It's awful I know! But at least that animal got to live free all the way up until the end where it didn't even get eaten alive by another animal just got a single arrow straight through their heart and surely bled out within minutes. Meat from the supermarket comes from animals who aren't able to roam free and are terrified in the end seeing and hearing death within the slaughter house. I wish more would just hunt their food to reduce the inhumanity of factory farming.
