It could genuinely rival the Russian conventional arms industry in terms of ground force equipment and the Serbs have a lot less cash to splash. As i know Croatia is planning to have 40 modern tanks. That's it. Is that hard to beat? I can mention 300 examples like that. What YOU say comes from Serbian propaganda that works against its own country. (We know who does that in Serbia) Why even mention M84 tanks? What was the point?! Tanks are just coming as a subject. Fact Serbia doesn't have 300 complete modernized or new tanks have nothing to do with army strength at the moment. 2/3th of German EC Tigers are grounded. And? Talks about how weak they are?! Beside Hungary and Romania, Serbia Is the only country in the region that actually improves fire power. By lot. And in many ways. As to why they're mounted side by side and low, I'd wager that's to ease reloading, since they appear to sit just above average head height at 0 elevation. No awkwardly lifting the missile high above your head or trying to pass it up to the guy on top of the hull and maybe dropping it, just slide it in from ground level.

Croatia bought 12 Rafale from French, that will be issue (keepeing it in order, training, proper facilities and other), while Serbia has no such problems and their air fleet is quite a good one. Not sure about Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. With this all, Serbia already has contract for middle east, asia and african countries, that shows how badass their tech really is. We are deserve to be independent and to be outside current Warmongering after everything we being through, from defending Christianity to WW, WW2, Civili Wars in Jugoslavija and then cherry in top NATO Aggression in which they destroyed our infrastructure and ruined civilians lives while they were in shock when after the War that our military made more Demage to them by took down the invisible technology and fighting against Terrorist on Kosovo at the same time but we don't want War because we know that it's a Lie and it's wrong everything that was said about it. War is horrifying and all those equipment is deadly if it's used properly like we used old equipment against NATO , they eliminate when they detected it but in the aftermath NATO was hitting decoys, civilians and infrastructure and it was wrong aggression against us supporting Terrorists. AKA is old but it's deadly and it's butcher till this day compared to fragile precision rifles because it's all on paper but in reality it's Hell , Dead bodies and destruction and for what... nothing except for Empiricism and economy.
