Kenya revitalized the lines running through Kenya and also build the standard railway on that line ( this very line use to serve both Kenya and Uganda). Ten years ago HE YK talked about building a standard railway in Uganda and this has stalled and why? People need to Inquirer about the hemorrhages in Uganda.
