Weld is weak. Should have beveled, weld and grind till smooth.
احتمال شکستن آن خیلی زیاده ، جوشکاری این قطعه محکم نیست میبایست از بیرون دوتا لبه کار نازک شود و بصورتی محکم جوشکاری و سپس سابیده شود ، با احترام
So you are asking that bit of welding on the stub axle end to cope with the force of the wheel assembly,the weight and mechanical forces generated over less than smooth roads for the next few years?. I don't think it will last a week.

Она не несущая, там нагрузка коаксикальная т.е. только в сторону от оси.
Mal hecho, yo hubiera repasado la rosca con una terraza ,si no diera la medida rellenar y hacer rosca nueva antes de cortar, soldó por dentro a tope no tiene espacio para la penetración de la soldadura no biselo las piezas a unir no soldó por fuera no uso electrodos de penetración adecuado , un mal trabajo no coloco retén en la cañonera no creo que dure mucho
