How to dismantle euro pallets (EPAL) fast - NEW METHOD
In this video I show you the exact and easy steps on how to dismantle euro pallets (pallets with blocks - EPAL) without using any expensive tools or power tools. These are new and fresh methods I have not seen on KZhead before. You will get all the boards out of the pallet without any expensive tools and without cracking and splintering the boards, and you can reuse the upcycled wood for your projects immediately.

I have built many things from pallet wood, like
A roadside stall
A wooden sign for the roadside stall with replaceable signs
A garden table
A garden chair for reading and drinking wine
A fenced garden
Bench with storage
Wall decoration in the workshop
Roof in the workshop
I have plans to rebuild my entire old Ikea kitchen using only pallet wood. Let me know in the comments if this is something you would like to see in a future video, or if you have other ideas for projects using pallet wood. I would like to know.
I have placed links for some videos of my pallet wood projects in the description below.
Here is my method explained:
Step 1: I remove the bottom boards and blocks with a big hammer. If you put the pallet in a vertical position and give them light tabs from the top, they come off easily.
Step 2: There will be some long nails sticking out from the top bords. I cut of the nails with a bolt cutter, so there is about 1 centimeter left of the nail. That makes it much easier to hammer the nail out. You only need to tap a few times on the cut off nail end, to make the nail head visible on the top side of the board. You can now pull the short nail out with a prybar.
Step 3: Do not use a crowbar to try to twist the boards apart. You will make marks in them, and some will splinter. Instead, put the pallet on a flat surface like a floor, and place a piece of wood under the board, just next to the stringer you want to push off. Then with another piece of wood, you tap a few times on the stringer from above, and it will come off easily, without breaking the stringer or the boards it was attached to. There will be no nails in the stringers, and only short nails in the boards. You can remove them easily with a small hammer and a prybar.
Step 4: Remove the blocks from the bottom boards. The easiest way is to fasten the block in a bench vise and use the board as a leaver. If you are afraid if the board will break, you can use a prybar to help. Some of the blocks were too big for my improvised outdoor vise, so I hammered the prybar in between the block and the board and twisted it off. After removing the nails all boards are now dismantled and free of nails.
If you have any ideas for improvements and tricks I have not shown here, please let me know in the comments below. I would really like to know. I have also left links for some of my other videos you might find interesting.

Hi Jesper, I got some great tips from your post, buddy. Many thanks. However, how the feck do you work at that speed, ffs. ;c) Things I've built from pallets ? Garden shed, garden arbour, Green house shelves, coffee tables, ( So many people wanted one when they saw my first one. ), fences, gates, chairs, benches. Jeeze, I can't remember all the things I've made. Plus of course, plenty of firewood.
@@anthonydoyle7370 You know some of the speed is done in post aka video editing. Thanks ofr the comment, I would love to see some of the stuff you have build - do you have pictures?
@@JesperMakes Yes, Jesper, I'm not a total retard, pmsl. I suppose it's hard for humour to be seen in the written word. If you want to see my work you'll have to get acquainted with my ex. I left all my stuff when we separated. I am just getting back into it though. Have a good day fella.
Much the same as me. Cutting the nails is a must. Like the bolt cutters idea, you must be a thief !!! Quicker than my grinder.
Use an old speaker magnet in a carrier bag hung on a cord to pick up the nails.
I just dismantled my first pallet! ( wooop) I am now the proud owner of a pile of broken split timber with holes in!
Some more practice and you'll be just fine.
The amount of things you can build with pallet wood is endless. Great video on how you dismantle them.
Thanks 👍
Jesper, I've been reclaiming timber from pallets for forty years on and off, and this is by far the most efficient way I've seen. Excellent job mate. Thanks for this.
Thanks Mark, this was one of my first videos, and I have refined it a bit after this, but the basics are the same. You can't really use pallet busters on these EUR pallets with blocks. Which kind of pallets are you able to source? Cheers mate
@@JesperMakes Gee whizz mate, I have no idea! When I saw a pallet or packing case in the trash, I nabbed it! Despite having two or three in my store right now, I don't really bother with pallet-busting anymore. But if I find a nice clean packing case I might have a go at that. Thanks again mate and I so glad I found your channel - I really enjoying watching through your vids.
@@MarkMcCluney You shall be welcome, and likewise I have yours on my watchlist. but I'm just having some busy days with external work and a video editing deadline.
Not really. He could have take off the nails without cutting them. Just hammering their points.
@@ramonpascual155 By cutting them first, which is a quick procedure, its easier and faster to knock them out, to access the nail heads. Shorter nails will not bend accidently. A trained hammer-user though, may like hammering without cutting.
You Sir .. are a genius! I worked my behind of with a crowbar and a hammer.. and it took me about half an hour and a lot of broken boards. I watched your video went back outside and had it apart in less than 5 minutes. I am shocked and happy..! Thank you!
I'm so happy to hear that. Thanks for the feedback, and happy building.
I did exactly the same 😂
Cutting the nails is a stroke of genius!
Hi Mark, thanks 🙏 I haven't seen anyone else do this, so if you don't have a nail punch (like the air locker) cutting it short is really effective.
@@JesperMakes Absolutely! I bought a bolt cutters today 😁
Thank you! I struggled until i watched this video. I had a strange long pallet, and could not use this method totally, but after sawing the shorter connecting planks, i used your big hammer-bolt cutter-little hammer technique and it worked perfectly
I recycle the nails too. Frustrating to be sure, but very satisfying when you get them straight enough and hit them just right to get them poking out the other side enough to pull them out. Some more bashing on a hard iron surface, and they are ready for driving in again. Free nails and free wood. Perfect. Thank you for sharing. Peace
Wow that's the first I have heard from recycling nails. I must admit I'm not using many nails. Glue and screws for now while I'm learinng other joinery methods.
From the UK. Over the past 10 years nobody wanted the used pallets back so I started dismantling them and made mainly wooden planters. The wood is already treated and machined so it's ideal for outdoor projects.
I came up with the idea of using pallet slats for my garden as well. I never knew anyone else did this. What I will be doing differently is I will use a fence cloth in between the boards to properly secure the garden from rabbits and other critters next month. So right now I will continue to dismantle until I have enough to build & finish. Wish me luck I have a large garden. Outstanding video
Best of luck with it mate!
Damn, I wish I’d see this video before I disassembled pallets to make a dog kennel, it’d have saved me a lot of time and several split boards!
Sorry to hear that Eric. But now you know..!
The things you've made are beautiful. Your videos are really inspiring and common sensed, so thanks for sharing Jesper :)
Thanks, that is how all utube videos should be… as advertised… thanks so much
Glad it was helpful!
Starts at one and a half minute in. You're welcome. From the 'Keep Videos As Short As Possible Association'
Thanks for the tip!
I've just finished binge watching all Dainsies videos (as time allowed) and your mention has bought me this way. Guess who I'm binge watching now 🙂. First project is a small table for the 3D and computer printer. First pallet is knocked apart ready for processing. Even bought a metal detector which would have already saved the skill saw blade. First part of the project is underway making a bench saw jig to take the Skilsaw. Then I can straighten the wood out and have a crack at the table. Great stuff from this community, Love it when art, functionality and FREE come together. Thanks for the content 👍. Cheers Pete' New Zealand.
Hey Pete, welcome to the party! Sounds like you're diving right in. Good call on the metal detector, saved me more than a few times. What's the first thing you're gonna make for the table? 🖨️
Hi Jasper. Thought the first project was going to be the table, but first I've made a table saw holder for the circular saw, so kind of a table saw 🤔. Tomorrow is resurrecting an old out door table for the saw thing to sit on. Then I can rip the pallet wood to make the indoor table I want. So far, I've only spent about $150-00 for some REALLY cheap sash clamps and a bottle of glue Let the fun begin 😄 Cheers Pete'. @@JesperMakes
Pete, sounds like you're on a roll! Starting off with a table saw holder is a solid move-makes everything else a breeze. And resurrecting an old outdoor table? Man, that's the spirit! Keep that momentum going and that table will be up in no time. Got any ideas on how you'll finish it? ☕🛠️
Hi again Jesper (Sorry, 'Autocorrect' changed the E to an A) The table for indoors is simply pine slats ripped down the middle, then face glued for a decent thickness. The pallet I have is pine, and the slats are fairly soft. The finish will depend on how it turns out. But likely stain or burn covered with poly of some sort. Either that, or the whole thing could end up as firewood if the wood doesn't do what I ask it to 😆 . Cheers Pete'.@@JesperMakes
Im making fences, and pallets are free and plentiful here. this was fantastic. ty.
Great, where are you located?
Thank you very much for the video. I am on an island where many pallets are thrown away. Now I have an entrepreneurial idea. Thank you very much.
You can do it!
The thing you need to make something out of pallets is brains and a good set of hands which you clearly have 👍
Oh, thanks Lea, you made my day!
I recently decided that I want to build a vertical garden using pallet wood. Don't have a plan, don't know how to take pallets apart, don't know anything about woodworking, and that is just the beginning of my problems... 😂 Now, at least I know how to take the damn things apart. One of my many problems solved! 👍🏻Thank you for a great and informative video.
Hi June, you're on the right track, but starting your woodworking journey by taking pallets apart might be difficult. I would do a few projects first with wood that's not full of nails and blocks.
@juneroberts5305 Start by building 2 "A" frames & join them together with long rails & then build long boxes sized to fit on the frame width to put plants into.😉😉
A tip from me is, If you have no tool for cutting the nails efficiently like me try to use a plier. Hold the bottom of the nail so its doesn't bend as easy. Works really well but not as convenient
Good tip! Thanks
I built a set of stairs going down a slope on my property, used full pallets overlaping it half way on top on another. I needed about 20 of them for the grade i have. I first treated them with a water seal protectant.
Awesome!
I know of a quilter who cuts up old shirts to use in her quilts. Her way of dismantling the shirts (she jokingly calls it “deboning”, like you’d cut up a chicken!) quickly for optimum fabric reclamation, and your method of dismantling the pallets, are surprisingly similar!
Nice comparison, I didn't know that.
Internet person: You can't make anything useful out of pallets, can you? Jesper: Probably not.. *proceeds to show his entire home furniture made out of pallets* XD
And there's even more now 😱
This was an awesome video. Everything you said to do worked perfectly. I had 3 of these pallets broken down in 15 minutes. So nice to see good content that is actually genuine. Thanks!
Thanks 🙏👍
In high school I built a desk from pallet wood and I used it for many years. Got an A in shop class also. Other people were making bongs I made a desk!!!!
Congrats on the A in shop class, and for not building bongs 👌
This method is excellent! I have built a pond for my fish.
Now that's something I would like to see 🙈
I made a hen house from mostly pallets last year - well pleased with it - thanks for this upload good video...!
Nice - is a hen house the same as a chicken coop?
You forgot to mention a nice heavy-duty magnet ( mine is on a string ) great for picking up all those nails in the gravel. What have I built? Swing seats, slats for a toboggan, cutting board, My bro. is quite the joiner has made a few fancy boxes to display expensive pieces in. Jules and art pieces. It started out as a waste of time. However with the price of lumber now it's close to a break-even adventure, and I feel like I'm doing something for the environment. My rocket stove is almost zero emissions so I put the chips and broken pieces to good use keeping the chill off and making a great cup of coffee. You could make tea, ( I guess)😊
Thats brilliant Kevin!
As a nail collector I find it easier to simply burn the pallets.
Did you see my short on the subject? 😂👌😂
I replaced garden fencing with stained pallet wood. (It took me a lot longer to take mine apart. I've learnt something from the vid. I like the cutting of nails to shorten them). Thanks a lot.
Thanks!
Apart from cutting the nails, this is a very easy and efficient way of doing it. I have taken thousands of pallets apart and I never thought of the way that you remove all of the top boards. Excellent! I always save as many nails as possible though.
Hi Mark, I think the only thing I don't repurpose is the nails, but perhaps I should. Thanks for the tip.
these pallets make great gates or fences, using the face of it. I made pallet planter boxes to sell, and window boxes, tables, work bench, shelves, crates. thanks for the tips on how to take them apart
Thank you Jacalli! I had a lot of fun making this, glad you enjoyed it. Cheers from Denmark
Made garden planters as a woodwork lesson with the kids about 7 years ago. The planters are starting to show their age now but they still make me smile - and the kids still love to build, fix and make things!🥰 Last year we made a cold frame and I found this video because now I'm planning to build a strawberry planter. Thanks for the great tips - Subscribed!😁👍
Sounds awesome, happy building mate!
I got pallets from a toyota pre-delivery shed. they were 8ft long and had 1x6 boards on them. I made a very sturdy couch out of them. That was almost 8yrs ago. Still going strong. I also made an awesome rubo style woodworking workbench. Also still going strong. and countless tables and chairs for outdoor use from pallets.
That is awesome!
Hard wood or pine?
@@1953beetle pretty sure it was oak. It took 2 of us to load it into the truck. The stringers were used for the frame and slats to span the frame. It looked like a garden bench when finished. Plenty of cushions and throw pillows makes it very comfortable. Now that my kids are grown and i don't need an extra long extra wide couch (made for tall kids to sleep on) it will probably get modified to meet our current needs. Looking forward to that.
@@kiaya007 Good luck and take care anyhow.
Im using pallets all the time. I have built a car service ramp from them. They are really useful!!! Great video. Thank you!!!!
Thanks 👍
Ran a gov funded charity for long term unemployed. We would have them make things for different community groups and they would receive their payments. Pallet wood was one of my favourite resources. I personally found it easier when tasked with recycling a large number of Pallets to use a custom tool made from the front forks of a bicycle. The fork handle is extended to a comfy broom like length and each end of the fork is to have a fwd facing 1.5 inch tooth welded to its tip. Armed with this and a mallet we found the easiest way. Nails can also be recycled. Often its easier to punch a nail through the beam using a punch rather than pulling it out. Especially if you do not intend using the block (which u r using here). In Australia unfortunately most of the 'blocks' these days are made of a composite chipboard . I like what you have done here and we used a similar jig and router. A wood sizer/buzzer is also an essential tool. I enjoyed your videos very much. Thank you. So much to make. So little time.
Thank you for your thoughts mate. Agreed - So much to make. So little time!
I'm dismantling another pallet today 🤦 I've built some bookcases, toy chest, tool boxes and shelves for my kitchen 😂 thanks for the tip 😘
You're absolutely welcome 🤗
I built a back yard deck all with pallets. It was fun taking apart the pallets and designing the whole thing.
Sounds awesome 👍
Great craftsman. Respect!
Thanks 🙏
So glad I've stumbled across this video. I'm definitely going to try your method of dismantling. I'm currently lining the inside of my shed with pallets. Gives it that rustic look and I can nail and screw hangers and shelves wherever I want.
Awosome, I also made a pallet wood wall in my shop. It's looking fab if I do say so myself ;-)
Hey Jesper... awesome video. Cheers from Australia
Hey, thanks! Cheers from Denmark
Nice job man. I have made so many things, I’ve made benches, tables, platforms with wheels, a very beautiful fence for my mothers yard; also I made a nice kitchen bar, some kind of shelves as bookshelves and clothes shelves, kitchen shelves, another one for my video protector; oh and I almost forgot, I made a gorgeous play house for my baby! 😃 Pallet wood is a great and cheap material, you only need imagination and creativity.
That is awesome!
Thank's for sharing these tips Jesper, they're going to be really useful for the next time.
Glad to hear it!
Thanks for sharing what you learned. Fascinating ! I built a small shed in back of where we live. I used 2 square 1100m for the floor. Then conventional frame and cladding, but I made all the shelves inside from pallet wood... saved me some money. I even used a lot of the nails that came out.
Very cool Steve!
Excellent method the whole way through. The tip on cutting off the nails was wonderful. Don't know why I never realized that. Super time saver. I wish there was a way to break apart a pallet using the forks on a tractor. Guess that is not really feasible. Just the same...trying to still think of a greater time saver. But your way is workable and salvages the whole pallet. Nice job. Jesus bless.
Thanks 👍👍
Those are some excellent quality pallets. All of the ones I have broke down either the blocks split, or the boards, or more often both.
Auch! You gotta hunt some good ones...
man just thinking about the amount of pain i put my back through dismantling my pallets gives me shivers. thanks for the tutorial Jesper 👍👍👍
Glad I could help!
Thank you Jesper. I learned a lot watching this.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for showing this. I've just started making raised vegetable beds with pallets and this will help so much in making them easier to dismantle. I've loads of ideas of other things I want to try to make. 🦋
Sounds awesome 👍
Hi Jasper , we refurbished our bar using pallets , bar stools , tables and backdrops on the walls. looks very good.
Sounds great!
I really like those examples of things you have built from pallets Jesper!
Thanks
Simplest ideas make the biggest impact, well thought that man !! Many thanks for sharing😎
Glad you liked it!
Excellent method. One of the best on the tube I've found after a couple hours anyways.
Great to hear!
I've seen amazing projects made from wood pallets. Absolutely amazing stuff. It's just a matter of doing the work to get them dismantled.
Absolutely.
Thanks! Most appreciated! Totally agree this is indeed a very efficient method.
Glad it was helpful!
Jesper, I have watched both of these deconstruction videos and I am changing my approach on a couple of things. Kudos!!! I am certainly cutting the nails short: that's a real time and work saver!! I've been recovering wood from pallets and elsewhere for fourty years as well and I have made many things with all of that wood! I appreciate the dismantle update!!
Thanks John
Jasper, you did a very good job, congratulations! 🎈
Thank you my friend, happy building!
This really helped me out alot as i am making a wood storage 2meters high 3 meters long with pallet wood sidewalls to give it that more rough look. Love the way pallet wood gives something that bit more spice
Sounds great!
i've done one of my finest wood project with pallet, my first rocking chair ! And functionnal :D it's in my house actually and use during summer ;)
Smal car jack can also come in handy 😉
Man I watch a lot of your videos and have gotten a lot of ideas from them…getting ready to build some saloon cafe doors for my sister in law and also a coffee table…pallets are really easy to come by and there’s a lot you can make from them…awesome videos man and keep them coming
That is awesome! Happy building mate!
Thanks Jesper! Worked a treat!
You're welcome Tom!
I made one big bookshelf and one small shelf to put my stereo on out of pallet wood, my family was so amazed they thought that I had gone out and bought the wood from the hardware store!
Amazing!
My family cut up pallets for years for heating purposes, and “disposed” of the nails and ashes in an overgrown corner of the garden. This disposal mehod took revenge on ME however, as I wanted that part of the garden to look good too. I have recently dug out, and sieved, two heaped barrow-loads of nails from that part of the garden. Jesper’s wood salvation method is interesting, but one hell of a job ! I always cut pallets on a table saw, which is tough work too, but less work than dismantling and removing the nails. However, I saw a guy on youtube clamping pallets into a jawhorse and cutting them to pieces using a chainsaw (preferably a quiet electric one with hardened steel chain) and that method to me is the best one for using pallets for heating purposes.
Yup a chainsaw is the way if cutting it up for the stove!
Nice job Jesper, thanks for sharing 👍 worth trying 👍 thanks for your efforts 👌
Thank you Jim! I had a lot of fun making this, glad you enjoyed it. Cheers from Denmark
At my previous job we used a ton of pallets (80x80cm) that were used to ship rolls of self-adhesive paper for printing. I took a bunch of them and made an entire set of shelves to the basement. I wouldn't put pallet wood everywhere, but with some thought you can find many ways how to upcycle them. Needs some elbow grease, but quite satysfying nonetheless.
Exactly!
Nice use of mechanical advantage. Nice trick : cutting the nail short!
Yup, best trick ever! Thanks
And a throne 😆 i like your video my man. Good work
Glad you enjoyed it
Great channel, I’ve made over 100 of these since lockdown 1, EPAL’s are great
Yeah, big planks in Epals
Thanks for that, I'll be doing that later very helpful.
Hey Rupert, glad you found it useful. Let me know how it goes.
Like your method it is simple and quite quick, reguires no specialiality tools neither. Thumbs up from Poland
Thank you very much!
About four months ago I started reclaiming wood from our "desirable trash" (sounds like a good name for a bar) location at work. So far I have only built a big pile of wood...and a couple more frown wrinkles on the face of my better half.
Legend! I'm sure it will turn out to some great projects!
Some nice builds shown here. I mostly make any pallets I get into fire.
Too bad.
@@JesperMakes - I usually get pallets that are a bit too far gone to make into anything useful, but having seen some of your creations, I may be inclined to put the effort into making the wood into a nice thing.
Thanks for this! I usually get frustrated and end up cutting the skid apart....so much unusable wasts that way, so I'm gonna try yours!!!
Thanks Rebecca.
I like the vise idea, the rest of it I have other tools that work much faster and easier. Having said that this is a great starter video for someone who is looking to get into pallets. I built a 9 x 20' shed with pallets and other reclaimed wood
Right on
Great video. Very useful. Thanks.
Glad it was helpful! Cheers Graham
Brilliant method thanks for taking the time to show us. I've been butchering pallets with a crow bar and heavy hammer :)
You're welcome man 🙂
@@JesperMakes Thank you, I just used your method yesterday and saved almost all boards. These 1's are triple nailed ( cement company here in Northern Ireland, so they are built to last ) and they're countersunk half way in too.
I’ve always have problems taking euro pallets apart. This method makes it look too easy. Will defiantly be trying this method when I next get a euro pallet!
Most pallets here are Europallets, and I find them very easy to take apart. I'm glad I could be helpful. Good luck with your projects.
I love the advice and step by step process. 5 min seems unrealistic though and a setup to those of us just starting out. If it's really 5 min we should be aspiring to then I take it back, but I just can't see it. I mean it takes me that long to get set up!
Hi Dean, don't worry so much about the time, If you're only taking pallets apart one in a while, it's going to take some time to get into practice. Happy dismantling!
Nice one! Disassembling the pallets is always the worst part. I picked up an Airlocker Denailing gun a while back and I never looked back.
I should have one of those denailers but I never got around to order one.
@@JesperMakes You won't regret it
I was just going to suggest this tool! Picked one up when I was given 12 x 8 she'd for the wood. Yee-haw to saving tons of time.
Hi Jasper. Great video. I've always avoided the EPAL pallets as I found them difficult to dismantle. But I might give it a go now. I have been making pallet products for the last 5 years now and here in the UK pallets are everywhere. People/builders throw away so much good wood ist criminal, so I hardly ever buy wood, unless it's very specific what the client wants, and I sell pallet/recycled wood stuff on a regular basis. It is a great way to earn a few quid on the side of the day job. Thanks for all your great videos. Keep it up.
Thanks, I work much like you, never buying wood. Cheers mate
Yes I've seen that on your videos. It's the best way. And the outcome is just as good, if not better sometimes.
Thanks 🙏. I really like the look and feel of using reclaimed wood.
Amzing way to dismantle than the old way 👍
Thanks, what's the old way like?
That was a really useful video, Thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Hey Jesper, happy new year. This is the second time I watch this video. The first one helped me out to deal with my first EPAL one as I was a bit frustrated haha. The first thing I built it's a monitor stand using just two blocks and one slat something simple and I left two nails on each block towards the inside kind of show the character. I will show you on IG.
Sounds awesome 👍👍
Yes good tips thanks was about to buy a reciprical saw but now just going to get bolt cutters and clamp
Have fun!
Prior to seeing this video the only thing I built with pallet wood was a fire. Now that i know how to disassemble them without ruining them or my knock off version of a sawzall, I'm going to try to build a poolside bar.
Uh! That sounds awesome (the fact that you have a pool to build a bar for 😂)
Works like a charm on the first try! I discovered that a big rubber mallet wil also work wonders and you can also tap Pallet Buster nr 2 with it to loosen the boards... If you put a piece of wood underneath the crowbar, you wil not damage the wood (further) and as a bonus you lift more upwards so it wil be easier. Thanx for the video!
Great tip, thank you so much!
I do much the same process. However at step 3 I use 3 pallet wood blocks and a lump hammer. Turn the pallet over, position a block either side of the board you want to remove under the pallet. Then place the last block on top of the board you want to remove. Clout it with a weighty lump hammer and off it comes. Though I'll be trying your way next time.
Did you try it out, and what is your best tip for disassembling pallets?
Great tip cutting the nails!
Thank you! Cheers!
Good method and video. However I made a long steel "L" bar with an adjustable jaw which is great for removing the blocks from the planks. I adjust the jaw to fit the blocks.
Sounds like a good idea, way to go
Upright garden tool storage
Did you make any video from it?
Stuff I built from pallets- garden path substrate retainers, garden composter, garden cold frames, garden storage chest, garden shed, bedroom ottoman, bedroom wardrobe, two kitchen bar stools and a nest of occasional tables.
Awesome Fred.
Do you oil them to enlongate their life? If so what oil? Thanks :)
@@reyhannasrallah4470 Creosote in the garden, wood stain and a couple of coats of furniture wax for the interior stuff (yacht varnish for the stools.) Can't recall the brands, but they would have been the cheapest. So far that's enlongened them just fine.
Det er jo mega smart! Helt klart den mest effektive metode til formålet. Tak for det
Tak Frederik. Har du mange paller der skal skilles ad?
i have built an outdoor workbench, I used the same method as you, also I have used a reciprocated saw and cut the nails between the boards
Awesome, cutting the nails between the boards is definitely a fast way to dismantle pallets.
I work for a German company here in Canada we receive parts on those exact pallets, I hate throwing them out and would love to start making things with them
Just start mate 🙏
Great video. Vice and bolt cutters new idea to me. Many thanks. New subscriber 🇬🇧
Thanks, good thing we can share some ideas.
Jesper, great job. We finished a treehouse for the boys this winter. Cool to build and it only took about 30 pallets... ;-)
That is awesome!
I used some garden screening offcuts made a pallet frame for a 4 x seater outdoor sofa angled the backrest and lined the surface wvertical running offcuts for my stepson oiled w ORGANOILS woodguard. Which I think would go really well mixed into bees wax. Thank you for the inspiration. Your technique clearly is efficient all round.
Thanks, it sounds like you're doing a lot of awesome builds. I'll check out the oil you mention. Cheers
