He has trained armed forces and special units across the world in knife techniques and improvised weaponry as well as empty hand combat.
The Mastro Defence System is a very effective "no-nonsense self defense system" filled with invaluable survival skills for every-day life encounters. Fred is also certified by the Belgium Government to provide close protection to heads of state.
Fred Mastro is the founder of Mastro Defence System (MDS) and LADYFENSE. He has been training in Kali and Penchak Silat for over 20 years for which he holds a 7th degree ranking. With extensive training in grappling, Fred also holds a 2nd degree brown belt in Braziilan Jiu-Jitsu under Master Flavio Behring
He has done extensive work in the film industry as a stunt coordinator as well as fight choreographer in projects such as:
Taken, Six Bullets, Hostages, La French, Les Visiteurs 3, Un Petit Boulot, Diamands 13, A Bras Ouverts and many Europeans TV shows. He was Jean-Claude Van Damme's body guard and had choreographed many of his fight scenes.
MDS is experiencing an exponential growth throughout Europe, Canada and the U.S., offering instructors courses as well as corporate and private seminars across the world.

That's the opportunity this type of skills works . But a well trained opponent never leave opportunity while in street fight. Basically try to learn this all moves but don't apply untill or unless its recommended with a correct opportunity. Obvious attack are always dangerous don't underestimate.

    • @erikcarrillo33 Dude some of these technics are to break arms and snaps neck if you try it on someone the damage would be inevitable or even die. It's a reason if it's called Self defense and not Martial "Arts" there is a big difference. That's why they also don't wear protection or else so you try it like you were in real situations in real danger and the only difference is that in training before hit the opponent you kinda take it easy and not all out still you will see broken bones, bleeding noses and many purple marks on your body cause it's real. I know it cause I do a different art of self defense but still very similar to this like krav maga is. Also anti terrorist self defense. Try it yourself before stating wrong facts a lot of times you will also spar with multiple opponents in free fights where you put to the test what you learned you can move and do whatever your pleased to like your opponent that's not fake

  • That means life and existence is a continuous process of studying and applying what's effective and discarding the knowledge not effective, what we perceive now shown by how we react or interact was based from our thinking and how we interpret things which was clearly shown by how we react, send message, show emotion or try to fool someone or misled someone by reversing things or letting that person go to the designed way was how we interpret and assess the demeanor, character of a person but the thing is it's more on superficial. The other thing is to how to unlock an acting why you also do the acting. Because I have experienced it, even the spirituals usually fall short of diagnosing a person. Meaning there's more room to learn and the spirituals also have weaknesses.

And most of all, the technique should be tested by a woman or a weaker man against a strong, robust attacking guy of Ngannou caliber. Only then will I be a believer. :}
