- you have to hold down button 2 and 4 at the same time, it will say bluetooth mode or dongle mode, if it says dongle mode first press again and it will say bluetooth mode and it should work, as long as you only have 1 bluetooth devices on at one time

i just bought this headset, cannot concert it to my mobile or laptop by bluetooth, only works with dongle on laptop.
