Prof. Pedro goes over some of master Rickson's strategies and concepts that he shared with him for the closed guard. Getting an angle, your hip off the floor and preventing your opponent from getting their hands set on your torso. This will save you a lot of energy especially against a bigger and stronger opponent. this is not Grand Master Rickson concept of Invisible jiujitsu applied to close guard ! The concept of invisible jiujitsu is to prevent the guy on top to STANDUP in your close guard by positioning your leg(not feet) on his hips .
