  • There is no way that the normal person could get that lucky. The seller specifically gave you a bunch of different ones so you’d convince others to buy. The only way those packs work is to give junk most of the time. If you buy these expecting good pulls like this with no repeaters… you're gonna be let down.

This is nostalgic for me too, but that doesn't change the fact that to sell packs for profit, you must make the average pull less than the value of the pack. That is how making profit works. To do this you have many low cost, non-rare repeated figures. Regardless of how it happened, the maker of the packs sent him a non-random group of packs. Likely they knew exactly who was getting the box and wanted them to be the most enticing group of figures possible. I am not pointing at the content creator here... but the seller. Unless it is the same person.
