You can connect w.r.t ground but it should be a good ground failing which the voltage will not be stable and you risk electric shock from any grounded equipment. Dont do it if you value your life.

پرانے میٹرز پر بھی یہ کام نہیں کرتا تھا. شاید 80 کی دہائی یا پہلے کے میٹرز پر کام کرتا ہو مگر سن 93 میں میں خود یہ تجربہ کرچکا ہوں. نیوٹرل سے اتار کر ارتھ لگانے سے میٹر کی رفتار پر کوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا.

It’s not right that earthing system reduces billing. If u mix earth and neutral cable together we called this TNCS (PME) supply. And if u get earth from earth Electrode then we called TT system. It’s very dangerous practice if the earth rod resistance is more than 200 ohms because human body resistance much less then in wet condition and electricity will use human body as low resistance easy path and you know better what will happen when electric will go through body. Actual danger is when electrical wiring is in wrong polarity which is 100% in Pakistan because every time you plug some appliance in socket you don’t the directions of live and neutral cables . We need to learn electrical fundamentals first before we advise anything for learning purposes. Once you understand then you will enjoy to play with it.

Sir jee mere ghar me 2 meter hain.aik single phase and aik 3 phase. Me ne fridge and motor ka connection single phase and 3 phase me krwadia he changeover ke zariye. Lakin me ne daikha ke motor aor fridge breaker pe nahi tha yani sare breaker band krne pe bhi fridge and motor chalte thay tou me ne electrician se breaker pe connection krwadia. Ab masla ye araha he ke jb me changeover se 3 phase pe switch krta hon tou single phase ke meter me earth ki light jal rhe he lakin jb wapsi motor aor fridge ko single phase pe shift krta tou ye problem nahi arhe. In 3phase meter if I cutoff one phase and connect onward solar system and use WAPDA earth wire then what will be impact on bill? Bill will reduce or not?
You want to say that if you cut off your load on Phase 1 of your wapda meter and supply it 220v with solar inverter and use wapda nutral, in this case you bill will be reduce as your unit consumption of phase 1 will be reduced and shift to the inverter.
