@@cameronbanuelos1412 You don't have to fight head it head on all the time. You can dodge and trick it. There are several techniques for this. You need techniques to fight this enemy within, because he damn sure has techniques and is very relentless. Me and my team dont know where he came from nor why he exist,but for sure he/she is in you and alive! And religious scripts couldn't describe him nor know about him. He is not a demond nor a devil. He is worst. He actually wards off the devil for him to feast on you alone!

I was feeling a bit down for the past few days and decided to try a guided meditation. I do meditate regularly, but not guided. I chose this video at random without knowing what a higher self was. Hours later I am still dumbfounded by what happened, so I've come back to share. When the higher self presence was queued, I felt a distinct shift in energy and the space around me brighten even though my eyes were closed. (The moments leading up to this had left me serene even though I couldn't see the images from past lives in the room prior.) I could only see light at first, and then she appeared. The first thing I noticed were her vivid green eyes, then her dark wavy hair and glowing skin. She wore a fitted white dress and sat across from me slightly reclined with her legs crossed at the knee. She was extremely relaxed and radiated confidence. Her eyes seemed to see and know everything, and not only about me... She told me how inconsequential the physical realm around me is, and that all of "this" is transient, changeable, illusory. With my own will, I can alter my circumstances if they don't meet my needs. She told me I'm taking it all too seriously and I don't need to worry, that worry is my biggest obstacle. I asked her what to focus on. She told me to give, and don't stop giving. To share my voice (words) with others, to be creative, and pursue simplicity in my space and belongings. I asked her when I would die and she laughed and said, "It doesn't matter when you die. You are infinite." (This one shook me.) She told me I'm on the right path and to persevere on my healing journey, and that I'd always have her and she'll never leave me. We hugged and oh, did I cry. I am so grateful to have had this experience. Even if all of it came from my own own mind, it was a part of my mind I desperately needed to access today and has helped me to feel at peace again.
Ok, this is weird, but your description of your higher self looked exactly like mine. Dark wavy hair, green eyes, white dress, the way she relaxed into the chair and crossed her leg...interesting.
@@stephanies8550 Strange, I never meditate and this experience was scary and uncomfortable , but I saw a lady with black hair a white dress except her eyes were like a hazel and she had on a nice necklace with blue stones, also I did this while really tired and stressed . We are all connected , I think

I met my higher self and i was overwhelmed with emotion and broke down in tears. I feel so at peace with myself right now. I have been recovering from depression and I haven’t felt this happy and calm in years. I know I’m on the right path and I’m where I’m meant to be. I’m so in awe right now.

when I met my higher self it just felt like she is my mother, a fairy, a goddess of nature, a pure being so light and so aligned with everything that flows. I cried and fell in love with her and now I want to meet her everyday for the rest of my life.

I just have to write about this experience. To begin with, I am a 17 year old boy who got into meditation about 2 months ago. This was my first 1 hour meditation and it was mind blowing.. At first I was very nervous and anxious about doing it right. But after really letting myself into it I managed to have a extremely clear sight about almost everything. I walked over a meadow from my early ages I remember as a kid. After getting to the tree and entering it I saw picture of myself hanging there. I was like a English boatsmen (idk how to really say it in english). It was absolutely my face. And after entering the second room I saw a table, a bed, a globe, a circle and many more things which all seemed so familiar. It was honestly crazy. After sitting down and inviting my higher self in, I was firstly very nervous. A young girl, with blond hair sat next to me. Her face was indescribable. It really changed all the time but it was definitely not human like for sure. The rest of the body seemed like a normal human body tho. Sadly I couldn't really interact with her too much but this didn't really bothered me to much. I felt love, love to myself. It was stunning. I tried asking her if she could show me the universe. Idk what exactly happend after that. But I know one thing for sure. I fell into the deepest calmness I've ever been. Then I slowly went back to being conscious. Then I saw her again for the last time. She hugged me and then I left. This was waaaay to crazy to put it into words but I just had to share it. I wish everyone a similar experience. Thanks for reading. P.s.: is it normal that my higher self is not the same gender as my own?
Souls don`t have gender, all souls have both masculine and feminine energy. Your Higher Self is you, your Soul. You as a person, are still young, connecting with the essence of pure love that you have within is the reason for which your soul chose to show itself as a young girl. So you can always stay in touch with your emotions and inner child, even when you get more mature. So you will never forget that your core is purity and love. :)

I had a similar experience just less intense and drawn out, it was a feminine figure made of a swirling turbulent silver liquid folding in on itself with mountains and Forrests and oceans in the flurry... I connected to them and felt as if we were already connected even though she or they weren't super familiar. At first I didn't even think they were my higher self cause of the dissonance I was experiencing but I talked to my cousin and referenced a time he said my aura was "kinda crazy and hard to describe" he replied saying he thinks I definitely did so I'm taking that as I'm on the right track. Who knows tho. I'm gonna follow the rabbit hole and see what I can learn. Any insights are very welcome, thanks you for sharing and reading. Much love❤️

The first 2 times I did this I never got to the paths but found myself just doze and wake at the part where you leave and come back. Same today bu made myself go to the start and found the answer to my question Why cant I finish what I start. I felt likei was about to go down a step and felt a jolt and stopped. My whole body went numb as soon as I relaxed and it instantly reminded me of a sensation I would have when I was younger. After that… wow! Things started happening in such an amazing way. Never had a guided meditation feel this amazing. Tears of joy at the end. Thank you 🙏🏽

Just let go. 60 years and still trying to "let go". I wonder why. Why so long? I won't be alive much longer and when I do finally get to leave this life, I'll look back at my life and see that it was 10% good😇, and 90% crap💩.

BUT, the good news is, we can choose to come back as often as we desire, in any lifetime we have we can turn that around to 90% amazing and 10% crap or whatever we desire. The more we try to force something the harder it becomes to succeed, just live in the moment and reaffirm what you would like your life here and now to be.
I didn’t expect this meditation to be so powerful!! When I met her, I cried. She held me and grabbed my face and let me know that it would all be alright. I didn’t expect it, but she pulled my hands and we danced around the room. Laughing and spinning in circles until we fell on the ground. We laid there and talked for a bit. I asked a few questions, but when I finally asked “what’s it’s like over there?…” well, that was when it was time to leave and return to the meadow… I feel a lot more relief after this. I didn’t wanna leave. And now I wanna spend more time with her every opportunity I can. Such a beautiful moment. Thank you so much for this. Sending love and light to all of you ✨✨✨

I’m totally new to meditation and have been having a hard time getting my mind to shut down enough to do it. This was a very relaxing experience. I didn’t see my higher self but I felt the white light and it’s warmth wrap me up. I’ll definitely keep meditating to this and see if I can progress with time.

This was AMAZING! My higher self most definitely has a sense of humor lol and is very blunt but in a nice way. She looked like me, but like, the upgraded out of this world version of me. Long black hair, Golden brown skin (literally golden) and this purple, bright aura around her. She was blindingly bright! And she said, “I am you” when I told her how beautiful she was. She told me my soul was before time, very old soul. Millions of years old. She showed me my booming KZhead channel in the future, and told me the world is at the palm of my hands. I can go anywhere and do anything I wanted. I wanted to cry but I stopped myself. She levitates and brought me all over this beautiful garden place. Showed me nature. She then kept telling me to believe in my self. To believe in myself, multiple times before she disappeared into me. And literally seconds later the lady in this video said it was time to say goodbye. Ah man, this was beautiful.

Thought I'd share my experience as a woman coming into her own finally. Wasn't quite what I expected but still was amazing and took my breath away. My higher self ended up being a guy. Mind you, the most gorgeous man I had ever seen. He had peircing green eyes like the Buddha or Jesus or something, with shoulder length brown hair. He was young but strong. It took my breath away, I was in awe and couldnt really muster the words to speak at first. I was kinda dumbfounded it was a guy but it made sense since all through my childhood ive never particularly felt like a normal, really feminine girl. I've always been a little more boyish. When i did finally speak I asked him if I'm doing anything wrong or if I'm making the right choices or on the right path. He took me outside and showed me this beautiful meadow and said, look at all these flowers. Are any one of them less beautiful just because they look different from one another? I said no. He said the same is for you and the choices you make. There are no wrong paths and we are always with you. I asked well what about the people I've fallen in love with? He said those are all manifestations of you, in one form or another. It's the recognition you find that makes the love feel so strong. When it was time to leave I hugged him and cried and said i didn't want to go back, I only want to stay with you. He said I am you. And I'm always with you whenever you need me now. Bruh 🫠🙃🤦♀️💙💚 this experience was so needed rn
I am a beginner and my plan was to meditate for like 5-10 mins, after I was done I checked the time and I had been doing it for 36 mins!! I didn’t even notice either, it’s insane, I was in a whole other world.
Time is something we push on ourselves loosing track of time means your free.✌

It's your egoic mind that disturbs you with all those thoughts every day. Hes the one talking all the time saying sister i want something sweet, i have to call that and that, this video is booring turn it off and so on. Once you meditate, you kind of shut him/her off for brief moment and he/she doesnt want to be left out. He/she know once you reach that calm trance state hes/shes gonna be shut off, so he/she sends those signals of danger to hope to back you off from this calm place. And guess what, it works every time. So learn to controll your mind and not being controlled by it.
This was an unexplainable powerful experience for me. When I “sat in the chair” at first I thought the person across from me was a woman, then it shifted to my grandfather. It was at this point tears started running down my face. I could feel him there, I could even smell his old shirt. He helped me realize I have been many different types of people, race, sex and religion. And I am on the journey to help others see what they can’t see. He said he was so proud of me and it felt we hugged, it felt like he passed me more courage to keep going. I asked him when will I get to really see him again. He said “I have been and will always be here”, it is sensing, not seeing with your eyes. I now understand it is not the “sight” it is the “sense”; I am very moved and emotional right now. I believe I understand “being” much more.

I see nothing, I only recently started meditation. I see more colors, larger shapes of colors, but nothing as you're mentioning. Am I too new, calcified pineal gland? I have pushes of insights, some suggestions, but nothing extraordinary. Please help.

i’m here to say that this meditation right here fully triggered my first spiritual awakening back in 2019/2020 its now 2024 and i’m going through my second spiritual awakening! after my 1st time doing this meditation my life completely changed it changed so hard and so fast it’s crazy!! i remember being so scared and feeling like an alien because i had never had any conscious thoughts prior to this meditation!! my journey has been hard but also very beautiful and empowering!! i’m beyond grateful for this meditation and everything that led up to me finding it!! peace, love, and abundance to everyone💗
My higher self was huge like a giant made of light, his name is Dunn. He said that we are one, that I am him and he is me and gave me the message to be forever faithful. Not to fear the unknown because the unknown will set me free. He said everything is going as planned. He became small and we merged together and before he left he kissed me. He flew around for a bit changing and morphing around the room. Love him 💕 thank you for this meditation

I met my higher self and broke down crying. Even though it was very hard to picture I could still feel her purity and beauty it was ethereal. I only managed to converse about one question before sitting up crying and realizing I only made it halfway through.
My higher self is so beautiful and she gave me so many answers and confidence. She reassured me that I will have everything that my heart desires. She also told me my life purpose.This was a beautiful experience. I am so grateful!

my first time trying to connect with my hs. my hs was an upgraded version of me. She had on a long white dress and had long curly locks with bright hazel eyes. I was shy and nervous while asking questions. I didn't know what to say. She held my face and we danced. I felt so protected. She told me everything was going to be okay.

I had this same experience. At the table she put out her hand to hold and I grabbed it and she twirled me and than I sat on the same side as her. She was an upgraded version of me. With long black wavy/ crimped hair. And a colorful kind of sundress on. And I was just telling her I’m shock that we got here. Because if I go back to my reality now I looking nothing like this. And she said I’ve always been inside you like this. Do you remember when we were little and we were so fierce and confident. And had the best poses like a model. Like a natural. I’ve always been inside you. I asked her more questions about our future. And she was telling me we had to get out of our own way. And tell satan to back off. He can not have a hold on me anymore. He can not cast anxiety and fear on me anymore and keep me from my destiny. Because she told me I helped so many people when I released that. And shared to the world FINALLY the gift that is me. Just being my authentic self and not trying to be all cute-sy for camera. And that I got to do so many incredible, amazing things like traveling and talking to people. Helping my mom retire from her dead end job. She told me she loved me. And held my face and kissed me all over my face. And said you are going to do great things baby.
I wasn’t expecting this to work, especially since I had to stop the meditation due to an interruption, but omg… I think I met him. Even though I have a female body he appeared to me as a male. He had long brown hair, he was old, and he had piercing green eyes. I thought this might’ve all been my imagination until he placed his hand on my forehead and I felt a super intense energy and I started to cry. He let me know that even though everything may seem chaotic at the moment, I’m on the path that I need to be on and everything is working FOR me and not against me. He told me that I am a gorgeous spirit and that great things are coming for me. This was a really cool meditation, thank you so much! ❤️
Definitely one of the best meditations I have ever done. (and I meditate a lot haha) I connected with my higher self so much that I actually started to tear up!
That was my first time meditating and it was exceptional. My whole body was numb at some point which made me freak out coz I could not move my head or any part of me. My higher self wasn’t a person at all.... just a really bright glittering human form with flowers around their neck and hands, and a crown made of beautiful stones. No eyes or ears or any human features beside his form. Interesting...

It probably was your higher self but came to you this way. Each time I do this meditation my higher self comes in different ways with a meaningful message as to how it is projecting, Like today my higher self was completely red. Hair and dress code I intuitively knew it was a message from the planet Mars as it progressed through my 4th and 5th houses, As I have a strong understanding of astrology this is the reason my higher self spoke to me in this way. If I didn't have this understanding then it would communicate totally different .
I also saw a glittering blue human silhouette with no discernible features. First it was a male silhouette then a female 💫
Mine was in a black robe no face or eyes I could see.... he wouldn’t tell me everything but he said we’ve been here since way before humans.... I did a past life meditation before and this is the first time I’ve ever been human... towards the end of when the ladies talking I didn’t leave the island I went back to the room to talk to it and he showed me how to meditate while I’m meditating to go to different dimensions .... pretty sure I just broke my brain
I told him to prove to me he knows things and he took me to like 6 different realms before he showed me the dimension thing.... I bugged the shit out of him asking him questions lol

I have always had anxiety, when I met my higher self I was anxious. She didn't say anything, she just sat and smiled at me and radiated calm. All my anxiousness just left and I found myself being able to relax for once, she is the epitome of safety and calmness. I hope to experience this again and hope that soon I can meet her without the guide.

When I first did this meditation months ago before sleeping, I had a beautiful dream. It was so simple, but I will never forget the absolute feeling of bliss in the dream. It was a feeling like no other I’ve ever experienced in my waking life. At least I don’t remember feeling it in this life. Thank you♥️
My higher self is a beautiful loving and caring woman. She looked like me but with long hair. Her eye color was different than mine. She had beautiful green eyes. I could feel her warmth. She had this amazing smile. She was wearing this beautiful long gold dress and was covered in an amazing golden light. I asked her questions and she provided me with answers. I look forward to seeing her again.

Since everybody is sharing their stories I want to share mines too. Around the oak tree part, the inside to me looked very elegant, like a part of a mansion. When she asked us to look at the pictures I didn't see much of anything. I saw alot of picture frames on both sides of the walls. I walked to the right side ( my right) and saw a pyramind and it was like I took a selfie infront of it. Then I saw another one and I was a female warrior, like Roman times. When out got to the part to meet my higher self. I saw a hairstyle kinda like beauty and the beast and golden eyes and her complexion was fair. Her hair match her eyes. She had the same type of personally as me. I was completely shocked because I thought this wouldn't work for me, but there she was. I asked her if there was anything she wanted to tell me, but she was holding back (at first) more and more I started to pick up the pieces and she finally showed me she was a princess. The way she moved and presented herself. She revealed to me that I died in many traumatic ways. And she showed me her wounds and I healed her. ( just by kissing my hand and manifesting it into a pink light and put it on her wounds that healed up). She was very grateful. By that time I looked around me and noticed the area around me looked more like a castle mansion. Idk if all that was true, but I know I couldn't think of all those details by myself. When she talked to me she was telling me things like "please don't be afraid of me", " believe", etc. She even when in me ( channeled) and I felt what it was like to be her. She was so graceful and had this beautiful aura to her. When it was time to leave I felt this hurt on my side. To be honest I didn't want to leave, but I knew I had to eventually. I'll come back to visit her again. Man what an experience. I did kept getting signs that I was a princess and a warrior alot. Whether thru dreams, clairvoyance, etc, but to actually see her and to have that reassurance... just wow. Hopefully this wasn't tooo long and it was interesting. Wow I also see(imagine because I’m not sure if it worked) it like that, mine was direct after I asked the questions and I don’t think she's a princess, I see her as a goddess because of the place we move outside, a garden that has a balcony over looking a view that is just clouds. Went back inside and she wants to show me another room and when she opened it and pulled me we both are standing in clouds but it was time to say goodbye, she wants to say more but couldn't because it was time for me to leave. She said that she's always there when I need her. So maybe I'll visit here again. I don't know how tho should I listen to this again?

Im 29 and I woke up. I went through my rude awakening 3 years ago. I focused on healing my inner child, i did the shadow work, i put in the work. I had no idea what was happening to me, I felt like I was dying. I once had a friend who gave me crystals, helped me cleanse and would encourage me to meditate. Everyone thought he was crazy, labeled as a witch. I know understand him. I lost contact with him several years ago. He was the only friend I ever talked about my spirituality. I wish I could talk to him right now. I have no one to talk to about this. I’ve been cleansing, meditating and manifesting. I completely changed my lifestyle and my mindset. Its like I was born again. Im so proud of the person I became. I just have this feeling, my instinct, I just know things and I feel people’s energy. I’ve always been different. I really don’t know what to do with my gift. I sound crazy to others, so I just keep everything to myself. I’ll try this meditation video because I want to meet my higher self. I really don’t know what I should be doing but I know I have a calling, i feel it in my bones. I really don’t have anyone to talk to about this. No one around me is woke. Idk if what I was “visualizing” was just my imagination going with the flow. But I saw Jesus. He was sitting on a brown wooden chair across the table from me. He just smiled at me and reached his hand out and we connected through light of some sort with my hand stretched out to his. We both wore white robes/togas? Except he had a golden belt/rope wrapped around his waist. We were both barefoot as well. I asked him questions like what’s my purpose? Who did you create me to be? Are you proud of me? What am I supposed to do? He just kept smiling at me. Then I got up and he embraced me. I felt his warm embrace as he cradled my head and repeated “my child. You are going to be okay” His hand illuminated golden sparkles of light that he placed over my forehead and transferred that light into my mind then my hands and feet and my heart. And I saw those parts of me sparkling gold light and i felt a sense of power, strength, joy, energy. He wouldn’t give me straight forward answers but I thinkkk he said something along the lines of “I will never forsake you.” I walked away as did he and i said last “im going to make you proud. And i will” which is a family joke IRL..and he responded with a strong powerful loving voice that smiled “You will.” And he walked into the light.

its because of your ego wanting to stay on earth. Ive been watching plenty of psychic videos. Earth is just a classroom and it can be hard to leave your body because you're afraid of what might be on the other side. The other side, of what I learned froomw atching psychic videos is you're either met by who you want to see, your god or relatives, or wahtever you want to see. Then you might be questined by yourself or angels. its like an interview for why you did what you did in the world, and you only judge yourself. your judgement of yourself will place you in the type of vibration plane you will be in which could be like the different types of world in heaven . but you can move on in the universe but esentially every past life you had or people you met are always connected to the other side as people call it, and the whole world or other side is all connected. You nor wanrting to leave may mean that it might be close to your time to leave. This is just my idea of like peicing to gether, but i also watched documentaries about drugs like lsd, or dmt, and the out of body experiences show you what life or reality really is like. Its really different. Its scary because your memory was wiped from when u came back to earth and you dont remember what was on the other side bfore when its all just energy and you speak not in language but form of thought or images. i mightve gotten off track but basically its your ego and your ego is the character u have on life. its like a film you dont want to end cause its so amazing but it ends anyway

I did this last night and it was an AMAZING experience. When I was in the meadow, there were so many beautiful flowers like red roses, sunflowers and daisies. I've dreamt about a meadow like this before so it was crazy. My HS looks like me but out of the Victorian/ancient times. She had long golden blonde hair, curled in ringlets. She wore a long white dress and she had this beautiful glow. She showed me I was going to have a son and I started crying.. I've always doubted myself in being a mom. I've been mixed about children majority of my life, so when she grabbed my hand and comforted me saying "you'll be a great mom. They will love you unconditionally, and so will you." I was covered in tears by the time I was done. This was A GRAND EXPERIENCE. Sending love and light to all of you ❤️❤️

My higher self held me while I cried and screamed. She smiled at me with such confidence and care. It told me it would all be okay in the long run. All that I went through made me stronger and I should be proud of who I am today. Hard days will always be ahead but I now have a support system in my life that will be with me every step of the way. I am thankful for this.

My highest self is so beautiful. She’s a fairy, with white hair, pale skin and gray/green eyes. She’s so kind, so calm. The most beautiful being I’ve ever seen. I immediately started crying as soon as I saw her. She loves me so much. Love radiates from her.

This experience was incredible!! My face is soaked from tears of joy... I spent about 2 min trying to ask questions to a vague golden fog.. the response was basically nothing. Then I asked “show me something then” ... and the fog formed into a golden ghost version of myself and we flew through the air. I had absolutely no control over where we were going. It felt like we were traveling along the energy of the earth, around it and through it. Faster than I could ever imagine. Then we flew waay out into space, but still connected with earth. This sounds crazy, but the message I was told was that we could be in two places at once. Then as if to say “you haven’t seen anything yet,” we looked around the vastness of space and it ALL WELCOMED US. The same kind of spirit/energy/consciousness is everywhere! And we could be anywhere in the universe simultaneously. I immediately starting balling my eyes out. It’s really hard to let go and to not “try” to see things, but let it come to you. I think 60% of the time I was trying too hard. I definitely need to practice my quiet mind. Still, this was one of the best experiences of my life, I can’t wait to come back. THANK YOU!!

My favorite guided meditation ever. I'll have to do it again tomorrow. It literally brought me back to myself. I was a little distressed about some business problems when I started, but now everything will work out. It's not necessary to know how. I have to re-believe in wonderful things.

I see some sharp blue eyes too but not sure if it is my imagination, when i close my eyes i see, shapes, colors, lights of diferent colors i am not sure if i made up tho, but i grabet an old hand with long nails, saw some black hair, and a black vail, i sobbet crying
That is awesome I would love to see my Rosey again and Ziekey and Freaky Rosey she passed away when I was in the behavioral hospital in April 2020 didn't get a proper goodbye 😢 💔 she was sick and I ended up in behavioral hospital thanks to my DIL and stepson deciding I was a bit off I was highly sleep deprived and not eating or drinking properly then. But they had no power of attorney over me mom could have made that decision but they didn't say anything to her until they took me away. Maybe I will get answers about everything that happened while I was in the hospital. I felt mistreated in that place have no idea what they told them they kept me 3 weeks. Horrible place to be when you feel you don't belong there. Could have just sent me to a regular hospital. Anyway probably TMI for a public page. I am doing well now.

Once you realize the word "So" and "very" are said every 4 second it becomes very distracting. I couldn't make it through 15 minutes because the person has no other words to express themselves. And you can't unhear it once you realize.
Omg this was amazing! My hs was dressed in Egyptian style clothing with long golden hair. She gave me insight on current relationships, business, even showed me my new home. Told me Reiki is the right choice for me. Also that I came from the stars and will reincarnated into a butterfly. I'm beyond amazed! I cried so much! This was so amazing. At first I was scared to let my mind fully give in but once I did magical things started to happen. I wasn’t able to see my higher self and ask questions but I could feel her. I could feel her presence. At that very moment I started to cry and I had no idea why. Suddenly I felt my hand start to move, and this is how I knew she was with me. I could feel my higher self grab my hand and hold it in hers. I never felt anything like it. My hand was heavy and rocking back and forth gently by itself. A couple minutes I could feel she was gone. I’m definitely going to try this again and hopefully I can have a conversation with her. Wish me luck!

i had the same experience and was so confused! my higher self was an older, beautiful, all-knowing version of myself. i couldn’t see but i just knew it. she was golden all over and i couldn’t see or hear anything, but i could feel this tingling all over me, and she grabbed my hand i could feel it. this was the first experience i have had with meditation, and i hope i can get to the point of communication. 💕
So weird I just had the same experience, I was visualising some things and when my higher self sat down she was beautiful I could tell but I couldn’t really make anything out, we didn’t talk I just started tearing up and feeling a VERY strong sensation, when I did ask a question about our past an old war photo popped up and I got emotional, very amazing experience

Not sure I saw my higher self sitting there but I saw very bright almost white light in front of my closed eyes, it was like I was in a space of white light, first I thought that a picture of the video changed to something brighter since I got it on TV. But then I kept seeing it, later it popped up even brighter, I felt my eyes not being extremely relaxed but being in an ‘’awarness relaxed state’’ (I cant describe lol), and it felt like energy boost went through me. I had some visions but I cant say if it was almost dreaming, but the light literally was there when I was only relaxed. Still have to heal and practice more 🤍

i have never felt this truly happy before. my highest self reassured me that everything is working out for me. he told me not to worry and to stop feeling so bad all the time. i cried after this because i for once feel like my life has purpose. i haven’t cried like this in a minute it felt so good to let it out. he said that he loves me and that’s something i’ve always wanted to hear.
I can’t even begin to tell you the experience I had with this meditation. One of the truly best meditations I’ve ever done. I got to see my grandma for the first time in two years since she had passed in a sense of a meditational thing. She’s come to me once during Christmas time but this was truly an experience because she was holding my hand and I could actually feel the temperature of her hand and the wrinkles in her hand. She’s the one who had taken me through the doors. I had met her in the meadow. But it’s amazing the things that she had showed me during this experience about myself. Thank you for creating this and I will use this meditation again and refer it to many.
My higher self is truly a beautiful being in my eyes. She had golden white long curly hair with a braid that had a golden thread in it, she had white and golden dress that was very long, and the dress moved like the wind. She had a golden long thread that danced and flowed around her, her ears was long and pointy much like a fairies ears, her heart was filled with so much warmth and love. Her eyes was blue as the sea, she had a tiny mouth which was colored like thousand green roses, and painted face like that of a sommer day, her shoes was flowers that grew up along her legs and the same with her hand and arm. She also had a flower crown, and a smile of thousand suns. She was so calm and easy to understand. When I woke up I still could feel her warm present. I will surely visit her again. She was truly a wonderful being too listen to. I will never forget this.

Awesome wishing I had known these things when my son was growing up 16 now would be hard convince him to meet his higher self unless he knew his dad would be there to and someone could figure out how to convince him it would be so calming and peaceful. I am convinced now it will be a beautiful experience possibly emotional for me.
@@gingercameronfordcrouch7057 have you thought about seeing a clairvoyant together? You could always say that's what you want for your birthday or mother's day or something like that? I would just make sure it's a legit clairvoyant at a reputable place- like you could see (or phone them) them first to be sure.

When my higher self came, I felt an incredibly dominant aura, like the embodiment of power, he was a very powerful person who saw everything and knew everything, it was as if he could see right through me, I couldn't see his face, but I hugged him and he hugged me back, even the touch of his arms made me feel as if he could hold the whole world by himself Before I went to him, I came across a photos of him helping people, laughing and having fun with human communities, and at the end, a beautiful smile taken with his friends and family, although I couldn't see it clearly, I felt it when I held the frame, I think that was what affected me the most
Since everyone is sharing their experiences, i figured i would as well. I didn't have any intentions of finishing this meditation, i only planned to do about 10 ish minutes, when i opened my eyes i realized it was 41 minutes. At first i was afraid of letting my body go but once i did, it was amazing. Ive never experienced a guided meditation like this. My higher self showed me the outcomes if i keep working towards my goals. I'm not sure if this is a common thing but i met with my grandmother who passed away last march. She told me i was going to get pregnant soon and it would be her soul that i'm carrying. I'm kind of new to my spiritual journey, someone please help me understand what this means!
hello Stephanie i recommend you watch lots of NDE experiences, these will help you understand alot about souls and what we are here to do on this earth. it all goes back to 1 and 2. yin and yang. - and +. Our goal is to spread joy in this place that is corrupt, and after a while the vibration will get high enough to where all negative energy will be erased.
This is the best I have ever experienced. When I got connected with my higher self, I felt that something looked at me, and was trying to talk to me and when I asked it a question about how my whole life would be for me, I then begin to see a shape of a person, and it looked like an old person sitting in a warm nice chair looking at me. It felt like it was my old future self, and it answered very simple back to me, "It will be a good life for you". And then I felt like the story of my whole future life was flowing through my thoughts, and i could feel it all at once. So i now know that i will have a wonderful long life until I get old and say goodbye to the world. So thank you very much for this amazing video and guide that you have made, and i hope for everyone else that they have also had a fantastic experience for life. :-)

This is the first time I have ever commented on a youtube video. This guided meditation truly works. I have connected with source before but those times I mostly just felt the energy, my body pulsing,vibrating, my hands going in the air and energy to orgasmic levels. I had fallen off my meditation for months now and struggled to get reconnected. This video helped me a great deal to get back tonight. I meditated laying down in my bed and this is the 1st time I have had an actual conversation with my higher self and felt the energy at the same time. It was an out of this world experience. There is much love here for you. I am grateful. ✌

I knew it worked when I literally heard my heartbeat so loudly in my ears. I reduced myself to a human animal separate from my higher consciousness so I could listen to it humbly. My heart was beating fast because I went into it with a genuine open mind so I accepted that anything could jump scare me from the recesses of my thoughts like a horror movie lol. I saw one scene and one scene only - a helicopter crash in the ocean. After that - scramble. Like that was the message and I didn't need to see any more. Looked up the spiritual meaning where a helicopter crash represents the importance of my goals and ambition, but I was allowing myself to get distracted. The ocean represents transformation. Thanks, higher self. I started allowing myself to get distracted and complacent when this is a period in my career where I can make another huge leap to the next level. I have to be a better me than I have ever been in my entire life.
I haven’t cried this much since the movie Marley & Me. One of the more powerful meditations ive had the pleasure of basking in to date. This trance was so strong I was vividly seeing and feeling the scenic layout she verbally displayed for us just before or right as she was describing it. I truly went to this tranquil place. My higher self entered the room almost immediately and pretty much said, “finally” as she pulled out her chair to sit before me. I’ve been putting this meeting off for so long because quite frankly I’ve been intimidated. For a while I knew I wasn’t on my right path because I was scared to go off the conventional routes our educational and parental systems have beaten into our mindsets. So that we too can be obedient societal robots. I haven’t felt worthy to speak to my higher self, I expected to be belittled and told how disappointing I am. I’m not where I plan to be yet. But I know I’m finally on that right path. My unique path. And still, yes, my higher self remed me out for putting this off for so long but only because she could have helped me sooner. Could have hugged me and loved me sooner through my hardships when all I had was myself. She was almost sad that I thought she would treat myself so lowly when in fact I love myself entirely. And I’m always soft and stern with myself, and she is me, so why would it be any different. Your higher self is here to guide you and offer the best advice specially crafted for you by you, don’t be intimidated like I was. The sooner you form the connection the stronger it becomes, the more whole you become, and the more clear you start to see your life and the path ahead of you. If you’re not on the right one, it’s never too late to change course as long as you keep going, keep moving toward a brighter destination. If you’ve arrived at a place you’re unsatisfied with, put your shoes on, stretch, and start by talking a stroll. Who knows how far your oasis lies beyond your current stay, what if it turns out it was just next door all along.

That was beautiful made me cry and tear up a bit cause we know ourselves and how we would actually treat ourselves with so much love. And I have put mine off for awhile too mostly because I just found this meditation but have seen other guided sleep meditations but I always fall asleep or can't quite get there for interruptions. But maybe this evening before bed maybe I can try this one out. I hope I can meet her this evening or tonight. Afraid if I try now I will be interrupted with phone calls or knocks on the door. If my phone was fully charged I would maybe go to the wildlife walking park and get isolated somewhere and try it. But then again my phone would ring no way to turn it on airplane mode would shut down my connection. Always does when I try at home. I also want to read as many comments as possible first before trying.
I have just started meditating and this is my fourth practice and I just want to say this is the most powerful one yet. I got to meet with my higher self for a great amount of time and get a lot of questions answered. Will be back tomorrow!

My higher self was very pale and tall with silver tattoo things up her arms and she had azure blue eyes with silver bits in them and silver not grey , silver hair and it was plaited Into a two plait ponytail. She wore iridescent transparent dress down to her feet and like and iridescent cape over the top . She was glowing with the light and had crystal tiara thing . then just as I was leaving she showed me that she had wings too like an angel 👼 I wish we could all dress like our higher selves and have higher self parties ✨
