Need to try Calisthenics next! Thanks for coming down!
Let’s do it! You’re the man Larry thanks for all the tips! Need to see you hold that planche next 💪🏼🖤
please do.
@@CHRISHERIAyo directly to planche thats crazy
You know...I was thinking that near the start of the video...Larry at Chris's doing some Calisthenics and maybe some Pull-Ups on the bars....
Please make it happen
What better way to hit 2 plates for the first time ever on bench than with Larry and Chris by your side 🥲🔥
3 plates coming up 💪🏼🖤
I'm down to try it too
Keep it going 🎉
bro when you hit those 2plates I was hyped af for you 💪🏽😎
Sickkk👌🏼
Can we take a second to appreciate how amazing of an interviewer Mr. Heria is, loved all the questions.
Was coming to the comments to see this one or I'd have posted XD 10000% agreed; thanks Chris!
Especially if you're used to watch every larry videos, you're used to see larry the one being talkative and interviewing. So seeing larry being questioned a lot in this video feels refreshing. Both are very articulate 🔥
Did not expect this crossover. Larry is a great coach, Chris’s strength from Calisthenics have insane carry over that 2 plate bench looked easy, and Brandon’s form is perfect.

From the very past i was thinking about this collaboration of chris with larry wheels.... amazing to see you both together 💪
🙌

@@CHRISHERIAyou gotta hit Magnus up again too broski
Funny what Larry said about the "curse" and people who aren't well known coming on his channel to try and prove themselves. This video kinda proves it because Chris is as "famous", if not even bigger than Larry, in his own area so came to this with 0 ego and literally just wanted to learn and have fun, at no point was he trying to do anything stupid or push himself beyond his limits hence no freak injuries. This is how it should be
LARRY HAS TITS LOL
Chris and Larry are the ones who inspired me on my fitness journey. After a divorce at 24 I started training pull ups because of Chris and got to where I could rep 10+. Then found Larry and fell in love with deadlifts, went from 135 for reps to 315 which is 2x bodyweight in under a year. Dream collab, I would love the opportunity to meet both these men one day.
divorce at 24? you going for life any% speedrun WR?
I'm a virgin at 26. Yet you had a girlfriend, married, became your wife, and divorced already by 24? How did you go through life so fast?
@@108mtsan Virgin by choice or by lack of girls?
Lack of girls. I have yet to approach anyone or have anyone approach me. @@Nawtion
@Nawtion, I assume it’s by choice. Cuz a lot of men at that age can easily pay a prostitute if they want to lose their virginity that badly
Chris Heria could have even done 275lbs on Bench Press. All that planche pushup strength helped. The other dude squatting came so natural to him as well. Great stuff man. Larry is as legit as it gets too. Great session. Also glad he didn't injure you guys lol

Brandon's bench was awesome! Loved to see the encouragement!
You can see the joy on his face I love it
This was really helpful bro. Sometimes the most important basics are ones we never learned. Cheers!! Much appreciated
Don’t normally watch lifting videos like this (I enjoy your calisthenics content and that’s why I’m a big fan) - this video was so great though. You interviewed well and helped extract knowledge from an expert in a new field. It introduced me to a new world and I learned so much. It made me excited to try some of these basic Olympic lifts. Thank you for sharing
Love the variety you’re bringing into these videos Chris! I’ve never done powerlifting so this is very educational for me! Keep up the these inspiring and informative videos bro! 💪🏻😎💯👍🏻💙
It's very good to see how he's explaining about the stretching and mobility before the workout
Thank you so much for this educating and informative training video! Proper, correct technique and form are the foundation for working out! Whether it is weightlifting or calisthenics! Chris Heria is winning in fitness and physique!
Nice collab. Just one humble man teaching his techniques to two humble men❤
For sure need more vids like this! Great work, Chris!

The Fracture was tragic and horrifying. Larry pulled the rookie when he had locked his arm in the break position

Good to see you getting some legit training on the big boy weights bro. Been a follower of Thenx.... basically since you started, got the merch and the gains. More of a lifter the last several years but good job getting some coaching from the champ himself!
Technique, awesome knowledge, good on you Larry

The way Larry wheels explained the deadlift made so much more sense than anything ive been taught. 315 finna be butter
Thank you for this video seriously!

Great tips!! Nicely done.. Thank you..
So glad i can final watch this
Chris is my biggest inspiration
Love that collaboration 🖤
Love to see it!
Great video really wanna see your potential with bodybuilding love your work ethic
3 to 6 months to hit double your bw in squats as a complete beginner??? I think Larry might underestimate how difficult it is for us normals folks to PR 😅 Any squat over 150kg does not seem like a thing someone does in their first year of lifting, even with good coaching (unless they already weigh over 100kg to start with)...
Yeah and when you look at the physics of these guys and how developed they are only hitting a few reps on 100kg.
I hit 2 times body weight around that time period. I was consistent and I had a coach. Obviously, it varies from person to person, but I'd say it isn't impossible.
Because larry never did it natty. He doesn't know what he's talking about.
@@chrisquizo1054 you did NOT hit 2x bw squat in 3-6m. Fuck outa here
I went from a 110 kg squat to 150 kg squat in 2 months. It's honestly not that unbelieveable. I dedicated most of my energy towards it and hit 15 sets of squat every week, also did core and lower back work in addition to it.
THAT WAS FUN TO WATCH!
Hello Chris, your motivation is very good, I am advancing calisthenics, thank you Peru
I feel you will be able to build your body even better now, even though you learned the hard way. It will be built on better foundation now..💥
