    • @@isaacdebeila8085 not just great - it's surreal freakish work ethic. To change himself to that degree and become better every day, every season, every playoff series is just mind blowing. Imagine NBA pros trying to keep up with Steph's workout for 30 minutes and then throwing up, saying fuck it, I ain't doing this for a second time... Steph is a monster, a workout, dedication and accuracy monster. Plus, this stamina isn't something you can dismiss. Mad respect for Steph to be able to go to such heights with his limitations, and become one of the goats (an offensive goat if you ask me).

    • I think if you need "a bucket" KD has always been better. But Steph is an offensive system himself, and that's way more valuable than being a better scorer. Also Steph's intangibles FAR separate him from KD. Lastly, currently, Steph is MUCH better at manipulating defenses and generating shots for his team, which KD refuses to do and just goes ISO.

  • I've been a fan over 40 years and I can tell you, before Curry, all we could say was that the Warriors had traded away more talent than most teams had on their team. It never failed. They would trade a guy and he would make it big on another team, time after time. I still loved the team but it was frustrating. What we've been through since, has been a dream. Love our Warriors.

  • I love how this highlighted how bad the Warriors used to be. To go from trash, to okay, to seemingly unstoppable, says a lot about the Warriors organization. What they’ve been able to accomplish is what every other team wishes to do.

  • Steph needs to be revered for his brash confidence as much as Kobe or Jordan were. I don’t think that is a topic as often with him. But it’s a unique type of confidence, it’s a beautiful, chill giving confidence when I think about it because he had such belief in himself and what he knew he could do on the court that he didn’t limit himself to what had or was being done before him. That is just so HUGE of a human accomplishment to me! We face so much pushback against being ourselves the moment that appears to be odd or too different, yet doesn’t it always seem like there is a certain type of transcendent greatness that only comes from people who are just TOO confident and determined in who they are that they don’t care what anyone says? Steph doesn’t speak in a manner that would lead you to believe he is very contentious or controversial, but dang that boy, when he stepped out on the court, was going to be himself and when he played/plays it was almost like he couldn’t help himself from trying these insane moves and shots his conscious, one of a kind flow state was producing. Wow. Just wow. I have to say as much as no one cares, for myself I thank Steph so much for this as it is so validating. I played in a very conservative area and from middle school up through varsity I would get yelled at to varying degrees after successful plays that I made “too fancy” or “not the way you are supposed to play” or “not what coach wants”( 70 year old white coach..) and I was NOT even trying to be a renegade or combative! It was just my nature. I was VERY soft spoken and happy go lucky off the court like Steph. But on the court I felt free and I would just let my subconscious take over when I was in a groove and these things would happen! So anyways, I’m just so glad that what Steph has done has really changed everything. It just seems like that type of play and player is so much more appreciated now and obviously less abused by coaches. Even now when I go play pickup or men’s leagues, it’s amazing to see how things have changed.

  • I just did the math, this man had a 60 percent true shooting rate his last year in college on basically historic shot volume( 20.2 shots per game and 28.6 ppg) and they said HE needed to get a better shot selection? My goodness I’m so glad Steph would go on to develop an even crazier shot selection and turn what used to be consider a bad shot into not only a good one, but one you can’t let him have without a solid contest lol. Yes, this man turned 28 footers off the dribble into something you HAVE to contest. Idk I just find it so interesting or fascinating that he broke the mold in terms of what a good shot is. It was so cool to watch that happen in real time during his first couple all star seasons( arguably it really happened during his first MVP season. Perhaps his famous cross/between/behind into a hop set pull up 3 Vs the clippers with Kerrs hands on his head turning into a giant smile in celebration is really the moment that Steph said to the NBA world “literally NO shot is a bad shot for me, I don’t EVER need to change my shot selection, bitch”

  • Top 5 all time, when I say that people look at me like I’m crazy but in reality he’s changed the game just as much as anybody else. Nobody cares about being the biggest on the court, nobody care about being the strongest, nobody cares about how high they can jump and dunk, everybody want to shoot the ball and that’s mainly because of Steph. You can put his resume up there with greatest, 4x Champ, 2x MVP, all stars and all nba teams, greatest shooter ever.

  • You gotta look at Mark Jackson's role in this one. He had it all set up for Kerr. Wonder how different it would be if Mark had stayed HC. More dominant? He deserves to be HC again somewhere. Timberwolves, Hornets or prepped to take over in Spurs after Pop

    • That's a fact! Mark Jackson will never get enough credit for the role he played in laying the foundation for the Warriors Dynasty.

  • I remember watching kciu channel 36, warrior basketball replays of the game played earlier that day, not being able to root for the warrior's come playoff time. Always high expectations of the latest draft choice. Oakland A's and Warriors franchise seem to be a make a MVP or mold a player to a star only to leave or get transferred and becomes a super star. 2015 1st championship I cried with tears of happiness and joy proud to be a warriors fan. A beautiful dream but how it turned to a nightmare I still can't believe it. The Las VEGAS RAIDERS AND A's wow WTFFFFFFFF. I like the new Chase building and warrior fans always great vibes, The Oracle stadium and the Oakland Coliseum had the loudest loyalist and passionate home team advantage and the tailgates before and after any game we're an experience like no other venue in this country. The town got' no team. I feel like a part of my soul was ripped out and feel sorry for future fan's that will never get to experience it.

  • 28:00 I remember this, Nuggets were really good and I thought it was our year, and Curry flat out cooked us. Our best teams got smacked by Steph or Kobe every time it felt like!
