A very sweet story. People think blind animals should be put down but we had a little dog who went blind but he coped as long as we didn’t move the furniture.

Poor little guy most likely his mom was sickly and so he didn't have a chance to develop properly, so glad you got another cat, I have had many cats in my life and they have always been pairs of cats. I have never left an animal all day long alone and I have worked many twelve hour shifts in my life. There is something special about people who can bond with animals and the more people like you on this planet, the better off we will be. Lucky cats are safe, cared for and loved.
