Ontop this brahmos missle that russia has is 51% owned by india 49% owned by russia so its indias missle not russias and its crudely made we could make this type of missle but we dont want crudely made and adapted super sonic missles based of a 1970s missle with a added ram thruster for speed. We want to make tiny small super sonic missles think the size of a morter round were we can send 50 of them 100 of them at precise targets. America wants smart weapons not dumb weapons that destroy your target and than 10 houses around. you can send 1 expensive large super sonic missle you adapted your old missles with to rush to supersonics but by the end of 2023 we will have extremely small cheap super sonics with precision that we can send in litertal swarms that russia cannot. and these tiny super sonics will be able to intercept large expensive super sonics and than saturate air space and take out surface to air missile sites and radar sites without a issue either. smart weapons are smart they take time to devolp crude weapons are crude they are devolped fast. a icbm goes mach 21 btw so its not like we dont have super sonic missle or know how to make really fast missles.

    @user-ft5gj4fh9e@user-ft5gj4fh9e2 жыл бұрын
    • Depends on the Missile being used, but yeah Zinzhal reaches an estimated Mach rating of 10 and 12, with the speed it travels don't even need much explosive force the sheer kenetic damage is more than enough, you are also right if you are going to target the backlines you want something that can get there and not be shot down in a contested airspace so hyper sonic weapons are the way to go.

America does the same thing. Because we are dependent on others and not self sufficient. Same with our citizens. They are taught to be dependent not independent. See the difference. The real threats to the world are excessively wealthy individuals period. This whole economic scheme we created will only destroy our selves. As almost every single country suffers from extreme economic suppression by its own citizens. Shame on the government for bending over and taking the D and not having a back bone. As a result, with this economic Hierarchy we have created in most countries. Their people will continue to suffer.

  • Hypersonics aren't exactly new for Russia. They've been in service for at least a few years now.

    @sjv9147s@sjv9147s2 жыл бұрын
    • ATTENTION EVERYONE YOU HAVE BEEN LIED TO PLEASE READ MY WHOLE COMMENT AND WATCH THE LINKED VIDEOS this is not a scheme to get more attention I need to tell everyone the truth about foreign countries hypersonic missiles that the media wont shut up about he united states has no hypersonic missiles because it is in no rush to develop them, the "hyper sonic missiles" the media wont shut up about are from China and Russia, Russia's hypersonic missles are not hyper sonic missiles but are manufactured through intentional framing and the spread of misinformation by the media. For the 2 people probably reading this to try and prove me wrong just hear me out. This conversation that is centered around Hypersonic missiles, and if you think that Russia and China are simply ahead of the US in this technology then you are dead WRONG. If instead you center it around hypersonic TECHNOLOGY then suddenly america has the resounding lead. Something is considered "hypersonic" once it passes mach 5, the space shuttle would regularly exceed mach 25 and while the space shuttle may be gone the air force's x-37 still continues to do that to this day. Even american private companies have hypersonic platforms like SpaceX, Blue Origin and Boeing, this technology is prevalent it just doesnt have a warhead. It is very misleading to suggest that the United States lacks the technology to put a warhead on a target at these velocities because they could. In 2004 NASA's X-43 scramjet demontrator hit mach 9.6 and in 2011 Boeing's X-51 scramjet hit mach 5.1 and in that same year DARPA's HTV2 glide vehicle hit mach 20. But in 2017 Russia claims they made the world's first "hypersonic weapon went into service with their KH-47 Kinzal the Kinzal is just the first stage of a short range ballistic missile mounted on the belly of a MIG-31. It's true the Kinzal started out as the Iskander short range ballistic missile designed in 1988 not exactly what you would call cutting-edge. The US could match this very easily and quickly, but it would not be very statically valuable. The real return Russia got out of it, is from the press coverage that went overboard as it is prone to do. And since the Kinzal is nuclear armed Russia never has to prove it works. They just strapped a missile from the 80s to a fighter jet from the 80s and got press attention that acted like they were a cutting edge weapons producer. Now about the hypersonic boost glide vehicles that the media also wont shut up about. Both China and Russias hypersonic glide missiles are nuclear armed the US is only focused on developing conventionally armed hypersonic weapons and that poses more challenges and takes longer to develop because if a hypersonic missile is nuclear armed it doesnt need to be accurate, but if conventionally armed it needs to be accurate. At the end of the day the US does not need to make another nuclear weapon, and the whole thing about hypersonic missiles being able to evade missile defense systems and be less detectable is complete nonsense. US satelites would immediately detect the heat given off from the launch. And no country can knock out waves of incoming nukes so it doesnt matter whether you launch a hypersonic missile or an ICBM the end of the world come the same. China has not proven that it can hit a moving aircraft carrier without nuclear armed missiles so their hypersonic anti-ship missiles are useless. The media is giving putin what he wants, they need to stop, without these false cliams that western media loves to fascinate over, Russia wouldnt be selling any arms and would be lacking any military capability more than they already do, the western media is helping putin watch these videos to learn the TRUTH: kzhead.info/sun/ls-roLqMbJyJaIk/bejne.html kzhead.info/sun/pbeJn6pvgHubmY0/bejne.html kzhead.info/sun/mLx_dMdla2aPmH0/bejne.html

First of all the US military has admitted abilities in tracking hypersonic missile through satellites and naval defense. They also have nuclear powered aircraft. They have extremely advanced holographic invisibility technologies and can holograph anything in the sky. They have high altitude missile defense systems and aircraft. The West has been aware of it for ages. As Russia's military is funded largely by sales, and thus their entire force has basically become a show-room advertising agency, the reason for its use now is likely because Russia is hurting for funds. • Hypersonic missiles have terrible reaction time, however. They have very little time to detect changes in their target's position and change their course to match. Additionally, they go so fast that it's extremely difficult to steer -- any aerodynamic control surfaces extending into the air will get superheated and damaged very quickly. And of course, if you can put a cloud of flak between the missile and its target, the missile will collide with the flak so hard it will detonate prematurely. These missiles are not really intended for moving targets like airplanes, but stationary targets like anti-air systems -- which is exactly what Putin is complaining about NATO providing to Ukraine right now.
