  • The fact that Jordan, a teenage girl who had almost no knowledge of the outside world and was deeply terrified of her parents finding her or the police turning her away, she actually tried to prepare herself in order to save her siblings by collecting the envelope, recording the abuse, and explaining everything to police. I’m so glad the police took her seriously and helped these kids, but Jordan is a true heroic young woman. I’m so happy she’s living a better life and has a successful career.

    • For real. For someone who had almost no education and was probably somewhat brain-damaged from malnourishment, Jordan was incredibly smart to be as prepared as she was. Edit: I watched a documentary and she got advice from her sister! So Jennifer gets credit too 🙂 Jordan was still smart to even have the idea to get advice from her.

  • I fully sympathize with and understand Jordan as a violent father in North Korea and as a person who risked his life to South Korea to find freedom and escape dictatorship and tyranny. My father was a Navy officer who often beat four brothers and my mother, including me. When I was young, I was forced to perform in the card section of the system propaganda, and if we made a mistake during practice, we were chained like Jordan and beaten severely by soldiers. I live in Siheung, South Korea (near Seoul), and here in South Korea, it is heaven. I even feel guilty because I feel like I'm living too rich in South Korea. Like Jordan, I secretly watched South Korean videos in North Korea and opened my eyes to the outside world, and that's when I decided to defect. When I was watching the drama, I saw South Korea so nice that I thought, "Why am I living here like this?" Unfortunately, however, I still left my two brothers in the north, and my mother was shot dead by Chinese soldiers while crossing the Yalu River. Please don't let Jordan's brothers suffer from the sadness of family dissolution like me. Like Jordan, when I walked on the streets of Seoul for the first time in South Korea, I felt that this was heaven. I hope that the deification and brainwashing of Kim Il-sung will be lifted and that freedom will be settled in North Korea. North Korea is the California horror house and is expanded to the national level. There could be mistranslation, so I will write down it with Korean at the bottom. Thank you for reading. 🇰🇷 🇰🇵

    • @sholalove6478 Thanks so much for sending prayers. Why I'm feeling guilty is that my little sister was captured by police in China and sent to North Korea again. Maybe she was taken to a political prison camp (as horrible as Auschwitz) or shot. My siblings can't enjoy a happy life like me. And so many people are still suffering from starvation and tyranny. These things became big traumas (When I was a student, I saw public execution, a person being shot in the head and shot by soldiers. They fired 100 bullets, and the solid finally became liquid. Because they watched South Korean videos.) But, I think I'm living a pretty good new life here, and I hope that Jordan could live her new life in a brilliant way, too. To ease the guilt, I send some of my earnings to North Korea(If I deposit to the Chinese or Russian bank, the broker remit money to North Korea). And South Koreans sometimes praise myself for being sincere. Seoul has a lot of lights and rights!! Have a nice day.

    • Lord Jesus Christ is coming back everyone, please don’t worship celebrities and entertainment, focus on Him alone. I promise there’s more to life than money, partying, homosexuality and music. Hell is real, repent from sinning confess your sins and ask God to forgive you, I know He will if you’re sincere. Anyone who thinks the Name of Lord Jesus Christ is a joke, boldly mocks and scorns Him or takes pleasure in people who do is in for a big unpleasant surprise on judgement day IF they don’t repent and follow Lord Jesus Christ. Hell is very hot, people please repent! In the mighty name of Lord Jesus Christ, Amen 🙏💪✝️💜❤️✝️! Idolatry such as, Islam, Catholicism, Sangomaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Santa Clausism, Confucianism, New Age, Science, Evolution, halloweenism, Harry Potterism, Politics, Donald Trumpism, Easter Bunnyism and other religions/faiths that are outside Biblical Christianity lead to hell! Don’t believe them, believe the Almighty God the Father of Lord Jesus Christ, who begot Him. Our Creator, The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is mighty, He doesn’t need a woman to beget a son, He is God. I choose to put my faith in a God who can do anything and everything, a God who has unlimited and infinite power to beget! So, it’s time to confess that Lord Jesus Christ is the Lord and to believe that He died and rose from the grave after three days and you shall be saved if you only obey Him by praying, worshipping, praising, reading the Bible and living holy and righteously according to the Bible. You have to endure until the end, carry your cross daily and build your relationship with God by following Lord Jesus daily until the end. You must never renounce your faith in The Lord Jesus Christ, there’s hell awaiting those who reject/deny Lord Jesus Christ and those who continue living sinfully, even the Christians who don’t want to repent will face the same fate, so please repent beloved people, in Lord Jesus Christ’s mighty and precious Name, Amen.

    • @@roachmorphine8018 The definition of "pre-pubescent", contained within the word itself, is "pre (before) pubescence (puberty). Anyone who hasn't yet reached puberty, is in the stage before pubescence, i.e. "pre-pubescent". Get it? In a normal adolescent, 17 would not be pre-pubescent, puberty typically starts around 12-14 in females and around 13 in males. However, this girl would not have reached puberty at that age, and would have had severely delayed pubescence. Because of the malnutrition she endured, her body would put off puberty until it was able to sustain it. Therefore, she hadn't yet reached puberty when she escaped and was "pre-pubescent" (pre-puberty). That's why she sounded like a little girl instead of a normal 17 year old female. If you would like further explanation for why this girl would not have reached puberty whilst living in her parents home, I can explain it physiologically.

Only then you can really start to teach logical consequences to them. But then bravery can be shown in different ways, in which adults will probably take the upper hand. • As a woman who can’t have children, I can’t believe how cruel and evil some people are to their own children. Unbelievable. Some people shouldn’t have children as they are not capable of looking after them. This poor girl and her siblings , hope they have a better life now and their bravery is amazing. 😞😨😰

    • I used to provide care for an elderly woman, who had a successful career as a business woman and a nurse. Her husband passed early. They had the chance to adopt, which she was still thinking through on telling me the story. She always felt those kids would be too broken and she wouldn't know how to help. That is so sad to me. Clearly, any care and love and direction would be better than these kids. It may give them a chance to propel forward. Let us all think again about fostering children, or adopting. Nobody should have to go through that.

    • Right! This! 👏🙌 The fact that there is SO many women/families that would be fantastic parents & give great homes to kids but can't have kids of their own but there's people out here that get to have kids & do stuff like this!?! 🤨😤 smdh this is beyond despicable & SO sad! 🥺😔 These types of ppl absolutely do NOT deserve to procreate! 🤷🏼‍♀️ I hope & pray to our Heavenly Father that these kids can live a life full of true happiness at some point & get to where their trauma doesn't control them & weigh them down, I truly pray that for them! 🥺🤞🙏❤️‍🩹

    • Hard to believe that voice in the 911 call is from a 17 year old young woman, sounds like a small child. Imagine the level of abuse it must take to affect someones body like that, years and years of constant malnourishment and abuse. It's hard to fully comprehend.
