Which of these demolitions was the most insane?😎💭
The morandi bridge
I also think the Morandi Bridge.
The Morandi bridge for sure, that explosion looked so insane!
Hii i m from india, nd i want to use your video in hindi version.. please help me if you are agree..love from india🇮🇳❤️
@@theamazingtop5 nobody cares where u are from
Never thought bridge demolitions would be as entertaining as buildings. Great video!
Wow thank you!
That streak of light that speeds through a bridge right before it's demolished is pretty bad ass looking.
I’m partial to the demolition of the Tappan Zee Bridge, if only because I grew up on one side of it, in Rockland County, NY and crossed over the old bridge dozens of times a year
The Nr. 1 was just so satisfying and clean
German engineering 💪🏻
I was expecting to see the demolition of the original Tappan Zee Bridge on here but was surprised that you also included the original Kosciuszko Bridge, as well.
Yea, looking back at it that really wasn’t very interesting.
Love watching these demolotion clips😍 Morandi Bridge was the most insane i think.
Glad you enjoyed!
Super cool to see Jamestown Bridge on this list. I'm from southern Rhode Island and remember watching that bridge go down. Glad to see it get some representation.
This was so entertaining to watch, we need part 2!
Wait agario ytber???
Yes, please

Watching bridge demolitions is insane and really entertaining!
The German one, liked the fact the uprights bent within the bridges boundary
They were all pretty awesome. Thanks for the video.
I was there for the bonus, in Little Rock, Arkansas. That really was pretty funny when that happened 🤣 😂 😆
Keep up the good work! You’re a great KZheadr
to u whose having a tough times keep going, you are doing fine! no matter how slow your progress, each new week is filled with tiny steps forward. be proud of yourself you got this. ☺️
Wow great video,so entertaining
I Like The I-90 Innerbelt one
Oh, oh, oh, so - it's fine when other people do it, but when I blow something up, people get upset!?!
In my fictional world, all this bridge already get rebuild
Great assortment of different types of bridges built with different materials; concrete, steel, and both. Each one requires different methods to demolish with explosives. The 1st one was concrete and 3 km long. Use of water bags to contain flying debris was very effective. Sandbags are also used for same reason. They must have drilled thousands of holes for all the charges. Number 2 and 3 were steel bridges. Can clearly see speed of impulse in detonation cord that ties all charges together. Pre-notched steel components and linear shaped charges used. Hard to tell if stick kicker charges used like they do in building demos. Watching explosive demolitions never gets old.
I liked them all!
I waited till 3 am to watch this and ended up falling asleep at 3:07.
Love your new videos Sirius, keep it up. Very interesting
Never take hair advise from a bald man. !!!
I liked number 1 the best.😊
Wonderful
As someone who drove across the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge every few weeks/months during construction of the new span and dismantling of the old span (so got to see the piecemeal progress), it's crazy to me to see so many bridges being exploded straight into the water below. The old span was carefully disassembled and pieces were either taken by truck across the remainder of the span, or lowered onto barges below. Only the pier foundations were imploded, and even then were surrounded by nets in the water to prevent debris from getting far.
same always rode on it
you deserve much more views.
You can also make a 📹 🎥 about the biggest 🚆 🚄 demolished
I remember the old taipan see bridge, back then before the new bridge came in, we would cross this bridge to see our Grandpa/Grandma (She died in 2015) in Vermont. After the new bridge came up, I only saw the standing chunks that would be blown up, and now it’s just a memory lying under the water.
Tappan zee bridge*
Eight Billion people held their breath wondering when and where your Grandma died, the relevance of that information to the lives of those eight Billion people, cannot be overstated, hitherto, seemingly perplexing and achingly frustrating dilemmas, just fell into place like the proverbial Penny that dropped, answers so tantalisingly close, but then so incredibly distant, surrendered themselves, everything for eight Billion people just all of a sudden became simpler and easier to understand, the World truly turned. Thanks for that.
fantastic video.. could you do a video about longest tunnel projects?
We talked about several tunnel projects already, like the Channel tunnel or the Seikan tunnel, but going more into detail in a whole video sounds good.
The bonus bridge should have stayed up. Because it was a structurally sound bridge.
Your content is amazing
Thanks a lot!!
Ohio resident here. The river name in Cleveland is pronounced "kai-yah-ho-gah".
Awsome topic! ✅️
Thanks :)
None of them are spectacular as you dude... I have seen your channel just a week ago and now I am a big fan of it. Best whishes from Türkiye.
Thanks very much
The Baltimore bridge collapse recently looked like this
Great video
6:45 Ah yes, 'Ligurdia' 😂
Pretty cool that my hometown (The Saskatoon Traffic Bridge) made it into this list
me too
the way this man says cuyahoga 💀
The first one sounded like a machine gun!
PRC construction is known to be substandard. No wonder projects need to be replaced after less than twenty years.
I love it , is like a Lighting bolt goes throw
These demolitions just confirmed the saying that it's easier to destroy than to build, I bet it took the engineers years to build these structures, but it took just few hours at the most to demolish these structures.
I like how the german bridge collapsed. But I am partial to the Tappan Zee bridge. I lived near there in CT.
Close to my former home in Denmark, we are now building a new bridge over Storstrømmen, so the former 3,2 kilometer bridge, opened in 1937 is to be demolished, when the new bridge is finished. It has only one railroad track compared with the new ones two.
KA-BOOM KA-BOOOOM!!
Just want to say I saw you use the same footage of one of the bridges falling in another part of the video showcasing a entirely different bridge.
Number 1 & 2
I like to watch anything imploded by CDI.
Wouldn't repair and conversion into a pedestrian bridge be better?
LOL @ "artificial reefs." I think someone didn't feel like taking the trash out. 7:30
Easily the most interesting thing to ever happen in Cleveland
It's funny how we Indians never have to worry about demolishing old bridges.
where is Crimean bridge demoliton?
Why do we never see a clear photo of the end result
Lets put apartments and businesses right under a huge concrete bridge🙄🙄
8:59 maths was never my strong point, but I only counted two …
This was actually interesting to watch, But they should have new better bridges to replace them.
In most cases they actually built a new bridge before demolishing the old one. That's another reason why the Rinsdorf demolition is so impressive, because the new one was standing right next to it.
kai-yah-ho-guh
Hey, you left out the best bridge demolition to date: the one that took out part of the Crimean bridge! :)
My one was in Kentucky 😃
🌹우리나라🌹🇰🇷대한민국👍👍👍🇰🇷🇰🇷
I am sad to read the comments. As an European, I would prefer this monuments of engineering were dismantled and preserved in some other places. I admit, new bridges look great, but the old ones had their charm. Of course, I am not talking about hazardous bridges.
The Morandi Bridge that collapsed in North off Italy is the thumbnail picture. That collapse claimed lives. Demolition and Collapse are two different things. It would be nice if you would change to a more fitting and respectful thumbnail. Thank you.
Great Crimean bridge demolition)
why did you put my hometown saskatoon in the list
Just Cause vibe
À 8:19 c'est Ottawa ...pas Saskatoon.
I never never been to China before
I'm a bit surprises about the Saskatoon bridge. The fact is that in Canada, deconstruction is usually how we do things. Environmental laws are much more severe.
8:23 Why are you showing a picture of Ottawa while talking about Saskatoon?
cuz he dosent know what saskatoon is that mach
This video is so cool
Cleveland Ohio was my favorite cause I was there when they imploded it
The Tappan Zee opened in 1955.
I think it's sad that some of these bridges were demolished and replaced, not because they were no longer useful, but because they were no longer structurally sound. Of course some must be replaced because an unforeseen amount of traffic makes then inadequate, but others may be either poorly designed, poorly built or poorly maintained. In our throwaway society we gleefully discard it and build another - which may eventually suffer the same fate.
Most of them were also really old. So replacing them instead of having high maintenance costs or even risking a collapse definitly makes sense in many cases.
The Liberty Memorial bridge in North Dakota was one such bridge. As historic as it was, it was too narrow, it had lead paint, the bearings had rusted in place, and the piers were turning to gravel inside. Rehabilitation would have been more than the replacement that was ultimately built next to it.
The Colorado River doesn't follow through Texas.
Please use American weights and measures
Wow number 9 is ohio😄

At 12:40: I live in Arkansas, and remember the Broadway Bridge fail very well. The company responsible for the demolition of the bridge was the laughing stock of Arkansans for a long time.
What a disaster in Italy :/
Number 9. The Cuyahoga (pronounced Kiyahoga) River bridge.
The best would be the bonus bridge. Bomb it and its still standing looking at you like "That all ya got you b!+c#!?"
I'd have say the twin towers were the craziest that I've seen in all my year's on this earth!
Yeet Beach
No. 1 was best
Bonus one was funny. Because they had to literally pull down the bridge even after explosion.
:D
While the backstory was nice. I just wanted to see some explosions. Video could have been like 30 seconds
Fast
No 1, in Germany
The Colorado River doesn’t run through Texas.
There are 2 Colorado Rivers
Why are all these... :(

careful not to destroy was built in one world
Not “normal”. Not fair for any beings that being affected unfairly by this (animals, plants, etc).
my favorite demo job were the twin towers.
The bridge at #5 was originally supposed to be done piece by piece, but a safety issue arose which prompted the change to what actually happened instead.
