  • I pressed like at “I am not a morning person” I love the morning, but I work better at night, so um usually up till 2 (cause... schoolwork). But I watched Dre Dexlers morning routine (unfortunately comments were disabled, so I’m saying it here), and he had breathing exercises and a healthy breakfast and all kinds of perfect, and all I could think was... “You’re not from the south, are you” I don’t really even eat breakfast, but I’m a pig on all other meals. Paying for it now, with movie night and six pieces of pizza. Thank you Blumaan for all that you do, and I hope you keep it up! God bless!

  • You should never use shampoo on your face... SLS is extremely harsh and will dry out your skin (particularly at the % used in shampoos) and shampoos tend to run very alkaline which is bad because your skin needs to be acidic (it has an acid mantle). So using shampoo will strip away all the skin's natural oils, turn your skin alkaline which encourages bacteria to grow and will lead to irritation and spots/breakouts. Washing your skin with just water is great on the other hand.

    • I would agree with you normally but the shit joe is using is $40 sulfate free shampoo it might be passable for your skin compared to like a walmart brand kevinmurphy.com.au/product/repair-me-wash/ Idk what the pH is though and I'm not about to spend that much to find out lol.

  • Joe.. what can I do against oily skin? I have a pretty oily nose and forehead (but nose is worse) and Ive tried so many ''matte'' effect creames but none of them have worked... I use oil free products and also soap free face cleaner and stuff like that (things that doesnt dry my skin too hard because I heard that makes your skin producing much more oil..) HELP ME :(

  • I visited Nordstrom and Macys today and they have the Clinique for Men moisturizer in a bundle pack for the same price as if you bought it by itself. The other items are a charcoal face cream and a shave cream. Apparently they only do this deal about 2 times a year, the other time being Christmas.
