  • Your teardowns are really top tier! It helped me to be more secure while taking my mouse apart. Love watching them and I think you deserve more subscribers. Only thing I think you could improve on is that it's hard to understand you sometimes (in this video especially while mumbling about the corners of the skates 1:32 and 2:07)

  • Easy to see where some of the weight has gone into... This thing is built like a tank (+ nice big battery)! Great job as usual Bob... Thank you (was super curious to see the innards of this thing)!!!

    • Yes, it’s not to heavy at 62g but you now see what’s been done.. I like that they have the same brand switches and Havant tried to cheap out

      @Beardedbob@Beardedbob Жыл бұрын
    • @@Beardedbob I actually think 62g is pretty good for a mouse with these dimensions (and this build quality). And considering the standard of their previous models, I knew they were not going to cheap out on their wireless stuff. Now the decision is between getting the "WE" or the upcoming (and more expensive) "W" version... But the price for the WE is very enticing!

      @IOSam@IOSam Жыл бұрын
    • @@IOSam Do you need a better sensor and better switches?? I think those are the main differences between both of them, rigt?

      @JazekFTW@JazekFTW Жыл бұрын
    • @@JazekFTW I know the "W" has the better 3395 sensor (which has Motion Sync), so that alone should be the reason for the higher price (which I don't think would make a big difference in my case). Interestingly, the W will come with Kailh GX switches (which are mechanical as far as I know), while the cheaper WE comes with Kailh GO optical ones. That is quite an interesting choice Endgame Gear made there, since one would think the top model would also come with optical switches... (unless they are catering to Minecraft players, who like to mess with debounce timings, which can't be done on mice with optical switches).

  • Hello! Sadly my xm2we's left button is always stays clicked on. So i cannot use it bc it sometimes just clicks randomly or stays clicked. Can i replace the left clicker? Its a kailh go optimal switch. Where can i buy one aftermarket and is it possible to replace? Ty so much!

  • Just disassembled mine for fun (and i also got bored of these heavy click + i have an issue with the scroll wheel). Thanks for the video because it helped me to remove the scroll wheel part from the main shell. I was like what is that ??? The encoder is not soldered to the PCB and i was like : this piece of plastic will break if i try to put force on it will disassembling. Do u now what size of encoder it is ? If it's easy to remplace because it has wires soldered to it. Also do u know if it's possible to remplace the main optical clicks for other and lighter optical like the one in the ninjutso sora 4K ? Edit: i don't really know if i have to remplace the encoder or if i need to disassemble the encoder to clean or repair it because when i'm scrolling fast in one direction my encoder register a scroll in the opposite direction.

    • Update: I opened the encoder and cleaned it with isopropyl alcool 70% and redressed all three contacts then changed the battery for a 150 mah. Now everything is working fine and i saved around 6 grams.
