He didn’t cheat… the analysis of his games / rise has been done and he hasn’t cheated at all. It’s super sad that a person can make an action that doesn’t even make a real accusation and the world just accepts it like blind fools. I don’t even like Hans.. he embodies “The arrogance of youth” but he’s not a cheater.

@@jasonxoc He technically is a cheater, just maybe not in over the board games(although Magnus seems oddly confident, guess we'll see), but he literally did admit to cheating a couple times in the past at least.
Hans was great in this video. He was able to out talk and (of course) outplay Dina (with only 60 seconds to her 5 minutes!), and still stay very lighthearted and fun the whole time. She more than met her match.

@@mikecantreed Niemann already had an extremely strong bishop at d6 while Dina was having a highly restricted Knight on h5. In order to defend the knight she probably needs to play Bishop h8 and Knight g7, her position is totally miserable.

But Hans turned the tables on her, especially in the second game, where Dina appeared to be stuck in molasses. Well, it's all in good fun.

Judging by what I've seen in this clip alone, Hans was playing at GM's level. He was capable of moving pieces in the blink of an eye and most importantly played with strategy. So there's no doubt that he's a decent OTB player.
yeah there are lots of cheaters but theres no way to cheat your way into being a gm as far as incan tell
the thing is at best prbly tier 2 chss player in GM chess players, with tier 1 being like fabiano magnus and hikaru, so the past 2 years he has been playing at a tier 1 level, which usually manifests younger than the age that hans is at right now
Hans already won youth championships years before the whole cheating stuff happened 😐. He's undoubtedly a prodigy and not a random low rated bum. You could still be great, and cheat..

I really enjoyed this video! I now have seen a few of Dina's videos & she's a very good player but this kid Hans ran right over her. I mean she had 5min to 1min. Those are SERIOUS time odds and he still annihilated her TWICE without breaking a sweat! She seems to intimidate many people w/ her trash talk, but this time she's the one who seemed intimidated. Regardless, this video was fantastic!

Thanks dina and specilly to grand master , Best video ever. I am relatively new to chess and was making some mistakes and was losing game but now i have got a great idea how to pass through the defenses of the opponent.

Carlsen just couldn't accept he could be trounced playing white pieces in *two* face-to-face, over the board, matches (Meltwater and Sinquefield) by an 18-year old that just made the GM norm last year.

Hans is super strong, and was so cool and casual as he systematically dismantled a very strong chess player in well under a minute of time. And he was easily able to match wits with her, which very few can do.
