Any Christian American voter has the responsibility to vote well, and to be clear-headed when it comes to politics. As a non-American it seems a bit like picking between the plague or cholera (although I still have a clear preference), since both candidates have a lot (and I mean a LOT) against them. This pastors words were not meant primarily against Trump, but against Christians who conflate the gospel with political matters which are nothing compared to the eternal value of salvation. Christians need to be awake for things like this.

So no, I don't need to 'be careful' doing anything. Talking as if am going to an adult club and telling me to be careful not to cheat, as if I would be tempted or something. I'm very secure in my religion, and if I would leave it so easily, then I never had faith in the first place. Buddhism teaches humility and tolerance. Quite frankly, that's something that many Christians need to learn. This current climate has christians blatantly practicing idolatry but then there's worry against me for simply taking in aspects of other religions and using it to further improve how I practice mine. Does this come from Pennsylvania? Pennsylvania is one of those 'closed' states, where Republicans can only vote in Republican primaries - it tells me they voted for Haley because they had no other choice - it is these same Republicans who will not be voting for Trump in November, whether they just stay home and not vote, or whether they will show up and vote for Biden remains to be seen. I myself am a Republican, and I will be voting for Biden again in 2024 as I did in 2020.

@nobodyknows3180 PA here. My daughter is still registered as a republican only because as a republican she was able to support 2 democrats to be on the ballot for the school board. She used her primary vote for Haley but totally supports all democrats in the general election. I couldn't take it and had to re-register as a democrat.
