We adapted a yorkie puppy and named her Jasmine back in August, 2018. She got bigger as she grew up and this is the 4th video of her to be posted. She currently weighs 18 lbs!!!! She is always our world and we continue to love her with all of our hearts.
She is beautiful , I have a sixteen pound male , love him more than any other dog that I've had . Amazing personality ..
our Harley just passed away at 18 looks like jasmine. we miss and love him forever. He was 16 pounds.

I actually would prefer a larger Yorkie. I've owned one 7lbs Yorkie who lived to be over 20 with no health problems. I was not so lucky with my next 9lbs Yorkie who developed cancer and lived to be 13 years old. I will be looking for another Yorkie after a little more bereavement time.
ours is long as well. he had back surgery a few years ago but recovered nicely

Why is the tail docked ?lovely dog as i have similar 14 yrs and in good health,but so cruel to cut part of its tail off,very sad ,also selfish .
That is not a Yorkshire Terrier but an Australian Silky terrier. Silkies are larger than Yorkies with proportionally longer legs. Note the slightly longer muzzle which doesn't have as much mustache hair on it's sides. Silkies and Australian terriers were used to breed the smaller, more delicate Yorkie. They are all great dogs....enjoy.
