Bro, the MC really goes out of her way to paint her sister in a negative light., like everything Juliet did was just reacting to what others said or did to her. I'm pretty sure if she had been treated the same way as her sister, she'd have been just as positive and sweet as they're trying to make the MC look. Juliet had so much potential to be amazing, but her parents, sister, and other people prevented that from happening. It also ticks me off how, in the end, she's the one who had to apologize to the MC when she wouldn't even be in this situation if her sister hadn't done what she did. (also she never once reached out to Juliet to give her a helping hand, essaplay when she toke her shine) This MC is by far the most unlikable MSA MC I've ever seen, and the whole 'pretty privilege' thing is insane. People straight up ignore Juliet because her sister's prettier. I feel like Juliet deserves better than what she got; she was a way better sister than the MC. don't get me started on the parents 🙄

At the beginning, she states that she enjoys that Juliet doesn't get the same amount of attention as her. Her parents tried to love them them both, but everyone preferred Prisma. Why? Because she's pretty. After a while, her parents blindly follow society and favor Prisma more than her sister. She tries to paint her sister in a negative light because she's so obsessed with being better than people and counteracting all her "competition" Prisma thinks that she is the queen of this world and it's so easy to notice. If you play close attention at the shared bed scene, Prisma smirks when she gets a room but our girl (Julia) has to sleep in the lounge. When Prisma wets the bed she says that her sister is an awful person, but in reality Prisma is the awful one. Who would wanna get soaked in someone's pee while sleeping? NO ONE!! When Julia gets through the first round in dancing, she was right, Prisma was absolutely burning inside. If you pay close attention to her face. She pretend to care, then she got angry way too much when her sister accused her and then she gets sad when her sister leaves and starts to wish something could turn up for her. Sometime earlier, she wished that her parents would magically be rich again, but she didn't wish that something would turn up for her, but now she's jealous and wants to get opportunities too? Lol ok miss world 😂(I might be wrong on this) And when the mom felt proud of her daughter, she gets all jealous, like her sister didn't have to go through that for 16 WHOLE YEARS. When Prisma got the role for the movie, she says when her sister says if Juliet was good enough she would have landed the role. But Karen clearly states that she got the role because she's pretty. She's heard those words so many times but it's so hard to understand why she has more opportunities than her sister? Sooo idiotic. I know she's doing this for the money, but when she says why couldn't she have the role if Juliet wasn't getting it, I fumed. She was gonna get it but miss Prisma decided to not be aware or careful at all. She really has to end all of her sentences with the word selfish. When her sister was feeling angry that Prisma stole her opportunity, Prisma didn't even care to comfort her and kept focusing on Karen's empty compliments instead of her sister's feelings. When Karen criticized her, she felt sad even though she's the reason her sister gets criticized and less favored.When Karen kept butting in at the questions, she feels mad even though she's the one that kept butting in all her sister's life. When her sister says to the media that it was originally her money. Prisma gets mad that she might steal her spotlight and drags her away. When Karen yells at the story writer and explains how she and Prisma are so alike, Karen is evil but so damn right, Prisma chose to be selfish and didn't even flinch before taking Juliet's place. When Prisma states that she is the face of the movie, and hence can't be fired. It's like saying "A top ranker in school can't be punished for misbehaving" She says that she's a poor girl, but really Juliet is the poor girl. When Prisma "realizes" how unfair she's been with Juliet, she doesn't. She's realized that a long time ago, but remember how she said a million times through her face, words and actions. That she didn't care? She's just now resorting to her sister because oh no Prisma has no friends anymore. When Juliet gets the role, I know she tries to warn her but she says then that Karen was using Juliet as a lesson for Prisma, and that people will talk about her for a few days but then forget her.She only cares for herself and expects Juliet and the rest of the world to follow her like a dog every time and always talk about Prisma, even when she hurts Juliet. Juliet was absolutely right, Prisma needed some lessons. At the last scene, when Prisma says that she wants a sorry or thank you, even after meeting her sister after so long plus after she gets out of jail. She wants herself to look like the victim. But then, she finally realizes one last time that Juliet is a human being. Again, I'm happy that she improved herself.
Juliet has been the most relatable character in all of MSA. I know some stuff she did was wrong, but it's hard to blame her. Even now i still get compared to my sister, i get told she's taller, slimmer, prettier, and better at certain things. It completely shuts me down and makes me feel miserable. Although I'm not saying what Juliet did was ok, you still need to understand where she's coming from.

Juliet deserved better tbh. Prisma was given too much attention, and it must hurt to have a twin who always outshined you. The fact that Prisma didn’t even hesitate to take Juliet’s spot in the movie but Juliet didn’t ever tell Prisma’s secret about wetting her bed out of stress says a lot.

I’m actually kinda mad that Juliet didn’t get the role model. honestly the ending for Juliet was very unfair. She grew up her whole life being compared to her sister, their parents also seemed to be jerks seeing how quickly they decided which sister should get a room and treated the injustice like Juliet being "dramatic", and finally just as she is about to have her effort recognized, her sister takes the spotlight again and she is treated like the envious sister with behavior problems and wonder why. In the end it was just another story of a perfect, angelic little girl getting everything she wants in life.

I can understand Juliet's side of the story and it's very relatable. I am twin as well. Me and my twin brother were always compared to each other and I was always on the opposite end of the stick. My parents will always favor my twin over me. I get an A but he got an A+, I was scolded and he was praised. I got an A+ and he got a B+, I was told not to get cocky and he got a bonus in his allowance. AND THAT IS JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG!!! I love my brother and so does he but our parents would always separate us. I care for him but I'm just so sick of the pressure I was placed with.
oof I understand you a lot. I have a half little brother and he has gotten praised by my dad and his side of the family sense he was born. People always Ignored me at my dad's family's meetings, people always went straight to my brother, saying hi and playing with him and I'd just stand there wondering what I did wrong to get Ignored. My dad compared me a lot to my brother and my cousins because I wasn't "normal" like the rest of the family. I'm autistic and have a few other disabilities my dad pays attention towards that, but his side of the family pays attention to the fact that I'm dark skinned and disabled. I started hating myself at a young age. Also, my brother does worse than me, he never got spankings over small things or even big things like I did back then. Even If I spilled something I would be grounded for a long time. He mostly just got yelled at, then a day later he would get treated like the king again. Recently my brother broke his iPhone 14 and got a new iPhone 11 (He has broken ALOT of devices) while I told my dad that my phone was breaking down. It was a used phone and I have had It for at least 6 years, sometimes I couldn't even call people and it resets on Its own and I lose all my photos and much more, I just get Ignored. I'm not the type that want expensive phones. I just need a phone that works I don't care If It's used or an old version as long as It works It's fine so when something bad happens, I don't have to wait hours just for my phone to turn back on to call someone. Safe to say I don't go over my dad's house a lot, I love my little brother a lot and he love me too. I only go over there we he's over. When I tell people how I was treated they don't believe me It's fine though.

This is gonna be long, but I'm really getting pissed to those people who did not understand the story well. First, Juliet does deserve better (and a separate story) and needs to be understood. If this story will have a part 2, I hope it focuses on Juliet finally getting the recognition and treatment she deserves. Second, some people really love missing out on some of the story details. Prisma never intended to 'take' or 'steal' Juliet's spotlight. She was genuinely happy that Juliet got into the 2nd audition. It's just that Karen saw her and gave the chance to her(note that she even tried declining the request for her to dance on stage because she's just there to support her sister), saying it's her or someone other girl but not her sister. Their family needs the money so she had to take it. It's not like she intentionally acted like she wanted to steal her sister's spotlight. If you think that it's still Prisma's fault, watch it again and understand the whole story. Third, it was the people around them to be blamed for Juliet's behavior. It's not Prisma's fault she's the prettier twin. It is the parents' and people's judgement that formed a misunderstanding between them. Also, I read a comment questioning why it's Juliet that's apologizing. Well, that's because she ignored her sister's warnings and got blinded by fame and the fact that she could finally be better than Prisma (which is obviously the people around them's fault). Someone even said, Prisma should apologize for making her feel inferior, saying she loved the attention(Duh! She was used to it. Of course, she'll like it. She can't pretend she doesn't like it just so y'all could feel better.) Note that when Juliet got some attention, Prisma got jealous because she's used to being the one getting attention, but she never tried to drag her sister down for it. I know I've missed out on some of Prisma's shortcomings as a sister, but I repeat, it's not her fault that she was treated better than her twin. Did the video ever say something about her being happy that her sister is not getting the attention and recognition Juliet needed? No, she just said she loved the attention.
Juliet is not the villain she was just trying to be noticed for once.

Lovely story. I just wish Prisma expressly apologised to Juliet. She clearly isn’t the villain here and her reactions are understandable. She deserved better and I think Prisma should’ve been more readily forgiving, considering all the sidelining Juliet went through because of her. I’m glad Prisma realised she was being a little bit too selfish, but she should’ve expressed that more to Juliet. Overall, great story. It’s refreshing to see the other character isn’t really the bad guy like always❤

I hate Prisma with burning passion. & she (Juliet) wasn't even that jealous as prisma was , when Juliet got her mother's attention (as she worked hard & never did anything cheap to get attention) prisma's butt was on fire
