All the breads r beautiful...but the nutella one "its a master piece"
It looks like they used the same dough for all of them, and the fact that we didn't get to see inside the bread makes me think it either had bad crumb or tasted way too yeasty. Please don't follow half the things in this video if you want good bread.
they copied how chinese made steamed buns. which is VERY different with baked bread.
their dough is wack, no gluten development(lazy dough), too much oil, probably a low protein flower, it's basically a yeast cake.
It isn't about the dough, it's what to do with the dough. Use your own recipe.
@@judyjl6694 My thought exactly Judy but the one I tried just now, with the spoon with the long cable didn't really work. I pull it out and the imprint is gone in no time. The bread is in the oven... we will see. It would be good if they would tell us the type of though they use although, this link was advertised on another link and there they do give you a recipe, I think. If you want it let me know and I will look for it, OK?
@@monicapetitebonita218 Don't the Chinese make that yummy fluffy bread that starts with some kind of béchamel sauce, a cooked roux of flour and water? I have tried it and it was amazing but for my first trick from this video I did it with my normal dough, and tried the pattern with the long spoon and it did not really work.

I think some of the prep might be different. I.E.- The loaves that are scored or cut into probably go into the oven immediately. While the ones that are shaped, like the flower petal one are left for a second rise.

The colander imprint could not have turned out so defined. Guaranteed they cut that shape in with a razor or did it some other way.

I tried the one on 0:48 but it didn't really work... when I take that spoon with the long cable out it hardly leaves any imprint. The bread is now in the oven but I can't imagine that it will show anything. I will maybe try again with a bit less wet dough as I tried it with a no-knead dough.
