I need a breath. Maybe a little drink. But first, a breath. Mamma mia ! He was so incredibly good ! I want to smile, laugh, cry and faint at the same time.
so good rly? i m french and i don' t understand any word he's singing, . perhaps because he is singing only in phonetic . sorry but i prefer the original Daniel Balavoine song
Thank you so much for waiting and giving us your "virgin Dimash experience."!
Excellent breakdown, I learned a lot 👍👍I really enjoyed the reaction too. This video will probably be one of your most popular videos, due the combination of the details and the reaction. There's a reason for the saying in KZhead singer reaction world: _"Dimash is King, Sohyang is Queen."_ These vocal monsters command legions of reaction junkies and fans, like myself, 😁 for the ample amount of "shock factors" in their performances. Thank you Coach Tara! 💐💖
Great Music Dilettante the pleasure was all mine!!
Ha ha! I thought u were going to pass out!! That was his 1st performance, now round two 'Opera 2'. He's from kazakhstan but in this competition/show he sings in French,Italian,Chinese,English,Russian,as well as his own language. If you only watch 1 more Dimash video then pls make it 'Contessa (& the diva dance)
10:21 I've never seen someone do this before in my life... I actually thought something was sliding on my desk! Perfect transition!
i just adore how professionals react to hearing him perform! its so nice to see people get genuinely excited in watching him, specially when they know exactly what is happening to his anatomy and how difficult what he is doing actually is! his voice is partially genetic, but they acknowledge the hard work and skill it must've taken him!!!!
Yaassss Dimash was waiting for it !!! :D please react to "Sinful passion", there are alot of parts where you will be shooked, and i want to get an explanation on what he is doing from you, love you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Excellent reaction...you guess it right. Dimash is classically trained since age 5 and continue his training up to this day (he's 24). He was offered a position with the Kazakhstan Opera but he passed at the gig since he wanted to try luck at the pop scene with a mix of pop with opera and folk sounds, in a style he calls "neo-classical". Awsome explanation, thanks.
awsome...hope your dream become reality. Work hard and aim high...peace
loved this reaction! thank you! greetings from Almaty (Kazakhstan)
Hands down no disrespect to other reaction yours to me is the best 🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for the reaction! You should react to Dimash - Sinful Passion & Dimash - Show Must Go On!
Dretch 👌
Dimash is THE KING! The first time I ever listened to this song was when Denis Ten brought it as music for his Figure Skating performance, and I clearly remember I was sure that there were two people singing, a man and a woman. I was literally stunned when I saw Dimash video and realized he was the only singer!
He's from Mars🤣🤣🤣Ma'am Tara just confirmed🤣🤣🤣 love that review❤
I see Tara... I see DIMASH... I click! Automatic thumbs up for my fav vocal coach/ reactor reacting to my favorite artist! Thank you so much for reacting and providing professional commentary as always!!!! ps I literally screamed when I saw this in my recommendations! #DEAR
This was the song that opened the door to the world's stage for him....there are 12 other episodes of this show and I can tell you he is getting better ...YES...better...unbelievable,!!! but true...how can you improve perfect???? with Dimash you can...will be waiting for your next reaction/analysis..
Out of all Dimash reaction vids, you are the most fun to watch. And very educative reaction
