    • Have you ever felt like ''it was my fault"? Well actually it was never you fault It was the fault of your parents who bought you into this world with bad genes or bad parenting from the start that led you to make bad decisions. But you cannot blame your parents because it's the fault of their parents which led them to this path. So it is all the fault of the first human? or perhaps the monkeys who are our ancestors? or perhaps the first cell on earth that led to life? or perhaps earth itself? Well as an atheist it's all the fault of the the first event that ever occured. Maybe the big bang Or something else that occured before it. But for a religious person everything wrong with this world is because of god. You're every mistake you're parents every mistake all are the faults of God

Then in the next second returns to Dina's board with a knowing, "You're attacking my queen," is just too perfect and in a way, reflective of all their natures. • No time limit until 19th century. AI chess bots don't need hardly any time to make a very good moves because they are digital, humans need much longer to process information. The test I give people is the 3 doors puzzle. Most people cannot solve it and even when they look up the answer, they do not understand it. So, I give them a chance to think about it overnight. Sometimes, 1 out of a 1000 can solve it. The possibility that Dina could have won with no time limit is 100% in that game. Can you solve this puzzle?

      @mrcleanisin@mrcleanisin2 ай бұрын
    • @@mrcleanisin don't give a fuck about your puzzle, it has nothing to do with a clock in chess. Doesn't matter if Dina could win with unlimited time, it's her fault for not managing the time she had better. Danya had the same clock, and 3x as much to do - just shows he was better at that part of the game.

If he tries to attack from behind he loses tempo and the pawn can move behind the king on F6 and the rook on E6 not way away on the other side of the board you will then get the pawns safely on G6 and H6 forcing a pointless rook exchange since the king can not get both pawns and the other becomes a queen.

But it's understandable to miss it under pressure and she was right that it was still a theoretical win. But the problem was her plan took many moves to implement. After Rc4 much fewer moves required, and all simple.

    • I think so. But he's a really strong player, I don't think that hurt him much against the lower rated opponents. Dina is pretty strong, but she's FIDE rated at just about 2000 blitz ( over 2100 std.) But Danya is over 2600 rated, that's overwhelmingly stronger, he should lose very rarely to Dina. And it's even more one sided against the Botez sisters.

  • That ending is trickier than it looks. I thought I could easily ride the 3 pawns to victory until I loaded position against engine ... even after sacrificing pawn on a2 like Dina did, and marching the rest to near promoting it gets tricky to promote without a stalemate. For those that said she was a move or two away from winning. Not so easy still needed a bunch of moves to avoid stalemate.

I actually think it's quite smart, and we'll see high players building off of it- Because that's what they do. Challenges are what they live for. NEVER say you're "scared"- even if you are. NEVER give ammunition to your opponent- That was a blast to watch. LOVED the book-ending, lol.
