R2D2 or Alles Roger? What is your favorite?
Definitely agree, R2D2 is neat but Alles Roger feels like the idea taken to its proper conclusion.
Alles Roger was *much* better: • Could be solved with mechanical finesse (I refuse to acknowledge the alternative solution). • The solution Mr Puzzle came up with is one which could possibly be determined by visual inspection (especially for the first half). This makes the puzzle a bit more satisfying to watch and also makes the puzzle a bit more fair. • Has two puzzles in one, with the first being a little easier. That's brilliant design! • I suspect R2D2 is designed to be solved by two people. That makes it a poor puzzle to hand to a friend. • Air-based solutions are kind of gross.
I also think the "Alles Roger" was a cool entertaining one, but also simplicity of "R2D2" on executing the same idea but with fewer components was quite admirable nonetheless.
Alles Roger with the modification that there's no holes to suck or blow. As much as your original solution requires dexterity, I think it should be the only correct solution.
I liked Alles Roger better with the solution you found; that feels more like it should be the true solution.
Not gonna lie I just wanted to see the intended solution. I didn’t expect my comment to be featured. Super weird to hear your name pop up in a video haha. Glad I could help!
Great suggestion Gavin, I never would have thought of that. 👏👏👏
How did he do this time Gavin?
That was ridiculous genius mode. Nice job.
I could of guessed air would be involved just by the hole in the block but damn you went fully in debth and it actually helped haha
How could you even think of that? Brilliant!
8:54 "I have to suck on it I'm...I'm...look at the balls!" - Mr. Puzzle 2021
🙈🙉
At least there's no nudity involved... lol
@@Lucian_Andries Not until he took off the acrylic cover, then those balls were hanging free.
THIS ISN’T THE FAMILY FRIENDLY CONTENT I SUBSCRIBED FOR!!! 😂
@@AelfricBlack 😂😂😂
2021 just keeps getting weirder and weirder. Now I have to adapt to the fact that Mr. Puzzle's head might be in the solving portion.
😂😂
A very handsome head!
all he had to do was cover the second hole maybe so the bottom ball wont get sucked back in the way.
@@Wtfinc thats what I was thinking
The number of innuendos in this puzzle. I already love the guy who made it
When I see there are two holes for air and the metal balls need to move in opposite directions, I thought the intended solution requires some teamwork with Mrs. Puzzle.
This is the comment I was looking for. This was my thought - it's called 'r2-d2' as the name implies co-op.
I love these kinds of puzzles, i would love to see the key and water drop puzzles as well
I wish the ad had come during the spoiler break not as soon as you had started talking lol
I don't really like how the new R2 is so difficult to execute after knowing the solution. For me, execution should be not reliant on having impeccable timing and motor skills.
@@Rina_Redfield As other commenters have pointed out, the intended solution is easy to execute but requires two people. (hence the puzzle's name having 2 in it).
@@xxgn That's... gross. Never mind, 0/5, involving other people? Weird.
So nice to have a puzzle where after solving it you aren't stuck figuring out how to reset it :)
If any future puzzles require blowing or sucking, I think use of a drinking straw may make it easier to demonstrate.
The real Mr. Puzzle is in the comments!
@@jlinkous05 Why you two have similar profile picture
im not sure thats gonna work tho
Great… the perfect puzzle to share with your friends during covid. 😂
I like the joy in his voice when he says hi
I love this creator's puzzles, yes definitely show those other two please!
When you think you’re smart for solving one of these puzzles but then you remember that someone invented the dang thing

He unlocked a new move try to suck the puzzle

This episode was so much fun! I was left breathless!
Lol, literally got recommended 10 seconds after you uploaded it. MIND BLOWN

So THAT’S what Mr. Puzzle looks like! I was expecting The Joker from Batman! 👹

Thanks for showing the intended solution to the 'Alles Roger'! Super interesting :)
Both puzzles look intriguing! I would love to watch you solve both!
This is an amazing puzzle idea, truly outside the box.
Your enthusiasm is an absolute joy. Really enjoy your work.
Yes, I would love to see both puzzles.
Yes, please show those other two puzzles!
Wait a minute, I didn't even know there were holes on the sides from the previous video...
Let me not show you its features!
Actually i liked more your version of solving it, looks like a more simplier and even though the timing is important it's not depending on a weird tilting
I was waiting for this one! Thank you! Also cool that you show us other interesting puzzles and unusual objects!
Yup, this episode is definitely funny :D I like both puzzles and I think your solution for Alles Roger is a good one too. I'd love to see the other two puzzles.
I would love to see the other two puzzles. R2D2 and Alles Roger were both fantastic to watch you solve.
Maybe an easier way is to have someone suck air from each side at the same time, Mr. Puzzle and Mrs. Puzzle. Maybe R2D2 refers to 2 people needed. Just thinking outloud.
No, I will not try that. 😂😅
@@Mr.Puzzle the name says it should be done by 2. R2D2 - Recommended for 2 Done by 2. lol
I had that thought too. But that was a pretty direct "no" he gave, ha ha.
@@Mr.Puzzle That's what she said?
@@Mr.Puzzle You could try it with 2 straws to see if it works perhaps? Should even work with 1 person then
Finally was waiting for this one As always amazing patience
Seems like to me this would be a two-person puzzle strictly because of the name R2D2 (two-people). Seems like if two people are sucking out of the same time the ball will move through very easily
Puzzle should be called COVID -19
You can only go so far before the air inside is thin enough to counteract both of the SUCKS and then nothing will move
The way I solved this puzzle was to hold it, almost flat but tilted slightly down away from me, and very slightly to the right. So the ball is being held up by the large ball nearest me, the farther one is out of the way. I then inhaled on the near side, but with my finger blocking the far air hole like 95%, this caused a slight delay between the time the nearer large ball moved toward me and the farther one moving to block the small ball. Just enough time for the small ball to skate through, because of the slight tilting, that's what it would do. Love Roger's puzzles! Thanks for making these videos! PS I did the Alles Roger similarly, now I have to try your way!
I would love to see the other two puzzles (water drop and key ones).
Just found Mr Puzzle a couple days ago. Finally decided to check him out after Chris Ramsay mentioned him. Mr Puzzle is awesome! I love his accent. And he finds some great puzzles. I'm fairly close to subscribing! :)
i agree, 1st metal puzzle was much better. thanks mr puzzle for all your entertaining content.
I like the design of those puzzles. They would look interesting on a shelf next to each other. I totally want to see the others as well.
Great video! I definitely want to see the other 2 puzzles by that creator.
This is like the most amazing puzzle!
Beyond your basic thinking, and looking at your first puzzle, same vacuum physic, great job primo Shalom 🕎
I need every single piece of his collection.
I would very much like to see those other two puzzles. I'm sure they will be less awkward.
I'm just fascinated by the minds behind imagining and creating these puzzles
Puzzles like these are awesome! Being a shade tree mechanic, these puzzles sometimes translates into mechanical skill. I thought of old automatic transmissions that would use check-balls (a ball bearing that blocks a passage and only allow one way fluid transfer)
I want to see the other 2 puzzles as well! :D
Thanks for showing another toys/gadget other than the puzzles. Pls do more of this. coz I wanted to collect like this and of course the puzzles although I don't watch the videos in its entirety to avoid me knowing the solutions. Just the introduction parts so I can buy and collect them all possible.
Mr puzzle... You KNOW we gotta see those other two puzzles! These are so sleek and unique. Please show us how they work :-)
What An Amazing Set Of Puzzles🧩 & Solutions…!!!! Keep up the Amazing Work. Kind Regards Nicholas🧔🏽♂️😺.
I love these videos!
I love these sorts of puzzles which are probably harder for puzzle people than people who aren't as familiar with regular solving concepts.
I was absolutely blown (sucked) away by the brilliant solution.
I think your solution with the one with the parallel channel is also clever. I assume the the bigger balls are heavier, thus they need more time to accelerate. So sliding it fast up and down the table does the trick. On sliding up the small ball cannot move up, but the channel is open. On sliding down the small ball accelerate faster, passing the channel before it can be closed. Still, the air gimmick is amazing :)
New Mr. Puzzle ASMR content
Solution is: Rotate the puzzle 180 degrees. the ball is now in the lower part ;D
😂 I said that too.
been waiting for this
If I'm not mistaken, I think you're holding the R2D2 upside down while sucking air, thereby losing your strength of gravity on both the small ball and second large ball. Plug your finger over the other hole while sucking. Make sure the puzzle is facing to the correct side so gravity is pulling down on all 3 balls. The solution should be a single suction and no jiggling or wiggling at all. A one suck solution. :)
Definitely want to see the remaining puzzles by this designer!
"Do you want me to review it" No Mr Puzzle, I want you to become a restoration channel 😜 I wasn't particularly fond of that as a solution, I think I prefer your solution. Maybe it's just the current situation, but the thought of sharing this puzzle makes my skin crawl lol. Clever puzzle though.
I also like mine. I think I kind of found a solution that was considered beeing impossible by the designer. Somehow satisfying. 😁
@@Mr.Puzzle physics vs aerodynamics(?) I guess. Enjoyed your video either way of course, even if you did look a little insane leaning over like that haha
I'd like to see the next 2 puzzles to.
love your channel
Thanks!
Getting a fat rip out of that puzzle 7:23
This puzzle was an ingenius plot to get Mr Puzzles face on camera.
I really want to see the faucet puzzle lol, looks really cool
Of course we want to see those 2 other puzzles.
9:23 ball rolls casually back
I like how you solves Alles Roger? just by shaking it real quick instead of using complex physics
"Think outside the box" me: in the second puzzle, two men should be at both ends sucking air so the small ball can pass through.
Wow, I had one of these as a kid and I never thought of any of this, it was quite frustrating
Alles Roger! Must be what you say when you call the sailors over for a submarine milkshake
Definitely want to see the faucet tap puzzle
I personally think bouncing the ball through was a much better solution than the intended one lol
8:42 when you are hiting that blunt perfectly
😂👍
Hey man you are really doing good
Mr. Puzzle doesn't look anything like I imagined. 🤯
I swear to god this is the first puzzle I've ever seen that requires mouth to solve.
the r2d2 solution use the same principle as the 1st puzzle you sould check the spaces for each ball compartment.. 1 has vertical and the other one is horizontal. you can shake it in diagonal direction

I want to see the other puzzles!
Hold it on its end and spin it perpendicular using centrifugal force to separate the large balls. Looks simple. No blowing necessary. Gravity and centrifugal force is all you need.
9:20 Looool it passes right though and he didn't notice
8:42 ahhahaha mr.puzzle's going full 420 blaze it lmao
Surely we haven't just seen the actual Mr puzzle, I must be mistaken. I thought he was imaginary. 😉😆😆😆
What if you put the little ball close to the larger balls and give it a spin the centrifugal force should split the larger balls apart and force the little ball past make sure to spin it in the right orientation. Use the channels orientation.
An alternative solution to the second one: can you put it vertically on the table, so the narrow ends point up and down; turn it so the trapped ball is in the upper half. Then briefly suck on the channel pointing up: this moves the upper large ball out of the way, the lower large ball should be out of the way because of gravity. This should let the small trapped ball fall down, shouldn't it?
6:50 START
I can't believe Mr Puzzle had also a head 😅😆🤣 We solve it...HE HAVE !
Please solve the Schluessel and Wasserhahn puzzles in the next episode !
Of course we want to see the tap puzzle. Also can u please solve the planet puzzle?
What a surprise!
That’s absolutely genius! I will say though it’s a bit gross though should you want to share the puzzle and have others try it out so I’ll stick to the mr. Puzzle solution 😂 but very cool to know what the intended solution was and I want one lol 😂
Glad you like it 😁
@@Mr.Puzzle I did! :D
This video doesn't suck...even if Mr. Puzzle does. 🤣😂
You can also spin the first puzzle around the axis going between the two big balls when the puzzle is standing vertical (long channel down)...
Umdrehen, gelöst! Nachdem es sowieso absolut symmetrisch ist, muss das reichen. 😎
Different approach: R2D2 has a rotating head. What about placing the puzzle on its long side (small ball resting in the upper part above the bigger balls). By rotating it around the middle axis, the two bigger balls are pushed outside (centrifugal force), giving space for the small ball which goes down with gravity. Makes more sense to me than this ball sucking happening... ;-)
Blow until the top ball moves up, then cover that hole while it's up, then suck down to pull the second ball down and cover that hole. Both balls now held in place by suction. Now, holding both holes closed, tilt the puzzle to get the uncaptured small ball through.
Hey have you tried spinning the entire puzzle in order to use centrifugal force to separate the large balls IDK just a thought
I've tried it - the problem is that even if you separate them, them what?
I would have never guess this in a million years, how to solve it... I woulda used a magnet :D
I also woupd have tried a magnet.
@@justinwhite2725 :'D
Yes, please show the water puzzle!
For the R2D2, you had to spin it clockwise, the centrifugal force will take care of the rest. No mouth required.
Pretty cool mechanism. Very unique. But it's not exactly "hygienic" for a puzzle, especially if you plan to have it lying around for friends and family to play with.
As a kid in the 80s, there was a frozen fruit juice snack similar to a popsicle that was the shape of the white ohloid (spelling?). The comercial showed kids attempting to describe the frozen treat without using their hands and of course failing at it.
