Let's Take a Tour of a Serbian Miloš Armored Vehicle

In this episode of TFBTV, James is at the Serbian state-owned factory Yugoimport SDPR to tour the state of the art Miloš armored multipurpose vehicle with one of the engineers on the Miloš design team, as well as the deputy manager of the factory. The Miloš is built out with a number of American components including a Cummins diesel engine and Allison automatic transmission and has quite a few tricks up its sleeve. Of course, this is The Firearm Blog TV, so we focus heavily on the armaments of the Miloš including the Zastava manufactured, remote-controlled 12.7mm, thermal-equipped, laser-range-finding heavy machine gun on the roof, or the manually operated, American made minigun option. We take a look at the Miloš today on TFBTV.

    @bangtang1717@bangtang1717 Жыл бұрын
    • I don't know what means your comment. Other thing,are you Serbian or some other nationalities!? This getling gun is piece of crap in the way that capability of this gatling isn't for vehicles like Milos m16. 3 thousand bullets in minute!!! Imagine that power,7,62*51. But if you fired all of ammunition from chamber,how many more you must have in the vehicle. That's not.22lr rounds,it take big capacity of vehicle for only ammunition. Then,tell me what is this gun for!? Biggest problem is that soldier who control and fired from gatling isn't safe in position where his body bagging for enemies sniper or simple automatic weapon. 180% in other ,good way for this kind of weapon can be if they make same remote control place in side of vehicle,like other Milos. If it's so good solution,why they make only one of Milos gatling!? We have money to put this gun on every single one,but it is marketing ,nothing else. Imagine how much rounds of ammunition they must put inside Milos to send it in some war attack. If it fired ,for example 3000 bullets in lowest speed (3-5 min) and other chamber of bullets in 5 min. Then you must go away from line of fire to reload gatling chambers. I didn't tell about crew and how many of soldiers can be inside Milos ,when half of space take bullets for gatling. This kind of weapon is for helicopters ,big crafts,where space isn't problem or load capacity! Shame for our military factorie is that chief's of it didn't buy lot of Russian parts,so this guy and other people in manufacturing process of Lazar 3+/4 can't make it whit Russian weapon stations 30mm. Also Bajkal AU 220 for Lazanski IFV ,they buy one station and what are we going to do now? We are not moving anywhere. Shame for bord directors,big time!

The engineers at Yugoimport SDPR did an outstanding job and I like their take on our own CROWS system. One thing they might want to add on is an RF jammer system for those pesky remote-detonated IED threats as well as an equivalent to our MK19 grenade launcher.
