  • Thank you for sharing your crafting us! You are not alone with your woollen knits during summer time. I live in Canada and I really really tried to work with my summer-ish yarns since the weather is warming up (or not!). My comfort knits continue to be made with wool yarn. So I cast-on a wool sweater a few weeks back because I missed it so much. I think I will try having mix of projects knowing that my woolly stash will not be used seasonally. Happy woolly knitting 🧶

The baby knits are adorable and inspire me to do some more gift knitting too! Even tho its summer, I am already lining up fall and winter sweaters. I am not a fast knitter so starting now is okay. This afternoon in Colorado, a mountain rain storm is passing through and I pulled out my wool colorwork sweater which is cozy today even though its June! See you next time!

Do you know if it is safe to wash non superwash wool hand knits on this cycle without risk of felting? I'm asking because you mention washing wooly knits on a wool cycle. Thanks!

  • I recently discovered your channel and I'm hoping you can answer a question for me. I do not know my style of knitting. I know how I was taught in American schools in the 1970's, but have not knit that way since. I knit the way my mother taught me and she always said she taught herself from an old Norwegian knitting book. Having watched one of your videos I would like to see a closer view of how you insert your needles to work the stitches. Both American and Continental knitting insert the needle into the front of the stitch with the only difference is which hand holds the yarn. I insert my needle under the support needle into the back of the stitch, holding my yarn in my left hand. Is that how you knit?

  • А почему вы учились в Польше, а не в Норвегии? Там не дорогое обучение?

    • It is but its a nice way to experience other parts of the world so alot of people study abroad, the study places in norway are limited and doesnt meet the demand needed
