This made me tear up 3 plus years later .. This tragedy was the topic of the last conversation I had with my dad... he passed a few days after Kobe on February 1st 2020. Wasn't even expecting it..I was the one in the Hospital.. He was a big basketball fan of Lakers and Chicago Bulls & Seattle Supersonics when we had a team in Washington.. I love this version of him and I loved seeing how much respect, love and admiration he had for someone who most of us would say wanted to be just like him--and was the one who came the closest.
