Gen II Koenig Specials SEC First Drive & Special BRABUS Motor Delivery! | VLOG
The 190E Koenig Special was supposed to have a 3.6L Brabus motor that came from Abu Dhabi, but unfortunately when it arrived to the US, the engine was seized. We just got it back to the Patina Collective and are planning on rebuilding and restoring this legendary M103 motor for a later project. Finally got a chance to take the Gen II Koenig Specials on the first drive and it is absolutely amazing.... sounds incredible and plenty of power! We also took delivery of a SL600 AMG 6.0L from Canada - pretty beat up, but deserves to be saved. We also shipped out the 1000 SEC Carat Duchatelet 6.0 widebody to Pierre for a full restoration. Hope to have that car back on the road in the near future! Lastly we filmed a Brabus 7.3S video with our two Brabus w140s, so stay tuned!

@patinacollective you guys should rent a garage/storage spot in Canada. Canada only has a 15 year car import law so any cars you purchase that are not 25 years or older you could import to Canada. That way they're all in one spot and it's not too far away.

I love the professional energy and kind status, your channel is missing a super passionate upbeat or be abit more hyped energy about even the “shit boxes” you are acquiring. Looks like hard work but this is the ultimate dream in a true benz guys mind. This collection had to be made, so glad it’s on KZhead. My first two cars were w210 and my last 3 have been w212 e550’s. I really am loosing my mind. I’ve always wanted the “Batmobile” and a 190e evo. I’ve ligit been day dreaming all day after finding you guys and driving the benz. I can not imagine having so many examples. I have never been jealous in my life. And I’m still not. My mind is blown and I wish the newer cars would go thru a square bodied revival or a company would have a vision of coming out making square body kits somehow. If anyone like that idea I’d love to be a part of my idea. I will be visiting your museum. I am on the east coast.

Nice ride I have a gray market black 84 500 SEC that had the AMG package but has no wide fenders. The monoblock chrome wheels bubbled up so I sand blasted them but ended up with pits all over so right now it is sitting on 4 Carlson wheels but one of the wheels needs to be re rounded as it seems it was on an accident so it is slighly oval. It was all blacked out and to me it looked hideous. So I restored all the ionized blacked out trims back to the chrome color. Front and rear bumper chrome parts were replaced with other 500 sec chrome parts from two wrecked cars. I broke the driver side window when the elevator broke apart and the motor for the elevator failed to work after replacing the window. Since then it has been in my garage since 2015. I have all the parts but hadn't have the time to fix it. The short year I drove it to work it made lots of heads turn. Nice 80s and 90s rides you got here.

New Tires on the W123/126 lookin good - love the color on both - refreshing! The Burgundy 6.0 C126 has a great presence, The Carat Interior looks so inviting - cant wait to see it after its tuned & painted The black brabus starting up sounded knarly man - glad its just a battery issue, white brabus started up with a lot of class :P AMG E36 Hotwheels has a cool wheel style, every Benz O.G needs a HW collection ;) - Great Episode as always, stay #Blessed 🥗🙏💎

Well said Vico on keeping motors healthy especially the 117. Change those timing chains guides tensioners etc. Clean the fuel tank if it's never been done. Helps protect the fuel divider and injectors. Check out my collection on YT @egsgarage
