The Keychron M4 almost looks like a Pulsar X2H in terms of shape, quite a bit heavier than it's size suggests too. I would've guessed around ~30-35 grams. Great teardown!
I got this M4 for testing and the results have been great so far after I changed the shape with some Struth gaming pads for better lifting motion. Finger tip grip feels like playing with uncapped aim potential but if you can't control your fingers or your emotions+mind in game the shaky aim syndrome will show up. I'm beating my previous scores on first week of testing being my first wireless mouse. Playing pubs and dm in cs1.6 feels weird at time since I'm so used to sense the cable feedback and use palm contact for support. It's worth noting that the mouse might look like an office mouse but it's un-usable outside of gaming btw unlike my current main. It also feels like a 50g mouse due to its density and size but it actually moves twice as fast without even noticing it. The M4 internals even at 1k hz are nuts of responsiveness and accuracy.
bob, do you think the mouse still works when i desolder the scroll wheel encoder stuff and the side button connector from the pcb? this is gonna be my first weight reduction mod
