He has more than one network working for him. All i can stand is msnbc & can barely stand that they way they talk about nothing but trump. Btw im not saying ur shitting on the ppl prosecuting Trump. It just seems when ppl take the stance that they need to put his ass in jail they get critical of the prosecutors etc. The prosecutors are the only reason he is going to CRIMINAL TRIAL.

  • You see a kid in a store running around, throwing stuff, breaking stuff, while an exasperated parent chases around after them saying: "Don't you do that! If you keep doing that, you're going to be in trouble!" But of course, the kid keeps doing it because their parent may threaten consequences, but will never enforce them. The minute they think they are actually in trouble, they start screaming loudly because they know their parent will be so embarrassed by the outburst that they'll give in just to shut them up. Trump--a septuagenarian with all the intelligence and emotional maturity of a 2 year old.

Federal Court presented air-tight cases, but we have CORRUPT justices who have blocked the natural outcome of actual court proceedings. It is a friggin travesty and as some smart media personalities have stated, the very fact that this insidious "supreme" court is taking up the issue of Presidential immunity for serious crimes shows how dangerous the 3rd branch of our government--designed to check balance any power plays by either other branch (congress or the Presidency) --has become. I lived in London during my college years and there was an organization, "Preservation for the Rights of Prisoners" that published a small book entitled, "Who guards the guards"? Now it could be said, "Who enforces Justice when Justices have gone amok?"

If you're innocent, and you're actually a victim, and you should be cleared, WHY on EARTH Would you attack the witnesses and judges at every corner, before they even DO Anything?!?! I could MAYBE get hearing some smack talk if the judge made some obviously unfair decisions. But Trump doesn't even let them make decisions before he attacks them, he just goes out the gate swinging without even giving a chance to see how things could go if he tried the trial like any other person. This is not the mantra of an innocent victim. This is the mantra of someone who is trying to bully and force his way out of charges he knows he could be tried for.

I wasn't confident that Judge Merchan would actually find him in contempt of court. But his train-wreck of a NY election interference trial is another matter. When it reaches a conclusion, if the Jury finds him guilty of even one of the many counts he is charged with, he is in violation of all of those other conditions of release from the other trials, and he could be remanded to jail. The more convictions, the merrier. They might have to draw straws to see who gets the privilege. This is the collateral damage that could I could really appreciate.

    • Key word: ANYONE we've found the loophole and his name is Donald John Trump. He's the ONE PERSON who gets a pass for any/all of it AND he gets a shot a further destroying the rule of law in perpetuity, because he will make NEW LAWS as the next POTUS and his wall of sycophants ie: the Supreme Court will co-sign on all of it. Welcome to America 2.0, DJT style!

    • It's bc the powers that be, do not want their power threatened, if that means keeping this privileged idiot out of jail so they can't be jailed under the precedent of this trial, then so be it. It's the grasshoppers vs ants in bugs life. Trump is just the dumb grasshopper, the rest of these rich corporate demons are the real issue.

    • This is how judges work. One side makes a complaint and files it with the judge. The judge makes that complaint available to the other side and gives them time to respond to it. There is a hearing scheduled and the reason why the judge doesn’t act immediately is because judges like to hear from both sides before making a ruling. Edit: Unnoticed autocorrect errors.
