    • They pretty much have in some tales. I mean, in SCP-001 Keter Duty, they sent him to SCP-3003 to liberate the planet of its parasites. Meanwhile, in another tale, he became friends with Sauelsuesor, rode SCP-058, flung SCP-096 into space, and fought a living firetruck. Moon Champion for the win! He is an inspiration to his little brother, whom we don't see much of.

  • I have a theory about this entity - maybe it just kind of mimics humans? If it is from the moon or outer space, the astronauts in EMU spacesuits would be first people this entity had seen. Maybe even it has some way of interrogation or "reading minds" of people - the entity seems to know that a fruit is edible but tries to smash it in it's visor when the face and mouth should be. It knows that dogs are kinda dear/precious for humans, so it tries to use it as a form of currency. We can try go down this rabbit hole of uneducated guess work even further as for example seeing fire hydrant as something red with protruding "arms" as a threat or because we associate the word "fire" with danger....however since I value my sanity I won't chase this idea more, but just seems kinda cool to me ;)

  • Fun fact: in the Keter Duty universe, 1233 was used to contain SCP-3003 by basically leading a rebellion against the parasites ruling 3003.

    • If everyone on that planet already became the hosts of the parasite, how did the Lunatic recruit people to join the rebellion since they are hive minds?

    • SCPs have a way of killing people they interact with. I agree with you but that person would need a combination of bravery and foolishness to approach and attempt to help it out. Might end up with arms torn off by accident.
