  • Обязательно нужно предусмотреть чистку дымохода, т.к. меньше чем через месяц она забьется, из-за охлаждения на выходе из котла, особенно если дрова сосновые или березовые.

    @grafism2544@grafism25443 ай бұрын
    • Регулярная чистка: Проводите регулярную чистку дымохода, желательно хотя бы раз в месяц в холодный период. В зависимости от интенсивности использования и типа древесины, это может потребоваться чаще. Используйте подходящие топливные материалы: При возможности, используйте высушенное дровяное топливо, чтобы уменьшить образование сажи и смолы. Установите дымоотвод: Установите дымоотвод (каптюр) для предотвращения обратного тяги и защиты от осадков. Проверяйте состояние: Регулярно проверяйте состояние дымохода на предмет образования нагара, сажи и других отложений. Прокладывайте топливную камеру: При возможности, прокладывайте топливную камеру твердым материалом, чтобы уменьшить вынос сажи в дымоход. Не забывайте соблюдать все безопасностные меры при работе с отопительными системами на твердом топливе. Если у вас есть конкретные вопросы относительно вашей системы отопления, рекомендуется проконсультироваться с профессиональным техником.

    • Вы абсолютно правы! Регулярная чистка дымохода очень важна, особенно при использовании сосновых или березовых дров. Это помогает предотвратить забивание и обеспечивает более эффективную работу котла. Благодарим за ценный совет!

    • @@msattey5650 есть и еще как. Что бы без дыма, нужна высокая температура горения. Печь на дровах, и возможно сырых. Это очень сложный процесс. Основной нагрев не должен вылететь в трубу, но при этом не должен задохнуться. Дилетант обязательно наделает ошибок.

    • Привет, Спасибо за интересное наблюдение и поделенный опыт! Действительно, использование рубашки с песком для печей может быть интересным подходом для увеличения времени сохранения тепла. Однако, как вы отметили, стенки такой печи могут подвергаться более быстрому износу. Это хороший пример того, как опыт и практика могут привести к новым идеям и решениям. Важно учитывать различные факторы, такие как материалы и конструкция, для достижения оптимальной долговечности и эффективности. Благодарю вас за ваш взгляд на этот опыт. Если у вас есть еще какие-то идеи или вопросы, не стесняйтесь делиться ими!

    • @@lmtnКак самодельщик самодельщику могу подарить идею буржуйки с нижним горением в которой без малейшего намека на дым из трубы, горят дрова с любой влажностью. Хоть свежеспил с зелёными ветками хоть с улицы из под дождя хоть прям из лужи. Идея простая как гвоздь. Обычная топка с нижним горением ( надеюсь объяснять не надо ). Их ещё пиролизными называют. А вокруг рубашка. По которой дымогазы поднимаются вверх и греют эту самую топку ( у меня она из старого газового баллона, а рубашка из какой то здоровенный трубы почти по метра диаметром. Зазор между топкой и рубашкой 50 мм где то ). А по мере остывания они опускаются вниз и засасываются в дымоход. Максимальная температура дымохода получается чуть больше 100 градусов. А так где то 80 примерно. А за счёт того что в топке дрова по сути тлеют, температура там не высокая. И даже на колосниках высокой температуры нету. В общем пока ни малейших намеков на то что металл где то прогореть может. Собирать ее муторно ( я из металлолома и хлама конструировал). Но оно того стоит. А если сверху ещё присобачить как те теплосьем для воды, получится отличнейший пиролизный котел. Когда такая буржуйка горит-глядя на трубу ни за что не подумаешь что она вообще горит. Если интересно вам- попробуйте сделать. Уверяю- не пожалеете. Дрова реально горят любые .

    • Все зависит от металла. Если внутренние стенки сделать из трубы водопроводной (ГОСТ) например 533 мм кажется, там стенка 6-8 мм и сплав совсем другой ближе к котловым сталям. Такой вариант держаться будет больше 15 лет точно. Я проверил.

  • Outstanding work again. I have designed but not built a system that is similar, to act as heat for a small home and a water system, but the copper coil would be around the chimney of the stove, and another chimney port in a Y shape manifold with a door insode to change the direction of the hot gas to the water chimney or the main chimney which would run sideways into a 'mass bench' - this would store the heat for the house, like the Rocket Mass Heater idea. To be more useful the water tank needs to be insulated and capped so that you are not losing water vapour into the room, and a safety valve for the pressure.. I would use the same gravity feed water circulation system, and the tankl would be upstairs. Directly underneath would be a shower room, and seperate hot water split feed for sink nearby for kitchen,

    • ChatGPT Your design sounds incredibly innovative and practical for heating a small home while utilizing the stove's heat effectively. Integrating a copper coil around the chimney to transfer heat to a water system is a smart idea, and the Y-shaped manifold adds versatility to direct heat where it's needed most. Ensuring insulation and safety measures like a pressure valve for the water tank are crucial for efficiency and safety. Your vision for a gravity-fed water circulation system and strategically locating the tank for optimal usage demonstrates careful planning. It's evident that you've put a lot of thought into this design. Thank you for sharing your insights and contributing to the conversation on sustainable heating solutions!

    • It's great that you appreciate the DIY stove! You're also right to be mindful of the potential risks and safety measures that should be taken with such a setup. Here are some key precautions to keep in mind: Fire Extinguisher: Always have a fire extinguisher within easy reach in case of emergency. Safe Placement: Ensure that any coals or hot ashes are properly contained and kept away from flammable materials or surfaces. Flue Cleaning: Regularly clean the flue to prevent buildup of creosote, which can cause chimney fires. Proper Ventilation: Ensure that there is proper ventilation in the area to avoid the buildup of harmful gases like carbon monoxide. Compliance: Check your local fire codes and insurance policies to make sure your DIY stove is compliant with safety regulations and covered by insurance. Regular Maintenance: Keep the stove and all components well-maintained to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your safety and the safety of those around you should always be the top priority when using a DIY stove. It's great that you are aware of these potential hazards and are taking steps to mitigate them!

Using a bending core tool to prevent deformation at the end of a copper pipe bend is indeed a helpful technique to ensure a smoother and more uniform curvature. Additionally, selecting the appropriate plumbing fixtures at the ends of the pipes is crucial to avoid any bottlenecking or restrictions in flow. • Really like the idea. Though i suspect that this would only be suitable for wood and not coal as coal may melt the metal? I used a simple steel grate last winter instead of cast iron for my stove in the garage and it melted from the coal.

    @jared4670@jared46703 ай бұрын
    • You're correct in your suspicion. Coal burns at higher temperatures than wood, and using a simple steel grate may not be suitable for burning coal. Coal can indeed reach temperatures that are high enough to cause steel to melt or warp. For burning coal, it's recommended to use a grate made from materials that can withstand the higher temperatures. Cast iron grates are commonly used for this purpose because cast iron can handle the intense heat produced by burning coal. If you plan to burn coal regularly, it's a good idea to invest in a quality cast iron grate designed specifically for coal-burning stoves. This will ensure the durability and longevity of the grate, preventing issues like melting or warping. Always refer to the manufacturer's recommendations and specifications for your stove to ensure that you are using the appropriate materials for the type of fuel you intend to burn.

    • Thank you for your kind words and the valuable safety tip! You're absolutely right that when working with barrels or other metal objects for heating, it's essential to remove any paint or coatings before subjecting them to high temperatures. Paint or coatings can release toxic fumes when heated, which can be harmful. Safety should always be a top priority in DIY projects like these. Your feedback is much appreciated, and it's great to hear that you love the work! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

  • Every corner on that vent increases the chance of a possible leak if it's not been welded airtight, and if you've got white walls, you'll see the smoke stains. Not sure why you made it like that, but if there's no reason then I would do directly out. Also unless you always use water, this system seems kind of unnecessary and if you then decide to add water it can cause damage to the copper pipes over the years causing a leak, which then means you need to repair, if you even can repair it, then you're seeing how unserviceable it is. I guess if you want to hook up the water to a constant flowing tank, maybe this is worth it. Dont get me wrong, this was a very nice video to watch and detailed instructions. Thanks.

    @YeahNoTellTheTruth@YeahNoTellTheTruthАй бұрын
    • Hey there! Thanks a ton for your feedback and concerns! I totally get where you're coming from. So, about those corners on the vent, you're absolutely right - they do pose a potential risk if not sealed properly. We'll definitely take that into consideration for future projects! As for the water system, it's a valid point. If water isn't a constant in your setup, it might seem like an unnecessary hassle. We'll make sure to weigh the pros and cons carefully moving forward. And hey, thanks a bunch for the compliments on the video! We really put in the effort to make it detailed and easy to follow. Your support means a lot to us! 🙌

How about "wood gas stoves" where you can generate wood gas to run electric generators... PLUS gas to run tractors, trucks etc... They can burn almost anything but, what I like is the ability to generate the electricity and then you can help many people in a lot of homes. I know that they're more sophisticated then a wood stove but, maybe you can make them simpler and start a new industry and make millions in profits! Where are you located? USA? If yes, which state? • You should be careful with tubing like that, if you look at steam engines or boilers in particular the dont rum water through tuning because if you some reasons you get an a air bubble or some type of local flash boiling it can explode. A classic steam engines/boiler will as I’ve explained before have a fire box and then a water tank and the exhaust from the fire out of The fire box will go through the water. There by reducing the chance of steam being created and a resultant explosion.

    @oscaroscar5336@oscaroscar53363 ай бұрын
    • It seems like you're providing advice related to safety concerns when dealing with tubing, especially in the context of steam engines or boilers. Safety is indeed a crucial consideration when working with high-pressure systems, and your point about avoiding the risk of explosion is valid. Traditional steam engines and boilers often use a fire tube or water tube design to manage the flow of heat and prevent the rapid formation of steam, which could lead to dangerous pressure buildups. Safety measures, such as relief valves and pressure controls, are typically implemented in these systems to mitigate potential risks. If you have specific questions or topics you'd like to discuss regarding steam engines, boilers, or any other related subject, feel free to share, and I'll do my best to provide information or guidance.

  • Wow that's really cool. do you have any long term issues with rust inside because of the water or with corrosion from the copper touching the metal?

    @redsquirrelftw@redsquirrelftw2 ай бұрын
    • Thank you for your interest! When it comes to long-term issues like rust inside due to water or corrosion from the copper touching metal, it's essential to consider proper design and material choices. To mitigate rusting inside the device due to water, ensuring that the materials used are corrosion-resistant or properly treated against rust is crucial. Regular maintenance, such as cleaning and drying the device, can also help prevent rust buildup. Regarding corrosion from copper touching metal, using insulating materials or coatings between the copper and other metals can prevent direct contact and subsequent corrosion. Additionally, choosing compatible materials and employing proper insulation techniques can help minimize the risk of corrosion over time. Overall, addressing these potential issues through thoughtful design, material selection, and maintenance practices can help maintain the longevity and effectiveness of the device. Always keep an eye on any signs of corrosion or rust and address them promptly to prevent further damage. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to ask!

    @lestzhang7969@lestzhang79693 ай бұрын
    • 在这个系统中,经过多次吸热和散热处理后,烟囱的顶端温度通常会降低到相对安全的水平,不再像初始燃烧阶段那么高温。具体的温度会受到许多因素的影响,如炉燃烧的燃料类型、炉体设计和运行条件等。为确保安全,最好使用温度计来监测烟囱顶端的温度,以确保它在可控范围内。如果您有具体的温度数据需求,可能需要使用专业设备来测量。

    @FabioSouza-lo1bn@FabioSouza-lo1bn3 ай бұрын
    • Claro, vou detalhar a questão do bujão na chaminé: No contexto do vídeo ou projeto em que estás a referir-te, é possível que um bujão seja utilizado como parte de um sistema de aquecimento ou caldeira. O bujão, neste caso, poderia ser uma peça de equipamento que permite a drenagem ou o escoamento de água ou outro fluido a partir da chaminé. A função principal do bujão pode ser permitir a remoção da água condensada que se forma na chaminé devido à combustão ou ao aquecimento. Esta água condensada pode ser prejudicial para o sistema de aquecimento se não for removida, uma vez que pode causar corrosão ou outros danos. O bujão normalmente tem uma rosca ou sistema de fixação que o mantém seguro na chaminé, mas pode ser removido quando necessário para drenar a água. A água é então direcionada para um local apropriado, como um ralo ou um recipiente de recolha. Se tiveres alguma dúvida específica sobre como o bujão é utilizado num contexto particular ou se precisares de mais informações sobre este assunto, por favor, fornece mais detalhes para que eu possa ajudar-te de forma mais precisa.

  • Does the tubing have to be vertical for it to naturally circulate

    @deanbartsch8521@deanbartsch85212 ай бұрын
    • Yes sir, if the chimney is vertical, it will be easy to clean, and will not get stuck. Thank you for your interest in our video.

  • * you will find, had you put the water coil on the outside of the barrel it wouldn't cool down the burn chamber nor knock and hammer the coil

  • Question.....why you weld like that dotted? Is it better than regular welding?

    @jorgeavalos7581@jorgeavalos7581Ай бұрын
    • Yes, thank you for your interest in our products. When spot welding like this, we can only record more videos. As for regular welding, you can still weld normally. Looking forward to receiving many positive comments from you.

  • Очень хорошо получилось! Только вопрос: зигзагообразная вытяжка не создаст ли проблем в будущем? Всё же по ним будет стекать нагар и прочее. А в целом очень круто)

    @winterwind8112@winterwind8112Ай бұрын
    • Спасибо за ваш вопрос! Вы правы, зигзагообразная вытяжка может создавать некоторые проблемы в будущем из-за возможного скопления нагара и других отложений. Однако, мы разработали специальные меры предосторожности и регулярное техническое обслуживание, чтобы минимизировать эти риски. Например, рекомендуется периодически чистить вытяжку и проверять ее работоспособность, чтобы предотвратить накопление отложений. Кроме того, важно использовать качественные материалы и компоненты при установке вытяжки, чтобы уменьшить вероятность возникновения проблем. В целом, мы постарались разработать максимально функциональную и безопасную систему, но все равно рекомендуем регулярно проверять и обслуживать вытяжку, чтобы обеспечить ее эффективную работу на протяжении долгого времени. Благодарим вас за ваш отзыв и интерес к нашему продукту! Если у вас есть еще вопросы или требуется дополнительная информация, не стесняйтесь обращаться к нам.
