    • Malaya Hardage, always be at peace with yourself but always strive for improvement. If fitting into these is what you want and if health is important to you strive for those things. act on your wants even when hard. Looks should not consume your whole life, though health is important. But if you can change something and want to, your body is yours and your in control of it. improvement is a good thing. If you care at all then Get to a point where you look how you want to look. It’s in your hands for the most part. Somethings you can’t change and idk your situation but if your at a super unhealthy weight or just not as fit as you wanna be, either way just work towards what you want and do your research to find out how from good sources. being bigger isn’t a bad thing but if you don’t like it or want it or if it harms you then it’s just a bad thing for you so it’s fine to want change. And if you don’t want change and like how you are now then lol yeah just look at different vids we’re they are closer to your body type but like it’s never gonna look the same cause your seeing it on someone else.
